Easy access & quick wash, but I lost money because the hot wax didnt work. The manager upgraded me to the ceramic wash, but it still didnt do any of the extra services. Two washes..... no wax came down nor ceramic.

I go here weekly. I love the monthly package price. I can wash my car as often as I like.

Love the bug prep/prewash station! It absolutely works, well! Had my SUV clean and shiny. They offer a membership program or pay-as-you go prices, which I appreciate. And free vacuum after your wash in a shaded area is a great benefit. So bring your own wax and shine up products for after the wash.

It was ok but most car washes like this the attendant will usually spray your vehicle down before you enter the wash but other than not having a prewash it did a pretty decent job.

Sometimes the tire wax shine works sometimes it doesnt it depends on who is working rather or not you will get assistance or a refund. Vacuums are really good and they are free. Customer service is alright.

I paid for the $15 dollar wash. As I was vacuuming my car, I noticed I had spots all over my Windows and -although I pre-bugged- I still had a lot of spots on my front bumper. I asked the worker if I could go back through for just a rinse and I pointed out my spotty Windows and I was told I would have to pay for another wash. I didnt argue- I mean who wants to turn into a Karen over a car wash but I left disappointed in my wasted $15.

Best automated carwash in town,free vacuums,free bug stuff, free washer fluid, free air for tires. Only thing it needs is a detailing service and a spot washer.

You will not be disappointed. Best car wash in town. The facility is clean, the staff people have been respectful each time I’ve been by to wash my car, and the equipment is all up to date, unlike some of the others in town.

I have used this place many times over the years. Lately I have become very aggravated at the poor suction of vacuums! It takes me forever to vacuum because of the weak suction. I think I will find another place.

Michal is the manger at this location and he was a excellent help and along with his Crew I went through the wash twice. I did not know the place did the full service at 9 and they gave me a free wash with the full service. My truck looks amazing . Great work guys

I have wash my vehicle here several times and normally purchase the $18 wash which is supposed to include everything the wash has to offer. I very rarely get everything that I have paid for at this carwash, theres always one if not two stations that are inoperable but yet they never make the customer aware they let you pay the fee and hope that you dont notice. Most of the time the timing is way off on the wash and you drive out with the front of you car covered in soap which requires you to pull around to the badly deteriorated water hose (that they cant seem to afford to replace) to attempt to spray the soap off (while soaking yourself with the broken hose) before pulling into a station to dry you now soaked vehicle. Also finding a vacuum that has enough suction is 50/50 half of them have no suction. Theres little to no preventive maintenance at Waterworks. Wont be returning!

The place is always clean but the prices are ridiculously high. I spent $10.00 on a wash and there was place the machine missed. That why I dont spend a ton of money on those anymore .

Great people. Very friendly employees. Services are clean and all maintained. The free air with working pressure gauges, also free washer fluid. If your planing on going here on a Saturday morning, go early. A sure sign of good service and value, is its always busy

I went through w my cargo van. I go down dirt road to work so the whole van had dirt on it. Not mud but dirt. After going through one side was clean and other side and back was still dirty. I talked w manager. He said i needed to go to bug station and scrub the van and they will put them through again so i did. Again it didnt clean the side and back. I asked for refund and he said he couldnt do that. He asked me to go scrub it again so i did and went through the third time and again the side and back was not cleaned. Its evident the car wash wasnt scrubbing the right side and back but he refused to refund my 18.00. I paid for the Worx and only got half the van cleaned! Terrible service!!

Bug station is always gross. The drive thru car wash is convenient to my home but the actually wash need an extra rinse. Vacuum area is ok.

I just got back from washing my car here this afternoon. I have to say that it was a little bit more expensive than their competitor grease Pro across the street. I paid about $4 more and to be honest my car is not as clean as it gets at the automatic car wash at grease Pro. I did like that it had a floor mat cleaner. The vacuums work well...they were free and they were nice enough to come out and add additional tire shine to my tires by hand when it didnt work properly going through the carwash. I dont know that I would use them again because they are a little more expensive and my car did not get as clean as going to grease Pro,but they are an option when Grease Pro is closed on Sundays.

