I went to Grace nails today with a friend for the first time and I was so happy to see Coco who has done my nails at Honey nails in Rocky Hill before. Had a gel manicure and pedicure. She always does a great job, my nails always last until my next appointment, and I never feel rushed. Will be going back now that I know she’s here!

Before COVID-19 they were very professional and clean. Their methods continue and just became even more cautious to meet the COVID19 guidelines. 2nd visit since they opened again. Job well done for me and my goddaughter.

Just got a gel manicure here on Mother’s Day. I usually have a good experience. Probably 5th time I’ve been there. Today I had Tina. The manicure turned out pretty nice looking. She just wasn’t the most friendly manicurist I’ve interacted with. She seemed annoyed I still had gel on from my last manicure despite my attempts to get it off at home. She didn’t ask me if I wanted my nails rounded or square and just choose for me. The side of my manicure on the nail edge are a little uneven and she didn’t focus on the end of the nail much. Usually they add extra at the end to make sure it doesn’t chip later (someone during my last mani did this at this place). At one point the gel light wasn’t turning on and she grabbed my wrist and started pushing my hand in and out of the light a little more aggressively than I would have liked. I’m also 30 weeks pregnant, which is def a talking point and she didn’t try to engage me in conversation at all. Maybe she is having a bad day or is a mom too and isn’t happy to be working on Mother’s Day herself. Maybe that’s how she is all the time. It just made the overall experience less enjoyable. I hope her day gets better.The other 4 times I’ve been here they’ve done great work.

Visited Grace Nails for the first time with my daughter and mother. Very pleasant experience for all of us. I have been to several nail salons since Covid and all have taken precautions, but Grace has exceeded expectations on this front. She has a clean spacious salon that feels very safe. Our nails came out gorgeous and we all enjoyed our manicures.

Any tech at Grace nails will do a WONDERFUL job. I’m very picky when it comes to polish being even, shape being even, etc and they impress me every single time. I have “strayed” from Grace a few times due to circumstances (friends inviting me to their salons) and a week later I’m back to Grace to fix it. My gel nails last nearly 3 weeks, dip nails last almost a whole month. Worth every cent.

Found this nail salon online because they have the cat eye nail polish Ive been looking for.I picked out blue at first but then changed it to a Grey.. The Grey polish didnt work well with the magnet. I then had to pick another color out with the owner... I had two options that worked best. Anyways I walked away feeling disappointed because this is never a color I would ever pick but I felt like I no choice but to go with the most acceptable option.Overall, it was a clean place with nice relaxing music. The lady who did my nails was very good but I couldnt tell you her name because they do not wear name tags.For being a first-time customer I felt like they lacked good customer service.

I am VERY particular about my nails. I will travel for relaxation, quality, and accommodations. After 34 years; i found a place close to home. I was about 15 m late (shame on me) and they still took me. I was the last client & i did not feel rushed. My pedi was top of the line and my dip powder nails were to perfection. I own a hair salon & I am on my feet all day. I needed a therapeutic hand and foot massage. I did not leave disappointed. I brought a book to read so that I can relax. I didn’t get the chance to read it bc the atmosphere set the tone, all it’s own. I called today to fix a minor detail and Grace (the owner) answered. She was so polite and made me feel welcomed. I will return over and over w/ the hopes that I will forever feel like a valued client. Try the gold pedicure. Keep up the good work!!

I am very picky about nail salons but i was here first time and like what Yumi did with my nails she works fast, accurate and clean.

I reside in Upstate NY, but will be in the CT area for a few months. I have my nail technician back home that l am IN LOVE WITH, so lm always leery about patronizing other places for fear that they will not do as good of a job.I had my first experience at Grace Nails today 😍🤗🤩 and to say l was VERY IMPRESSED is an understatement.Lily was my technician. She was kind, gentle, patient, detail oriented, meticulous, steady handed and made sure to check in with me while tending to my nails. She wanted to be sure l was pleased with the job she did which you do not often find. Most places just want to get you in and out as quickly as possible.Everything about Grace Nails was memorable: the exceptional customer service, the cleanliness, the complimentary bottle of water, the back and hand massages, the calming music (which almost put me to sleep btw), even Grace herself (soooo sweet)!! She chatted me up and took over doing my nails for a bit as Lily had to take care of another customer temporarily.For the remainder of my time in CT l will only be going to Grace Nails for my mani, pedi, and waxing needs. Take my advice you all should do the same. You WILL NOT regret it!!

