My car got a flat tire driving down I-75 on labor day. I had to pull over immediately on the side of the interstate in a less-than-ideal place, and Unique Towing & Recovery came very quickly to ensure that my vehicle and I were removed from the situation safely. The driver called me to verify my location, verify that I was safe, and was very kind, friendly and professional. I was so thankful to have such timely service on a holiday!

Fuji was great, got us where we needed to be quick and was real helpful in making sure we did in fact need a tow.

Fuji was the best! He came super quick and was friendly and personable the whole way through. My alternator went out, draining my battery and leaving me stranded, but I’m happy Unique Towing was here to make sure my car was towed away safely. Would definitely recommend!

The worst experience ever!!!!!!!! Unique Towing is a joke and so far from professional!! After a 4 hour wait and being lied to repeatedly they finally canceled my tow and to my surprise it had been canceled 40 minutes to my finding out! They didn’t even call, I called them to find out why they hadn’t arrived. So disgusted!! Not even an apology! Just simply told me to find another company! After waiting for them for 4 hours!!

The towing yard doesn’t have a office to walk in and speak w anyone personally also… the tow yard is just open for anyone to come take your car and or look at your throughout the day…. Also nobody never pick up the phone & when they do, everything is done over the phone you can’t even walk into their facility! However they are bad business not to mention I had my car towed here through insurance & I was not pleased my car did not see a mechanic shop until 3weeks after my car incident I would not recommend using this tow yard company

The driver arrived significantly more quickly than was estimated by my insurance company. He was polite, respectful, and courteous. He went above and beyond by jumping my car at the destination, rolling the windows up, and waiting for us to arrive ten minutes later. All on a holiday! Thank you!

My insurance company, Travelers contacted this company and they showed up quickly and efficiently! They towed my car to a convenient location and everything went MICH easier than expected! I rarely write reviews but the combination of service and convenience made a bad situation so much easier I felt compelled to write this POSITIVE one!

Good Sam Roadside arranged for this company to tow my motorcycle home after it broke down. After waiting 2 hrs and now show of the tow truck, I called back to Good Sam and was told Unique Towing could not tow motorcycles. Now Good Sam is booking another company after the wasted 2 hr wait, its close to midnight now. Terrible tow company, not professional whatsoever.

This was by far the worst experience of my life, dealing with a company. Nobody has the slightest clue as to what they are doing. I dont know if they own clocks but I do know that they cant tell time. I needed my Ford Raptor towed to the dealership and had them assigned to me by ford. I called them after I waited the intial 45min. I continued to be patient until I had been told there was going to be another 45min two more times. I had then been told that their driver had problems with their truck. I finally had to get another company to get my truck after I waited over 3 hours. IF YOU WANT YOUR TRUCK TOWED YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF GETTING IT THERE ON A HORSES BACK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

While it did take awhile for them to come due to the Roadside assistance service, the driver was courteous and friendly and called when he was close. He even took the car to the shop and dropped off the keys as part of the service. I was pleasantly surprised.

Marrice showed up faster than the company estimated, was super fast getting us off the side of I20 & back home to safety, had a great personality and was a silver lining to an otherwise long, harrowing ordeal. I have been dealing with my car sitting at Chase Bank since 11:30pm last night. After dealing with several tow companies, I called my insurance company and was assigned Unique Towing.I am very displeased as I’ve been waiting for my car to be picked up since today around 11:45am-12:00pm. It is now 5:26pm and my car is STILL sitting there.My pickup time was changed 5 times and was promised that it would be picked up with 30min 2hrs ago.I called a few moments ago (after no one answering for 10 calls) to ask what was the issue. The guy’s response was, “your insurance company canceled it”. I know that because I’m the one who just told them to get another company! We literally just canceled it!The next response was, “oh, the driver had a few calls ahead of you”. If that’s the case, why tf would you promise my insurance company on the phone that they’ll be there within 30min guaranteed then ignore the rest of they’re calls 2hrs later?! If that was the case we could’ve found another company to pick up my car so that my car doesn’t get towed by the property owner it’s currently sitting on.DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY USE THEM!All I know is that when this new company comes to pick up my car, it better still be there. That’s all I’m saying. Have a nice day!

They were scheduled as a tow provided through my USAA Roadside Assistance program and they provided an ETA at 12 pm for 90 minutes. They later changed the ETA 3 times and they would wait until AFTER the scheduled time to send another text. The customer service was horrible and very unprofessional. They promised time after time that they were on their way, only to NEVER show up. Eventually, they never ever answered the phone or returned messages. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! I cancelled and used another provider after they wasted over 2 and a half hours of my time.

State Farm referred me. Absolutely on point. So good, I am locking them in on my phone and telling my friends.

I was broke down and my insurance ( roadside assistance) had this company to provide the tow. OMG!!! Absolutely the worst!!!! I and my son waited 4 hours. I finally gave up and abandoned my vehicle and caught a cab home. The next day, I go back to do the process again to get my vehicle home and guess who they link me up with. This same horrible company. I call to get a ETA and they hang up on me. I call again and get the same result. I immediately call my insurance provider and switch tow company. Yes, they did call to confirm pick up....at 5am!!!! We had been gone for 2 hrs and I was sleep. AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY!!!

