The best pedicure Ive ever had. Seriously. The quality was incredible and the massage portion felt amazing. Im thrilled with the end results and plan on going back there again.

They did a very poor job, she was only paying attention to the door and it looked like a had a 6 year old paint my nails. I had to home and redo the color. Awful experience.

They are willing to take you as a walk in but be prepared to come back later during the day because they are usually very busy. There friendly, accommodating and willing to fit you in.

I came into this salon because they had amazing reviews and take walk-ins. My experience with Leon to do a full set was great! He was quick and professional, and my nails look great. I also got a nice relaxing pedicure! I highly recommend this place for quick and great service.

I had been here twice as it is very close to my house and very convenient. My first experience was fine with a mani and pedi. My second experience was truly traumatic.I am a mom of a toddler, and currently in my third trimester. I decided to take some time for self care and to come in and get my nails done before having pictures done. The man who worked on me was completely awful. First, he trimmed the cuticles on my toes to the point they were bleeding, and then when he saw that they were bleeding, proceeded to squeeze my toes to keep blotting up the blood. He then tried to go back and cut some more, to which I vehemently declined. Then for the leg massage, I continually had to keep telling him to lighten up on the pressure, and he kept going harder. I finally said to stop and that I just wanted color. Then he continued to “massage” until I physically pulled my legs away and said stop. I had tears steaming down my face at this time, worrying that the pain and stress he was putting on my legs would put me into pre-term labor. I finally got my color done and declined my manicure.The owner saw I was crying and offered a gift card and told me she would take care of me personally. While a nice gesture, I would prefer that staff be properly trained and actually listen to the client. For a busy, working mom as myself, to have to LEAVE a nail salon in order to relax, is unacceptable. I could barely walk for days because my toes were in so much pain and I just dealt with having undone nails for my professional photos.

They always do a great job on my feet. My wife and I both enjoy pedicures and only go here even though we recently moved to a different area. Its worth the trip. Theyre friendly and professional. They are always my go to place for a pedicure.

Very rude. My mom had a gift certificate with no expiration date; and they refused to honor it. She was incredibly rude about the whole thing. Made my Mom feel bad and shamed. Literally told her its not fault, its yours.My pedicure was a little sloppy. I have polish on my skin that I had to get off on my own.Never going here again.

Not bad at all. But take cash!! Felt bad that they only take cash tips and I didn’t know ahead of time. I had no cash! Especially in today’s world, cash is hard to keep on hand. Too embarrassed to give the $2 bill I have. But Henry did a nice job. FULL Pedicure with gel, $65. I’ll go back and hope to get Henry and give him a tip next time. Clean and fast service. They’re all friendly.

Ive been going to QPI for a few years now after my friends mom referred them. All of my pedicures have been amazing and the whole staff is so kind and attentive! Ive tried a few other places in between but always end up going back here. Recently I had a gift card to somewhere else and had a dip powder done. It was so bad that I ended up calling Leon and he got me in with Lori within an hour. She was amazing!! She quickly removed everything and re-did them *BEAUTIFULLY*! I am so happy with QPI and Ive learned my lesson. I will only go to them!

I recently started going to this salon and had really liked it so far. However, the last time I went to get a fill I chose to do a few nails plain white and the rest a color. After a few day though the white nails started turning grey and yellow in places. They had told me to call if I had any issues with my nails so that’s what I did. I called to come in just to get those white nails done a different color and the girl on the phone was so nice and scheduled me an appointment. A couple minutes later I got a call back from a man who basically chewed me out saying that of course white nails will become discolored and that everyone should know that. Well, I’m sorry but I don’t get my nails done often and I have gotten white nails in the past from other salons and had no issues so I didn’t think it would be a problem. But for him to call me back to literally berate me for choosing white nails I’ve decided it’s just not worth being treated that way and I sadly I won’t be going back.

If you are wanting acrylics I would go across the street to the salon next to Harmons. After 2 days I already have lifting on 9 out of 10 nails. Also the price for clear tips was suppose to be $30, but the lady lied saying I needed a special top coat for $5 extra deceptively. Not to mention each fingernail is different in length. She sucks at her job. I should have done my own. They would have come out better

I love going to QPI. Leon does my nails. He is very good and professional. Its a clean friendly environment. I recommend this place to everyone.

This place has the best customer service I have seen for a nail spa. I went with my family. All our nail techs talked to us. They didn’t gossip about us. They were very friendly and patient. The service was good too. The place was super clean. They had us sanitize our hands when walking in. They put plastic covers over our bowls. They wore gloves and wiped down all the chairs when we were done. It felt super safe. We are totally coming back here again.

This is my first visit to QPI Nails and I was very happy. Alex was very friendly and fun to talk with. He listened to all my picky requests and was more than happy to accommodate me. I will definitely be going back. BE AWARE: they only accept cash tips which is a little less convenient, but thats my only complaint.

