They were phenomenal!! From start to finish, the best experience at a nail salon I’ve had in a while

I loved it! Mai did such a good job on my pedicure!!! Andy did an amazing job with my nails, i’m in love with them!! highly recommend. they’re very clean and very welcoming.

Don’t know the gentleman’s name but..... let me tell yall..... My feet rarely come out a nail shop this soft. He did an amazing job. I came in on a Monday at 4:30 and it was quiet which is a great thing for me because I use this time to relax.

First time coming here - I was referred here by a friend & it was a great experience! Loved the way my nails turned out! They are very clean and professional.

My first pedicure in Texas did not disappoint. Raymond was super sweet, the Sun Kissed Massage had orange scented oil, creams and even fresh oranges squeezed on my legs. The tray he brought out looked good enough to eat! The massage was very relaxing and even included a neck massage. Although it was advertised for 50 minutes, he spent over 1.5 hrs with me. The place was clean and obviously well sanitized. Highly recommend!!

First time visiting Ida Nail and I will definitely be back! The reviews I read were spot on. This salon has great prices, tons of colors and a plethora of services. My pedicure is beautiful and I got to sit and enjoy my choice of beverage along with it. The price is great and she took her time to make sure I got what I wanted. Thank you for the foot massage and great fall color!

The others reviews are right on point about this place. I live around Alliance, but I was in the neighborhood and decided to pay Idas a visit. Kathy was my nail tech and she simply is a lovely soul with magic hands! Its definitely worth the drive for just her foot massage, which comes with the pedi. You will feel like a bowl of jello after she is done working on you. As I am a weightlifter, she gladly applied Medium-Firm pressure. In addition, she is pretty meticulous and takes pride in her work. My pedi came out beautifully. I was more than pleased with the service here and will come back again.Update: my second time coming here and this place hands down is the best nail place in the West of Mid-Cities area. Their attention to detail and your comfort is evident from the time you enter their salon. I did not experience this in the other nail salons where I live. Its so worth the 25 min drive.

Glad they gave my kids services at a discount, but she told me afterward that the man doing her fingers held her hand too tightly, so much that it hurt. I also am missing a little more of some toes than the others and they are filed at weird angles....

I love this place! They do an excellent job on nails. I use Andy for a French manicure dip and he is so attentive to detail. Highly recommended! They even make an effort to acknowledge you by name. Great customer service!

This was my first time coming here, right when i walked through the door everyone had a friendly smile and i was quickly prompted to a seat. Andy did an amazing job on my nails and I’m pretty sure this will be my regular place to go to for now on. The prices are good, the atmosphere was relaxing, everything was clean and organized.

Andy and Cindy are just the sweetest people. I always have my nails done by Andy and will never go anywhere else. They will bend over backwards to make sure youre getting what you really want. The prices are great. I absolutely love my nails.

I came in to get gel nails and they said that had to put dip powder on my nails if I wanted tips and then put gel over It but it wasn’t even dip it was acrylic which made my nails extremely thick. It took forever almost 3 hours. Then after I left I realized that one of my nails the gel wasn’t even cured/dry so I came back to get it fixed the next day but they made me wait an hour until they could fix it and in the process the nail tech, Andy, made my finger bleed. I will never come back to this salon. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend.

The best honest service one can get. These Vietnamese people work hard. They truely appreciate serving. Very clean and relaxing. Accept a complementary wine or other beverage. Sit back and relax in the message chair. Love this place and the employees.

I just moved to the area in December and I have been all over trying to find a good nail salon. Ida Nails is the place! Its very quaint and quiet and they do an excellent job. They really take their time to make sure you get the best quality. The staff is so sweet and really pamper you! I will definitely be back!

We went here for an employee appreciation pedicure and it was the best pedicure experience Ive ever had!! Best leg massage ever and loved the neck and shoulder massage while my toes were drying. Kathy was awesome!

Ida Nails is by far the best nail salon I have ever gone to. I have been coming here for a year now, and they are consistently amazing. Always kind, attentive, and honest. Cindy usually does my nails, with the occasion when she is out, or Ive brought her yet another crazy design I just have to have lol - then her husband Andy will also do my nails. I love the atmosphere, and I love that they make me feel so pampered when Im there. For the record, I Pinterest way too much, and every time Ive challenged Cindy & Andy to a design - they always do it so perfectly! The prices are great, the salon is clean, products and tools are always clean, and their employees are so kind.I could rave forever about this salon, but Ill leave it at this - it is hard to find truly wonderful customer service and care and Andy & Cindy have nailed it!! (see what I did there?) Go to this salon, you wont be sorry - your nails will thank you.

I am not the type to write up review, but this place deserves the recognition. This nail salon is beyond the normal expectation for nail care service. They go above and beyond! I drive 30 min to come to this salon because they do not hassle you, they speak english, and they take their time to provide you detailed service that makes you feel like you just spent the day at the spa. It is truly a dont judge a book by its cover type of place. I will not go anywhere else to get my pedicures and manicures! Talented, professional, and kind people who work here. I wont go anywhere else!

Tina always does an amazing job!!!! Some of the other larger salons are so crowded, and hard to get into. This salon is great for anyone with a busy schedule. Hidden gem.

Terrible customer service. Husband and a friend went today and were told it told be just 5 minutes. That went on for a long time and they left very unhappy. Hardly anyone in the shop. They will not go back.
