Julie is amazing at her job. She does my nails every time. Love her work and she is very patient and takes care of you. I won’t let anyone else do my nails. If I have to wait for the next day I would, that is how good Julie is :).

I had my nails done a week ago and throughout the week I ended up breaking two of them. When I called to have them fix it they were happy to fit me in the same day and repaired them quickly! The nail technician is always very precise. My nails always turn out great!

My dip nails chipped pretty fast but Im not rough. My pointer finger was a different shade than my other fingers because they didnt do enough dip powder and then it chipped the next day right down the middle. Pretty disappointing

I have gone here for years and things usually seem to work out okay. Today I went in for acrylics as I always do. The nail tech began painting my nails. When I asked if she was going to put acrylics on, she said I didnt ask for them and next time I could get them. Why she didnt stop right then to begin the acrylics is beyond me but I left disappointed and paid $30 for her to simply paint my nails. I dont think I will be returning here.

I normally have pedicures on Sunday but needed a pedicure in the evening during the week. The technician rushed through the service, was not thorough, and there was nothing relaxing about my appointment. If I hadnt been there before and experienced differently, I would not recommend this business. However, Sunday mornings the staff are amazing and it is such a different experience. Ill be sticking to Sundays always going forward. I was so disappointed with this last appointment.

I took my daughter here to get her nails painted for the first time. They looked cute when we left but by the time we had driven home (5 minutes) they were already chipping off. By the end of the day the Nail polish was off two of her fingernails completely.My sister had the same problem. By the time we got to the car they were already chipped and rubbing off.They did a great job, I just feel like the product used is pretty low quality.** we didn’t do gel we did just regular Polish. **

Took my girlfriend here to get her nails shaped and painted after she grew them out for a long time. Started with nobody being available when we had an appointment.... Then our Lady couldnt speak English. Immediately trimmed them short after we told her to just shape them. So there was no going back and when she started filing my girlfriends nails the lady was filing her fingers more than her nails! Left them very jagged and uneven in very odd shapes. Cut skin around cuticles and left the skin hanging. Painful, unprofessional, and terrible work. Couldnt even let them paint after.

I called early in the day to make an appointment. The person I spoke to said to come in at 6. I showed up for my appointment and they told me they were closed. They just dismissed me without any consideration for the inconvenience or lack of professionalism. I will not be going back.

It took 2 hours for a pedicure to be done. The lady doing the pedicure had clearly not done a pedicure before. She didnt know how to use the drill. She bumped my toes with the gel lamp leaving a dent in the polish. She didnt speak English so she didnt understand when I pointed it out to her. Additionally, they added multiple charges that werent advertised, such as taking gel off. They told me $3 but charged $4. The staff wasnt friendly and they were really slow. Ill be going back to Glam nails moving forward. Save you time and money and avoid sassy nails.

The ladies were very kind and everything was neat and clean but the nails did not come out as nice as Id want them to be 😬 I went in around 4:30 which was 30 mins before they closed which Im very thankful they were willing to do for me but it felt like she was rushing so much on my nails she kept messing up with her machine. I paid 30 for my pedicure which was amazing and was told my nails would be a total of 45. I was charged 90.😅

I specifically told the technician that I was very allergic to most lotions I even brought my own lotion. I handed it to her. She handed it back to me. Then without asking me she put oil on me. I begged her to get it off, she wouldnt. I finally got my husband to get some thing. By that time I was crying. My foot is now swollen and in a lot of pain.Not listening is something that they are very good at. I ask for three small flowers on put one big flower right in the middle of my big toe that covers almost all of my big toe. She charged me for quite a lot of money. I saw a friend a few minutes later, she asked me if my granddaughter had painted my nails. She is four.It was and awful experience. Dont go there.

My sisters and I recently went for pedicures and manicures before my sisters wedding. Anna was especially great and fun to talk to and everyone did a wonderful job and took good care of us. We had a great experience overall and enjoyed relaxing in their nice massage chairs during our pedicures. We would all go again!

Messaged and asked before going to Sassy Nails if they had availability for two at the moment and they said yes. We got there and they didn’t have availability. Friend had to wait for nail tech to finish. I only liked the nice music they had going. It was pretty obvious the ladies were talking about us and would laugh. We felt really uncomfortable. A couple of my nails turned out crooked. I also asked for a design before they even started, they said yes. It was a sticker design and the gal who tried putting it on ruined it 4 times so I just gave up and went with plain nails. When they were puttin on the nail extensions for acrylics the dirt gal put them on wrong and another gal had to sand them off and put on new ones. Will not be going back, do not recommend.

They did a pretty good job. Their prices are very reasonable. Less expensive than Jordan landing places. I didnt give 5 stars because they rushed through my manicure since they were very busy. The nails werent evenly shaped and the polish got on my finger skin a bit. My pedicure was great though.

