I’ve been going here for a very long time and it’s usually a hit or miss, mostly misses though. i’ve showed the people there pictures of what i want and got nothing close. they rush and are forgetful. i want the old sports clips i used to know.

I just want to thank Rachel the manager for always doing a great job and being sociable. She started cutting my hair at the Bellbrook location a couple years ago. I was disappointed when she was transferred to this location. However I drive about 20 minutes just so she can cut my hair. Always a great cut ! Wont go anywhere else! Thanks Rachel your the best !!

This is not the first time this has happened at Springboro location. I checked in and it said I was on deck and I also chose first available stylist. They called the person 4 below me because he requested a certain stylist even though it said 26 minute wait for him. I usually drive further to the Middletown location for this reason. This in no way reflects on their skills as stylists because I have never had a bad haircut from anyone there just annoying that they do this and why I usually avoid this location.

Took my sons to get their cuts and paying 50 bucks which included a forced tip of nothing less than 5 bucks each to get home and see that one of my sons cut was completely butchered. Its supposed to be a skin fade under cut. And it looks nothing like its suppose to look. Uneven all around... there is literally almost a triangle shape on one side. I would post pictures if this would allowed, but 20 bucks for a kids hair cut is high considering its all screwed up. Not to mention... maybe your company can let their styles know that they are customer service also and not talking to their customers or even cracking a smile made the whole experience awkward. If there was an option to rate less than a star I would.

Never again. Checked in after receiving the alert that i was next. Waited 15 minutes only to have the person who just walked in taken back. After years of going there this was the last time.

Went in to get my sons haircut for his class pictures. Stylist Joann cut his hair and did an excellent job. The last few cuts were okay but this was the first time Joann cut and styled his hair and My son and I loved it. I will only have her cut his hair from now on.Thanks Joann!!

I made a appointment 5hours before a available time and have had tried to make a appointment for a week. After waiting 45 after my time they let a guy cut in front of me and backed me up another half hour because they let him get bumped off there list. I have been going there since the store opened and won’t be back.

Somewhat expensive, and the quality varies. First time I went, it was a decent experience with friendly service and a good cut. The second time, she literally shaved 1/4 above my ears down to the skin. Very noticeable and looked really bad. Going here can be a gamble, so Id look elsewhere.

This is where I get my hair cut. It is close to home and they do a good job.. I like the hair wash after the cut to get the bits of hair out. The Home Run option really isnt any better than the Triple Play; the amount of time they spend on the massage is minimal. Get the triple, and tip an extra buck.

Admittedly I was 15 minutes earlythey had not opened yet so I waited outside the door. Finally a coupke minutes past the opening time posted the ladies took the register out and one cane to the door. By this time another younger gentleman had arrived. Upon UNLOCKING the door the lady simpky turned away made no eye contact or effort to open door or greet us. The other lady greeted the younger man as he passed by me into the haircut business and was promptly greeted and taken to a chair. Was a bit off putting I felt as if I was inconveniencing the young ladies. Was asked if I wanted the massage and hot towell thing had I known it was simply a vibating chair i would have passed ... lets say though I played SPORTS having a THEME honestly never should surplant proper customer service and hodpitality

So I realized I only leave bad reviews. I do need to say this is my favorite place to go. My son and I get our haircut by Megan!!!

Took forever just to get my name into the system. Then it was the same lady who cut my hair.