I had to go to another car wash to wash my car there was soap or something blue all over my car it did not even get my car clean only on the sides and top and even then it didnt get everything this was the most horrible car wash Ive ever been to.

I got the basic wash and it didnt do anything except run the carpet strips over my car and the water never came on for rinse and the dryer didnt either . So I left with streaks all down my vehicle.

Out of all the automatic car washes Ive been to this one gets the most off of my car. If you do the prebug scrub before you enter the car wash that helps a whole lot more. I go to this car wash at least once a week or once every two weeks. Love this place.

Went to get my car cleaned here and while I was in the wash my car was very wiggling and felt very unstable. Plus the wash did nothing. Its as dirty as before the wash.

I love this place! They have almost (I say almost because I havent seen a carpet shampooer) everything you could want in a car wash!! Everything from a bug station, car wash, air fresheners, tire inflation & windshield washer fluid station, rug beating stations, and lots of spots to vacuum the car!

Vacuums need more suction but otherwise a nice car wash

This location really needs to increase the rinse water, the past few times using this car wash theres still been a significant amount of soap on the car and it drips/drains a yellow color (soap) at the vacuums. The rinse section is barely but a trickle, if you blink you can miss it, seriously. Seems like they are trying to rely on the vacuums to blow the remaining soap off.

This used to be the only car wash I would use, but since the hurricane, their vacuums don’t work. Most of them don’t seem to provide any suction at all, and the ones that do are too weak to even get sand out of the floorboards, which is a must in Florida. It’s a shame because the car wash itself is nice, and the staff is always helpful and polite, but charging $3 to use vacuums that don’t work sucks (pun intended)

The one thing I dont like Is that they only fill up their bug fluid once a week That was per associates when I came on Monday and there was hardly nothing in it So I had To leave and come back another day. I decided to leave a message for management to call me and here it is 4 days later and still no phone call.

This place is so expensive and it barely rinses off all the soap at the end. I ended up having to go home to rinse my SUV because there were steaks of soap all along the back. Also, please train your staff to look at the vehicle when directing them into the tunnel. The little girl working the evening I was there was obviously in a bad mood and was just waving her hand in an angry manner.

Had to leave before vacuuming due to them refusing to let us use the restroom!I go here over other car washes. They have the bug wash station, washer fluid and tire fill up station, free vacuums, and a washcloth exchange program. I plan on getting a membership. The manager is awesome and very polite as well as the staff.

It socks! Super expensive and your car comes out with soap spots all over it. Vacuum didnt have much power and couldnt get all the dirt off the floor

We had an issue with a credit card payment last weekend and came back this weekend and spoke to the manager who was very courteous and quick to fix the issue! Excellent customer service! And, the washes are excellent as well; very satisfied.

I used this place last week before we went out of town. I think only good looking people go here. LolAll jokes aside this is a good idea to have a car wash and then you can use the industrial vacuums to vacuum out your car without a time limit. Works great I will be back soon.

This is my go to car wash in the area. The staff are always friendly, and they have everything I need. The place is clean, and they have all the necessary equipment to completely vacuum out your car. I would strongly advise anyone to make this place there regular spot; great price, and great service!

Horrible!! Not only did more than 6 vacuums not work at all, the few that did werent even powerful enough to remove dirt. I had to keep getting in & out of my car driving from vacuum to vacuum to find one of the better vacuums. As much business as they get the owners should take better care of the equipment.

Took my vehicle through the car wash yesterday twice... Both times I had soap spots from not getting a proper rinse at the end. I talked to the manager he said oh thats normal thats why people bring towels to dry it off afterwards. Correct me if in wrong but isnt that the point of paying to get your car washed so you dont have to do it yourself? So after the second wash I had to wash it again when I got home. Skip it either go somewhere else or do it yourself.

The actual car wash was out of service, but was able to vacuum my vehicle for free.

Lights make it seem like it is doing something, but it didnt clean my truck at all. Vacuums barely suck, but the car wash also kinda sucks over all. The drier had a cool red light but didnt actually now anything off the truck. I think it just needs a little maintenance and it will be good to go.