Wow! Sassy Nails was recently remodeled and looks amazing! The service is excellent- Ana does amazing work. Tons of color choices. Light, bright, open atmosphere with clean and comfortable pedicure chairs. Brand new inside! I love this salon and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to sassy nails for a while now. I always get the dipping powder and they do an amazing and beautiful job. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy. They always make me feel comfortable as well. She remembers the types of colors I like as well so it feels personal and friendly. I recommend this salon.

The staff here is great. Excellent pedicures, even on my funky toes!! Shop is clean and well set up. Tons of color choices for both gel & dipping powder & good quality supplies. I do recommend making an appointment, especially on weekends ....you know the good shops do get super busy!!

They do a great job on manicure, full sets and pedicures if they ever get to you. Really nice and clean since it’s been remodeled. My 2 daughters and I had a 1:00 pm appt. and people came in after us and they were helped before us. My pedicure was half finished and the nail lady left and helped 3 walk ins, I waited but it was never completed. Unprofessional and lack the basics of customer service. Let the walk ins wait and provide service for those who had the courtesy to make an appointment!!’Update- The owner personally reached out and apologized for the lack of customer service. My daughters and I continue to go to Sassy nails because they do care.

I got an upgraded pedicure and she couldnt even get my nail polish off (not even gel). Didnt trim my nails, didnt adequately sloth off my dead skin from the bottom of my feet (went home & did both myself). Polish was wearing off within days. Massage was good enough and pricing is a little cheaper then most. Will not be going back

I went in to get a pedicure and my full set fixed. My pedicure was wonderful. But they did not fix my full set correctly. I had two nails that had fallen off and repeatedly asked for them to be fixed. At the end she said she dint do them and I could get the fixed when I came back for a fill. And I was still charged.

I made an 11am appointment for a deluxe manicure and hot stone pedicure. I made the appointment the night before and it was confirmed via email, text AND I called to speak with Anna to confirm the details.I arrived at 10:45, they were closed, lights off, no one in sight. I waited until 11:15am, called Anna (it went straight to voicemail), tried the door and still nothing. No one showed up or bothered to call regarding my appointment. Needless to say I took my business to QPI Nails where they got me in same day AND ACTUALLY PROVIDED THE SERVICE.

I’ve been coming here about a year and a half. Julie has done my nails about 80% of the time and she’s always been incredibly kind and even remembers details about my personal life which I think is great! I’ve always walked in on a Friday night and gotten in either right away or within 10-15 minutes. Julie and the other technicians who’ve worked with me have been super gentle and very quick. Definitely recommend :)

I have been coming to this salon for 1.5 years. I tried them on a whim because they were close to my work and my other nail tech had retired. I was so happy with the service they provided that I have not gone to anyone else since my first visit. I visit them religiously every 2 weeks to get both my toes and feet done! $60 for two pedicures. One was worth it for my boyfriend but mine was not. We had an appointment for 1:30pm but did not get started until a little after 2pm. There was zero communication with me about how short I wanted my nails cut (I took a picture but it won’t let me post that in my review, half my big toenail is gone, what is left is crooked) and no base coat was used at all. Color was slapped on and I was shoved to the drying table. I will not ever be returning nor will I be recommending this place.

My friends and I got the deluxe pedicures and 2 of us had a great experience but my friends pedicure wasnt as good as ours. The technician didnt massage her feet at all. The chairs are massage chairs which is awesome! Id definitely recommend trying sassy nails

Vanessa was very detailed with my nails and did a beautiful job. I had a slight reaction to something touching my skin and she reacted quickly to clean and soothe the area with oil. The salon was clean and I liked the ladies there they were so nice

The guy there did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure. He paid special attention to every detail. They also have great prices. They were very polite and spoke English very well, so it wasnt difficult to communicate like other places. I noticed them cleaning the equipment after every use which was a huge relief. I will definitely be returning.

At first I used to loved this place until now... the new guy did a horrible job, super thick, cut my natural nails super short (bleeding) and the best thing they could do was to “re-do” them. They still looked ugly and not worth $50 dlls.As soon as I left the place I went somewhere else to take them off :(

Vanessa has been doing my nails for over 10 years. Im always happy with them and Ive never seen an unhappy customer leave the salon. I always hear the nail techs ask customers if they like the job that was done and they are happy to make any adjustments requested. Although I always make an appointment, I notice that they usually seem to fit walk-ins in quickly. I definitely recommend Sassy Nails!

Spent 100 on simple nails and a pedicure. Nothing fancy. The lady complained the whole time about whoever did my nails before did them bad and to thick. I liked my previous nails. I only went here because I needed a new set before going out of town and I didnt have time to remove my old set. Wont be coming back here.

I have been to this nail salon for a few pedicures with family members. The salon is small, but adequate. They have nice, friendly staff. There are lots of different polish colors from which to choose. The pedicures help your feet feel amazing. They have reclining, massaging chairs and TVs to utilize during your pedicure. There is also a unisex restroom in the salon. Parking is free and prices are very reasonable.
