My sons car broke down in his way to college nearby Five Star. What a blessing! Left a note on the car & returned home to CT. Rachel phoned the next day, passed me to Scott & everything was taken care of expediently & efficiently. They went above & beyond to help & it was their kindness & empathy that made the biggest impression, a lasting one at that. I highly recommend Five Star if you’re in the area! I needed work done on my car. For the job that needed to be done, I was quoted that it would take 1-2 hours. It ended up taking over 8 hours for the job to be completed. Thats an estimate of $80-160, and ended up costing me over $780. They did not update me after the 1st couple hours to tell me it was going over the estimated amount. Beware getting work done here it could end up costing more then expected. Just a friendly warning of what could happen to you.Thanks

I have been having Five Star work on my cars for at least twenty years and I cant say enough good about them. From the minute I walk through the door I am treated like familythe entire staff goes out of their way to make everything right. They have my complete trust and I highly recommend them! My favorite mechanic is Patty. She goes out of her way to do the job right and she always has the customers interest on her mind. I love her 😍

My tire pressure light goes on when I am on the way to Boston, I freaked out and found this place on google as the nearest auto repair, drove there and Sam helped me to fix the tire pressure and he was very professional and kind. Sam helped me to solve the problem very quickly and I asked him some questions about the tire pressure and he was very patient and answered every questions that I had. And at the end when I was about to pull out my wallet to pay for the service, Sam said I dont need to pay for that. Sam took his time to help me to go through all my tires and answered my questions and did not charge me anything. This place deserve more customers!! I will definitely recommend just by how nice and helpful they are!!

Scott is the man!! I would never take my car anywhere else unless it was warranty work that I am getting done for free at the dealership. Very honest, known him and his family for years. Has given cars a once over for us before we bought them. Gives you an honest opinion about work that needs to be done to your car. No BS. Probably why he expanded again!!

Very nice people. We had a nail in the tire and they took us with short notice. Explained how the plug works and had a coloring book and crayons for the kids to color. Very short wait.

Was on way to Worcester from NJ when my son, who was in another car, got a flat. After ribbing us a lil for being from Jersey, lol, the gentleman (Scott?) took tire off rim and showed us that tire couldnt be fixed. Unfortunately, he didnt have tire we needed. Recommended us to Dicks Tires, a place that did. Scott also took our old tire and said hed get rid of it for us.We wanted to give him some money for his time, however, he wouldnt take it. Told us, This is how we do it here. What a great place!! My son will definitely go there if he has any problems, and Ill be here in NJ knowing hell get a fair deal.