My insurance company requested my car to be towed at 11pm. My first eta time was 30-40 min, ok that’s fine I’ll wait. About 1am I call back and they told me that the eta is 60 mins now. So around 4am I called again, now he said my car will be picked up 60 more mins. I called at 7am same guy answered, he told me the tow truck driver should be calling me 20-30 min. Great ! Wrong ! Another 3 hour went by. It’s 10am now… I called them back… this time it’s a new guy, he told me they canceled my tow at 1:24am because they could find my car and was told to call my insurance company back….. so letting someone wait for 12 hour is ok ? You told me that your driver would call ? Not one single phone call….

Been waiting for 3 hours on a row. The man on the phone was rude and confirmed my address after 10mins of back and forth. Then after nearly 2 hours, I call my insurance company back because this towing company WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. My insurance agent says they never had my address, just the zip code. So where does that leave me? STILL stranded in Bankhead with a broken car ‼️

The young man named Rich came in a timely fashion. He was very polite and took good car of my car considering the situation. He seems to be very professional at his job. I do know that if I ever get stranded again that roadside will call on this company.

USAA placed a motorcycle tow twice with this company and they rescheduled, finally on the day of the final scheduled time they tell me they are unable to even tow a motorcycle. When questioned about the issue and how I could be assisted, I was told by Richard that its my motorcycle my problem. Im still waiting to hear back from a manager, and I had to assign the tow to another, more competent, company. I would not recommend dealing with this company, choose a better tow company.

This is NOT a reputable business! All of these 5 star reviews are FAKE! I was connected to this “company” by my insurance to tow my car after I got a flat tire. I paid $20 to park in a lot because I was in Downtown Atlanta... the ETA I was given was 90min. I called and I could tell immediately that this person would NOT be on time. I walked around until about 20min before the truck was supposed to arrive. About 20 min after the ETA had expired I called my insurance company who them attempted to contact the tow “company”. They did not answer. An hour later they still are not answering. I had to pay another $20 for parking and leave my car unlocked and unattended and take the train home. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I needed a tow, he was booked through my insurance company, the ETA was 2 hours. 3 1/2 hours went by, after complaining to my company, he lied and said that he just got the order, I told him that I need a lockout and tow, he said he didnt know about that, he siad he had to call somebody, he hung up, and when I AND the insurance company called, he didnt pickup. He left me stranded in a possibly UNSAFE place. BEWARE!!

By all accounts did a good job. While it took a while, it was a rainy Saturday night in Georgia. Driver did ask me for a tip was a bit odd.

The driver was rude, and refused to provide service. He wouldnt speak to me directly, and was only willing to talk with his boss about an issue that came up. I would absolutely avoid this company.

After over 2 hours of waiting they cancelled our tow and we didn’t find out until we had to call them! Alex was extremely unprofessional! It is ridiculous. Claimed the car that we left there 15 mins prior was not there simply because he was ready to get off stating “the car’s not there and I’ve already clocked out”Hopefully your insurance does not send this company out to tow you car. They are lazy and completely incompetent.

These people were assigned thru my insurance company at 7:00 am. I was repeatedly lied to with estimated time of arrival! When you call the company the person on the other end sounds very uninterested in what you have to say and give 0 f#@$! Finally at 12:51 pm, 5 hours later, my car was delivered to the dealership! This type of service is what make it hard to support SOME black owned businesses. These people do not care that you have a car appt to make nor do they care that you are stranded. Because I missed my appt time with the dealer I am not even sure if they will get to my car today! Please find another tow company to use!

Don’t EVER get this towing company. My car went out in me V at 12:09am and it is now 6am and they still haven’t arrived. I called them twice only got them to tell me they’ll be there in 45 minutes! I called my insurance company and they told me that they said they weren’t going to do it because it was 30 minutes away from my house. My car is unattended with the doors unlocked in a parking lot. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had! So unprofessional, I wish I could give them no stars!!

Rich did a great job with towing my car to a nearby mechanic. I only use vendors recommended by USAA because they guaranteed their work and everyone Ive ever used that they approve of has always done excellent work. Rich was professional and patient. I was trying to handle the tow while at work on an extremely busy day. He waited for me to return his missed calls, found the location successfully and even moved my car since it was in a restricted area to a location where he could successfully get to it. He was nice enough to come into my office to retrieve my key. He kept me informed via text when the car was successfully delivered to the shop. Great customer service! Would definitely use again.

State Farm connected me with these guys when my car died in the middle of a street in Midtown. They were at my car about 15 minutes after the time quoted, but I’ve had tow trucks take way longer. My tow driver was very efficient. Unfortunately didn’t get his name. For a free tow thru insurance, it was a pretty good job!

I was towed Richard on Friday. Richard was a godsend. My car was stuck in the middle of the highway and Richard came and risked his life laying under my car on the highway to tow my car. My car would not go into neutral how every Richard went above and beyond to get my car on and off of the tow truck using creative measures to ensure that there was no damage done to my car. I appreciate his professionalism, his tact, and the level of care he treated my vehicle with.