Called in to get a 4pm appointment for a pedicure and acrylic refill. Person told me and I quote Unless you come in the morning we don’t have time to do your nails They close at 730pm. I explained to her that I work during the day and mornings was not good for me. She repeated what she stated again then ended call. I will never set foot into this place. Rude behavior.

$38+tax for dip powder nails and many colors to choose from, I was overwhelmed. But I loved that they don’t file down your nails, no acrylics, no gel, no UV (which is harmful to skin) and dried so quickly on its own. Lia is attention to detail and they give you hand and shoulder massage with your manicure.

Grace Nails is the only place Ill go to get my nails done. They are consistent and do a great job. I always look forward to the quick back massage while my finger nails are drying!

I’ve never ever had a 5 min pedicure. Literally 5 min They offered no chair massage. The girl wore no gloves and used cheap lotion on my legs. No shine coat ! BS pedicure! And God forbid you complain your automatically the enemy and they all start speaking in their language!NEVER AGAIN! I will let everyone in my area know too!

My regular salon is closed on Sunday’s and I desperately needed a fill. After reading a majority of the reviews I decided to give Grace nails a try. I was under the impression that they close at 5:30, however when I went in at 12 I was told they didn’t have time for a fill today.

I was just declined a Simple manicure service at 3:15 pm on a Friday.... totally unacceptable when you have a walk ins accepted sign on your business. Its too bad, I was just at this establishment a few weeks ago and was delighted to have found a decent nail salon... but apparently they like to send people away for simple services.

I asked for a manicure. The guy who did my nails did them too fast and did not work very well in removing my cuticles. He added the nail polish twice but never put the transparent coat after he was done which other nails salon do to make sure nothing happen to the color. Then when I was sitting for over 15 minutes letting my nails dry he never came to check on them and let me know if they were all set or need to wait longer.Anyways my nails only last for two days. I feel if you come here for a simple manicure they don’t care at all. I am very disappointed on this place and I am not coming back.

This was my first visit to Grace Nails, I had called for an appointment, which I would highly recommend as many walk-ins were turned away because they were so busy. I had about a 10 minute wait before my service started. Annie was wonderful. I will be back.

I am absolutely thrilled that I work so close to this salon. I stopped in for convenience one day and now I travel further from home just to go to Grace Nails. I read a review here where they complained it was expensive. Please direct me to the nearest other place that has STERILIZED equipment?? I was in awe! Not only was I impressed, I felt respected as a customer. My shellac was only $5 more than the last places I have been but it was well worth it! They provide soft relaxing music, a bottle of water, massage, hand scrub, and sterilized equipment. Huge selection of nail colors! Right now I am sporting a gold sparkle :) They have made a regular!

Amazing place! Got gel done at two other nail salons and it started chipping within a week. It’s been a week exactly when I did them at Grace nails and they still look brand new. Don’t mind spending $30 on gel here.

Wonderful experience. She kept me informed and mad sure they were beautiful from every perspective. Gel extensions are about 60$ but its worth it. Making appointmwnts are your best option if you want to be seen quickly. Theyre friendly and remember your name from the beginning. Loved the experience and will be returning.

I went to Grace Nails for the first time this past weekend without an appointment and they took me right on the spot even though they seemed pretty busy. I had a spa pedicure and regular manicure and I have to say it was the best mani/pedi I’ve ever had! The nail technician took his time and paid attention to detail on both manicure and pedicure. I chose a regular manicure but it still feels like gel quality! I am very pleased and will definitely be back.

Grace nails started out Ok. Saw great reviews even though its a bit far for me. Got a set of gel nails. Bruce and Tony were quiet but nice and very thorogh and did a great job. I felt they were just quiet pleasant people so that was fine. Ive since been going to Peter but he works quick and is a bit sloppy. My nails arent rounded as requested. He does almond shape when you ask for oval. Hes also rather rough and hurt my hands. When I asked him not to hold my fingers so tight, he blamed the way I was sitting and didnt apologize. And never spoke to me again. I guess I have to look for another nail place.

They really took their time and made sure I was happy with both my gel manicure and pedicure. Make sure you have about an hour for each service.

Extremely clean practices, the only place ive seen have plastic covers they switch out for the pedicures and they open brand New packages of tools with every customer, i got my nails done and the husband of Grace, the owner, was very kind, he played good music and stood past closing time to finish my nails and even made sure i made it home safe, if i could give them a million stars i would.

They were excellent. I will definitely go again.

The place is very clean but over priced. I paid more for a regular pedicure here than I would of paid for an excellent pedicure and manicure at Venus Nails further up the Silas Dean Highway. The pedicure was mediocre so I decided to just paint my nails at home!
