Love this place. They do a really good job on regardless what you get done!

They are very accommodidating, and fairly priced. Ive enjoyed this establishment and their services many times, I do recommend to friends and family.

I was a valuable customer for almost three years and also referred customers to them as well. My nails kept breaking and I told Jason to make them thicker since I work a lot with my hands at my dental job and at home. He did for a while then went back to thin breaking again. He did a great job with esthetic designs but they just kept breaking. After the pandemic I decided to give them another chance and I was told not to come back by his wife. Apparently, Im too demanding of a client. They made it seem that it was my fault that my nails kept breaking. I found it very offensive and I do not recommend this Salon anymore. Ungrateful people and very unethical 😒

The young lady that did my nails was super sweet. I did my Nails gel pink. I lovd them I was a walking in. I didnt have no wait.

I have gotten quite a few pedicures over the years, and have never been disappointed with this place! The experience I had tonight was above and beyond! First off, I called to schedule an appointment today and asked what time they close because I wouldnt be able to make it until after work. A gentleman informed me that they close at 7:00 pm but asked what time I would be able to get there. I said not until 6:30 and I wanted a pedicure that takes an hour. He very kindly said he would be happy to stay late and that he would see me at 6:30. I took my 8 year old daughter with me for fun because we have a wedding this weekend and I thought it would be fun for her to get her toes painted as well. And seriously Don and Whitney were absolutely amazing! Not only did they give us both an amazing pedicure, they treated my daughter like a princess. Don did some cute designs on her toes and then so kindly manicured her fingernails without even being asked! She was so happy and had the biggest smile on her face!They stayed late for us and went above and beyond with their service and treatment! Thank you Thank you!!!

Best nail salon I have been to. I live in cottonwood and I will drive down just because they are so nice. Its clean and they are professional. Thank you for your great service. Got a pedicure and they gave a great massage!

I always go to get my nails done there. They take their time to do quality work, and I can count on them to always make my nails look beautiful. The new management is awesome! I recommend for everyone to go there. :-)

Ive never had an issue. Not sure why people are saying it isnt clean. When getting a pedicure tools are always fresh out of sterile bags and I always see them clean the tub before I get in and even after.

I come here regularly. I love these guys.

BEWARE!!! BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE & POOR CLEANLINESS.1. They do not use the hygienic plastic cover for the tubs. I’d rather choose a salon that is clean and hygienic.2. The nail technician was very rough on my nail bed and insisted on filing my SNS nails instead of lightly filing and then soaking them off. I decided to choose another salon that cared about good customer service and healthy nails.

Since Vicky and the team are doing such great work they are able to open another shop!. Go see them they are great! Will take good care of you. You will also get a fabulous foot massage with the pedicure. Vicky usuallly takes care of me, but anyone of their team is fantastic!

Not impressed Ive been a couple of times.. went again this last time to give them one more chance. Told them the nail shape I wanted and not to file the top of my natural nail to much due to my nails already being thin.. she says oh no, I wont and does it anyways with 2 different files. Then filed my nails way to short and shaped the way she wanted to and did not clean the polish left on my skin. Very frustrated!

I’m completely disappointed in this place an the service I received poor poor customer service!!!!!!! and extremely OVER PRICED. I asked for a full set of nails with shellac they said 50 dollars….WOW I was shocked so my nails where almost done so I had to pay regardless she cut up my fingers an was very ruff, I also told her what I wanted and she refused to do what I asked and said that it was to much for her to do, I asked for one finger to be covered with diamonds DIDN’T HAPPEN… even if I paid extra horrible…as she was putting shellac on my nails it was bubbling I explained to her that it was and she said it was alright and wouldn’t fix it. I was there for almost 2 hours I said forget it, I paid an left as I was leaving walking out side the shellac looked worse then I thought I was so mad I called an asked if they would please fix it they asked me to come in the next day, I went home showered and when I got out the couple of diamonds that was put on fell off. I went in the next day she drilled the shellac off which took off my acrylic and I told her to put more acrylic on and she said it would be fine and she would just put shellac over it now my nails are thin and about to pop off and plus I had to pay extra money for shellac tips when I already paid 55$ the day before. I was so up set I will never refer anyone to this place nor go back again. One time I get to pamper myself in a long time I get this…. OVER PRICED AND CRAPPY SERVICE Thanks for a waste of time and money.

Went here for the first time yesterday- wow! I have been doing acrylics on my nails for years and never have I had a better set of nails than I do now. Staff is awesome, they will do whatever they can to accommodate customers and to keep them happy. Will be making regular trips here now!

