It was an okay experience. The gentleman who did my nails was very nice but they overcharge. The lady who initially started doing my nails was being rude saying my nail bed was crooked just so she didnt have to keep re doing. The man who took over did a great job and really tried to make me happy.

Favorite salon to come to. Decently priced considering the area we are in and great customer service. My nails ALWAYS last a long time and I’ve been coming since I moved to Southlake 2 years ago.

Very nice people very customer oriented… However my gel over acrylic peeled off that evening I had two nails already gone by that evening. Paid way too much money for that.

That didnt go well and I never got passed trying to schedule an appointment. I would have been a new client. I had to tell her 3 times I want solar pink and white fills. She kept saying dip. NO. When I asked her about pricing she said she didnt know and just kept trying to schedule the appointment. I asked her several more times to please find out about pricing. That I wasnt going to just show up without some idea what I would be charged. Finally she said around $40.00 FOR PINK AND WHITE SOLAR FILLS? AGAIN, NO! I told her thank you for your time and that I would not need an appointment after all.

Don is the absolute best for dip in Southlake! I always call before and get an appointment. Just had the charcoal pedi and it was so relaxing! This is really a hidden gem!

The salon itself is very nice, clean and decorated well. We went in just to have fingernails painted and were told to “hurry up because someone with an appointment is coming”. It made the experience feel rushed.

Very clean environment, Don and the ladies do a wonderful job you wont want to go anywhere else!