I have been waiting since 11:45 am for Unique Towing to tow my vehicle and is now 4:35 pm and no one has arrived nor called me with an update. I had to call 5 times before someone actually answered the phone only to be placed on hold.Very disappointed with their inability to service me after they agreed with my insurance agent that they will arrive in 30 mins .

Had to have my jeep towed to the dealership and requested a rollback. The gentleman that came was very professional and quick. In the middle of a intersection, in a very tight community, he pulled up, loaded, and was on the way to the shop. Took 360 pictures of my vehicle, and a picture of it being dropped off to let us know it was delivered.Thank you sir!

Super cool, efficient, & knowledgeable.I left my car parked overnight and Rich arrived before I did. My gear was stuck in reverse and he was able to get it back into drive before towing it. This review is specific to Maurice (I think that was his name though it was hard to hear thru the mask). He was just a ray of brightness on a cold, wet morning. Our car wouldn’t start and we needed it to be towed. He popped right out of the truck with a big smile on his face. He immediately diagnosed the issue was the battery. He jumped it and we were able to drive it to the mechanic ourselves. But this man was such a kind, good human being kind of a person. So much so that I felt compelled to write a review to thank him for helping us out.

When my car broke down, our insurance agency got a tow truck dispatched from this company and I’m so grateful they did. Rich The Tow Man was the driver who arrived and not only was he helpful and professional, he was kind and lighthearted which is just what you need when you’re upset about your car breaking down. He was communicative the whole way through, (calling when he was on his way, etc) and patient when I had to change the drop off location. He towed my car 15 miles and was willing to navigate our odd driveway and even help push my car into the right spot after getting it off the truck. Couldn’t have been luckier with a randomly assigned tow!

If I could give them 0 stars or less I most certainly  would. I requested  a tow from my insurance  provider progressive, my car wouldnt  start and I needed a tow to the dealership. Shortly after requesting the tow I was told unique  towing would be my assigned  contractor  and was given a ETA of 1pm. Earlier  I had made an appointment at the dealership for 2:30 pm it was a cancellation, there next available  appointment was 8 days later on 1/12/21 So I was relived that they would  be able to make my appointment  time, until they did  not... At 1:45 they still hadnt  shown up after calling several times a representative answered  and said the tow driver Orlando was headed my way, I told her about appointment  and she said I would  still make the appointment  time if 2:30. Hours later still no one arrived at this point I had missed my appointment  at the dealership, and had called about 6 times with no answer.  Long story short they arrived  almost 4 hours late at 4:50 pm ... I called my insurance  roadside  to make a complaint  and was now looking at 8 days without my car.When Orlando finally arrived I asked him if he would like me to put my car in neutral and back it out so he had better access to the car since it was parked in my garage  and would not start.He assured me that he had it and went about doing what I thought was his job... when all was said and done  he tried using a pin to access the gear shift button, to put the car in neutral to tow it out,  the pin exploded and got ink alllllll over the inside of my car, the trunk, center column, wheel and steering wheel. He caused over 2,500.00 worth of damage  to the front, side and truck of my car and over 10k worth of damage  to the garage  and driveway of the house my husband  and I just purchased in June.  Negligent  is an understatement!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I blew my tire and didn’t have a spare. Had to call the towing company. Thankfully Rich The Tow Man showed up super fast, on time, and had an outstandingly great attitude. He didn’t leave me hanging at any point and always kept me updated with how the entire process would work. A man like this is who you want working for your company. Hopefully I won’t have to get my car towed again, but if I do, I hope it’s Rich that shows up. Excellent service!

Accident this morning. Rich arrived to pick up the other drivers car. He made a call to his central command - they called me back within minutes. Rich dropped off the other driver and car then was back in no time to pick up my car. He drove it out to a collision center in Winder GA and provided updates all along the way. Rich was Awesome - you can tell he is a good guy! My experience with Rich and his team today was GREAT! I would highly recommend this company for any towing needs....

My car broke down on the side of a busy highway at night. Via my insurance company, UNIQUE was sent out to me. After he hooked up my car I asked to get a ride to the dealership. He told me he could not because he had his wife and him child with him. What?! He drove off with my car leaving me on the side of the highway. It was dark, 40 degree weather and rainy. So there I was a woman on a dark highway in a sketchy part of town waiting for my Uber in the cold, with a childs car seat in hand. I would have preferred to get a ride to the dealership where at least I would be off the highway and could lock myself in my car in a parking lot until my ride came.

Tow truck drivers are awesome..... company itself total thumbs down.

When my friend’s car was overheating after I had taken it to be detailed for him his insurance company called Unique Towing & Recovery. They said it would be 30 minutes so I figured that really meant an hour but Rich contacted me and was there in 30 minutes. He was able to hook the car up and dropped it at my friend’s mechanic with no issues. One of the quickest and smooth tow experiences I’ve had. I don’t know if all their drivers are the same but Rich was friendly, professional, and timely.