Im a frequent customer I love the service they are very nice and gental with your hands when doing your nails they have amazing prices and a great selection of colors and glitter. Any person who went here having a bad experience wasnt because of the workers it was probably because of the costumers attitude. We all know how those ladys can get. 💁Just saying calm down Karen.

Sucked pretty much stole 75$ dollars from me. They told us they took spa finder and varified it and after we were done with our pedicures they told us they dont take them and we had to come up with our own money to fund there lie.

Wonderful experience!!! I came here with my mom and sister and we all walked out feeling relaxed and pampered and LOVING our manicures and pedicures. Amazing job!!!

I went here to get a full set, which is $25 dollars. When I chose my color, he said it was too white. So I chose a different color. Then when I went to go pay, he charged me $40 because the new color I chose was a gel polish. I had no idea. Not only that, my nails turned out crooked. Never going back here again, I would not recommend it to anyone.

They did well on the eyebrow waxing (even and through). However, its the 2nd place Ive been to in SLC that I realize their wax is so hot it burned my face. I just moved from DE. The gentleman didnt cut my toe nails down to the length I specified and ignored me we I asked him to do so (very rude). He went out for a smoke break before starting my pedicure and reeked of smoke (very unprofessional). He barely acknowledged me. Two days and my toe nailed chipped, because he refused to cut them down. I proceeded to get a Full Set and was hesitant, because of the pedicure incident. My nails looked nice, but two fell off the next day. Poor work, poor communication. Im dissatisfied. It got a two star for the eyebrows, however, I wont be returning. Shame.

My rating is based off of two things; service & quality:Service: If youre a regular im sure your experience would differ from mine, but I got a super rude dude who did my nails. Didnt talk to me much but talked /about/ my trashy appearance when he thought I couldnt hear him.Quality: My nails turned out crooked. Not coming back here again, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was not pleased with the service here. My nails looked beautiful when they were done but the people were very rude. I went with a group and they made some very rude comments to us. They also took forever to get started even though we had an appointment. Overall, the customer service was terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone.

One of the worst services ever1. The room where the waxing service was done had a light right on top of the headSo when u lie down the light is right into ur eyes so extremely uncomfortable2. The lady who was handling me had really long nails, so when she would hold ur hand, the nails would continuously prick u, man they were painful, and let me not even comment on the hygiene3. The last and the worst part was the fact that the lady burnt my hand while trying to wax my handAnd then she said my hand hair were too sticky and hence the issueNot to generalize but I am never coming back

If I could, I would give a 0/10. Awful, rude customer service and the nail techs dont know how to do nail designs. I got a shellac manicure ($30) and asked simply for an ombre that was light pink to mostly orange with a palm tree on my ring finger. They picked out a darker pink than I chose but I trusted them because Im no nail expert. The lady tried maybe 4 times to do an ombre and she didnt know how to do it correctly! She had a reference picture on my phone to look at also, she did a little orange on the tip of my finger and mostly dark pink. So then I said screw it just do the whole nail orange. The base coat was already painted the dark pink and she just paints over it with the orange creating this weird orangy/pink color. I asked her if it was gonna turn out more orange and she goes I dont know. Luckily the color was okay. After she was done another nail technician came to do the palm tree. She tells my nail is short but she can do it. It turned out looking wheat grass, nothing like what a palm tree looks like (also had a reference picture). I was so frustrated that I got up, paid and just left. They didnt tell me at first that they charge extra for nail design so it ended up being $35. After I got home I took a second look at the nail and there were brush strokes, black spots all over the nail. I called back and I told the employee that I was not satisfied at all and Id like a full refund. He tells me that there is no refund, but if I can come back hell fix it for free and take $5 off. He also told me he didnt charge me for the ombre which would have been another $5 more. I said that I wasnt available all week to come in, and quiet frankly I really dont want my nails done by them again. He tells me well thats your fault because you didnt say anything before you left. This to me is the most rude customer service to tell the customer it is there fault!

Do not go there for a wax! I had my chin area done and now i have multiple burns from over waxing. She went over the same more than once ripping off my skin leaving big read burns on my face. Seriously unprofessional. I hear they do well with medi pedis but other than that, I dont recommend any spa treatments there. Not only that but they constantly gave me rude comments like, so much hair uh yeah, thats why im here to get it waxed! I gave it a good try for a month or 2 and now im 100% done with them.

I got a gel manicure here, the lady was rude and made me bleed multiple times. I left and noticed right away the gel was peeling off. I called and asked for a solution. They said they manager would call me back. I called for three days straight with The manage isnt in, I dont know when she will be in next I finally went in they were rude peeled the nail Polish off and said come back and well redo them for free. Well I returned and he denied me service! I asked for the managers contact information and the owner and he said he would not give it to me. Horrible service, rude employees, DO NOT GO HERE!
