Great place, no wait, friendly stay. Lovely interior decor. Even my mom was impressed ;)

This is a great nail place! I get regular polish on my nails and never expect it to last more than 2-3 days. (I can be hard on my nails!) my manicure lasted for a solid week! I will definitely be going back.

We visited on Saturday and spent $200 on services. I did a dip powder & a one step up from the basic pedi, my daughter did a gel manicure and basic pedi and my bf did a basic pedi. The pedi tech barely massaged any of us, and then messed up the paint when he put the slippers on my feet. I had to ask him to touch it up. When he did, they put a different color, so now it looks ridiculous. I asked my nail tech to cut back my nails, she didnt. The quality of the manicure and dip nails was horrible - one of the worst ever. Bumpy, jagged, some of the powder overflowed onto my cuticles. Looks like a very lovely place, but they are more about quantity, than quality. For a nice, upscale area like Southlake, this should be more about quality!!!

The real problem with this salon is the manager Kimberley. On one visit I observed she was clueless to entering services correctly into computer. My 2nd visit I had an appointment scheduled with a specific tech. He was not there and Kimberley left another nail tech to inform me. No apology. No discount. No nothing. 100s of nail salons, do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere! I’ve never been treated so rudely!

Kimberly goes over and above to ensure every guest has a pleasant, enjoyable and relaxing experience.

I had a manicure and pedicure. The nail tech offered a neck massage. At the end of the massage she grabbed my head and twisted it so fast and tried to adjust it? It was so unexpected I didnt have time to say anything.I had just had jaw surgery and I was not pleased with this. Then she finished the dip and she was so aggressive with the nail file she tore my cuticles and I was bleeding from 5 fingers. The pedicure was great.Never again.

Well...I showed up at 7:10pm for a pedicure thinking that they close at 8:00pm (because thats what it said on their website). Unfortunately they close at 7:30pm 😳 They were very accommodating and professional. Ivy did an amazing job! One of the best foot/leg massages Ive had. I will return and would recommend this spa to anyone! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very Nice place. Gwen did an excellent job with pedicure, and its a relaxing atmosphere. Easy parking close to white house black market in town center. Only minor issue is tvs are at a weird angle groom the pedicure chairs. But I will definitely go back.

I really love this place. Everyone is super nice and attentive! Might I add that I get my couple of glasses of wine as well while getting pampered? :) Henry is my go-to guy. Hes so gentle, takes his time, always asks if Im liking how my nails are turning out. I will ALWAYS go to him. Thanks, Henry and Venetian Nails!

I visited Venetian Nail Spa in Southlake Town Square on 6.14.20 and had a wonderful experience. The nail technician, Lucy, did an excellent job on my mani / pedi. There is new ownership and the atmosphere is much more relaxing and personal.

In town from Colorado and giving our feet some love before running at the Silo District and completely blown away by this place... excellent massage, fancy schmancy interior (Vegas-y) and super nice techs... kudos to Henry, Wendy and Amy for treating us like queens.. now off to pound the pavement in Waco!

They were AMAZING! I loved how their nail polish was nice and neat! It was easy to pick a color but in my case i picked a color that i thought it would look great for my wedding day. After leaving i was not happy how the color looked in natural lighting or either that I’m color blind ha! Anyways i made a call to see if I could come back and get a different color! They were very nice! Amy was a sweetheart through it all and she put up with the bridezilla in me. They did not charge me so i am grateful that they were willing to do a redo! Please check it out and you will not regret it!

I cheated on my regular nail shop today, but so glad I did because the new Venetian Nail Shop was awesome! Staff was very friendly and offered great service! The spa is beautiful and clean. The pedicure chair rooms are tucked away on each side offering you and your guests privacy, peacefulness and relaxation. There are six chairs in each of these pedi areas which is also great for a friends gathering, birthday group, or quality family time to name a few. I’d highly recommend trying out this new nail spa. It’s easy to miss if you’re not looking, right next to the parking garage and J. Jill.

Tom was amazing he did a fabulous job on my daughter and mine dip nails. Highly recommend him and the salon.

I was hopeful that this would be a great place after reading all of the positive reviews but left very disappointed. My pedicure was average. The staff forgot I was there and had to be reminded to finish my polish after I sat in the chair for 20 minutes just waiting on the topcoat. My gel manicure started lifting after only 5 days. This was a waste of $100.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Got a seacret manicure and pedicure and absolutely loved it. Cleanliness and professionalism is spot on.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I was very disappointed in the gel nails. I got my nails done on Sunday and they had already cracked and started chipping by Tuesday. I’ve never had this happen so quickly at any other nail spa. The gel certainly wasn’t worth the price that I paid. My OPI nail polish lasts longer than 2 days.

It was alright. Mediocre and my heels werent done at all during the pedicure. I really liked who did my manicure, Mee, but I had a difficult time communicating with the person who did my pedicure and the experience was somewhat awkward.

Fave mani/pedi spot. Honest about wait times, open Sunday, relaxing and clean atmosphere. They do a great job.

Hand a gel mani/pedi done and it was the fastest one ever. But everyone was so nice!

Terrible experience today. I never feel prompted to leave a review and wanted to walk out midway through. Amy did my nails. cut me, rushed, argued with me about my nail shape, color, and finish, then finished it off with asking if I wanted my nose hairs waxed. not kidding. walked out feeling like it was an utter joke that I owed money.

The man i had cut my cuticle down and made it bleed and messed up my whole cuticle. He also jerked around my friends arm and was very rough. He was very rough with my friend and I and made my whole experience terrible if i could give this place a 0 i would. I do not recommend this place at all.

Not sure if everyone had the same experience or not, but me and my sister went for a pedicure and felt that massage that they include (15 mins) was a joke or something... all she did was apply cream even after repeatedly telling her I didn’t feel any pressure.... had to ask her stop after few minutes as I felt it was just waste of time.... worst of all the nail polish discolored my nails!
