Had what sounded like a muffler problem. Made an appt. & Al took care of the problem in an hour. Very neat, clean, good price. Cant beat that.

Sold my dad brand new tires, then he had a nail. Then they put in a bad tire plug. He almost crashed when the tire blew on the ma pike. Then they wouldnt return a call. When they did they never offered no help, didnt want to fix it, no warranty on the tire. Just useless. They told him to go to Southbridge Tire. They were great. Thumbs down on Als just horrible. Saving a buck at ALs almost cost $1000 or a life.

This shop is WONDERFUL! Al is a great guy, his receptionist is super friendly & helpful, and they really went above and beyond when I brought my (difficult Volvo 😂) in to be looked at. I grew up around cars, my father is a retired mechanic, so I am no stranger to how some shops “work”.Al had it for about 4 hours, test drove it, went through it completely, did an oil change, found my exhaust leak (broken at the catalytic converter and welded it for me!) all for less than some places do an oil change & tire rotation for. They prepared a thorough list of what my car needed to be A) safe, and B) to pass MA inspection, and gave me a super fair quote to repair it all.Overall I highly recommend this new shop to anyone looking for a new, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable place to bring their vehicle.