I just had my first visit at QPI & I am beyond happy. Alex was very kind & did an amazing job. I am usually an introverted person but the small talk that Alex made with me allowed feel more comfortable in a place that was new to me. I am looking forward to my next visit & plan to talk a bit more than I did. 😄

Service was amazing! I had to get my acrylics fixed from another place and Leon took his time and made sure that they were done the way I liked. I also get nervous about my nails burning, but he took extra care to make sure I was comfortable.This place also gives quality pedicures!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Best pedicure place by far! I have been to soo many nails salons and they all seem to do the minimum required to get the job done, but not these guys! We were impressed! They actually spent time on the little details and made sure our nail color and design was exactly what we wanted!I have to note that their massage chairs are way better than most, they are actually comfortable, looked fairly new, and the back massage it gives was definitely worth using!They also gave a relaxing foot and leg massage that actually felt great, instead of going through the motions and rubbing in the same spot for 5 minutes like the my experience elsewhere. My mom and I loved the whole pedicure.Thank you so much!!! We will definitely be back.

Got in as a walk in after only 15 minute wait. Nails are still shiny and feel stronger than before after just one visit. Very clean and professional.

I picked this nail salon due to their good rating but unfortunately it didnt live up to my expectations. I scheduled appointments for four people and ended up waiting thirty minutes past my appointment time. My manicure consisted of them soaking my fingers in a small amount of what seemed to be water and that was it. Two of the girls I was with were charged for manicures and they didnt even clean up their cuticles. They also only accept cash tips (not a bad thing, just a heads up).

This is the best place!! The employees are so kind and personable. I love that they have pedicure chairs for kids. They are so wonderful everytime we come in.

I came here because of the reviews online and let me say, they live up to their name and then some. They are precise, friendly, and clean. My pedicure was almost an hour and a half, and I’ve never had someone so particular about nailhealth and care. Highly highly recommend! YB is amazing for pedicures! Ask for her!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a go-to nail place in the South Jordan area.In the past Ive had a really hard time finding a nail place near me that I feel comfortable at and like to return to... but Ive been going to QPI for a little over 6 months consistently and Im very happy with the service and the quality.Ive had manicures and pedicures from just about every person who works there and they all do quality work with attention to detail. I take my sister or my husband with me and they have are impressed by the service, too.They take walk-ins but I would suggest calling and making an appointment, if possible, because they do get busy.

You guys, this place is amazing! The second my friends and I walked into the door we were greeted by the friendly staff, hand sanitizer, a temperature check and everyone was masked up (COVID-19). I went in for a pedicure and a serious ingrown toenail on both big toes (gross, I know but, it’s real life). They quickly got rid of those without any pain. Zero pain! It was amazing! I will definitely be back and will bring all friends and family with me. You should do the same.

He dipped them. The end. My daughter didnt fair much better with the guy who did hers. Didnt trim her cuticles, didnt file, no massage.

My wife and I went Sunday to find a new place that was not basic or dirty. This place was full of friendly staff and super clean. They did a awesome job on our feet. Great leg massage and super clean work. I have found my new spot . Sunday funday.

They are fast and they dont insist on shaving your feet. They are careful to groom your feet so they are soft.The massage chairs are so soft and comfy! Everyone is friendly.The only thing I would change is the selection of glitter or other specialty polish for pedicures.

Tried to get an eyebrow wax since they advertise it on their window as my dog was getting groomed. Dude hung up on me on the phone. I went in and was refused service. The laughable part of the whole situation is Im a Manager at the top rated spa in Utah hahaha. Its a little ridiculous if you advertise waxing but then you refuse to actually wax people. Must be a joke of a business.

My daughter and I went to QPI. We both had pedicures and manicures. Alex did both my pedicure and manicure. He is truly the ultimate professional. I have never had such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend QPI and Alex to anyone wanting perfection.

I walked in picked out my polish and was in the seat right away. The techs are extremely friendly and offered me something to drink immediately. The sanitation is immaculate, they used new files and buffers and clean tools right out of a sealed package. Would 100% recommend.

Everyone was very nice and friendly I went in on a busy day and was told to come back in an hour and when I came back there was still a long wait but I’m not complaining about the wait I understand they were busy but what I didn’t like was the fact that I asked for a regular acrylic full set and he gave me gel nails when we only had $30 which is how much they said it cost for regular acrylic. He tried to charge us $45. I told him I wanted regular acrylics and he said he did gel polish because they look pretty....um but it’s not what I asked or what I could afford. The nails also weren’t worth $45 the shape didn’t look right I asked for square and they kind of flair out at the tips and the polish left my nails still see through and didn’t fully cover up the nails with color.

I have been getting my nails done here for years. They are super clean and the service is excellent!! Leon takes excellent care of my nails. They always look beautiful and last longer than other people I have gone to.

I asked for them short but he did them wayyyyy to short and they were sticking upwards like they weren’t even glued on all the way or even correctly. I called the next day to ask if they would redo them but nope they just wanted more money ! Don’t waste your time here. The only good nail artist I had was Alex ! 🥴

I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago to get a pedicure and it was really great so I decided to go back for a regular polish manicure. I’m pretty disappointed in the quality, I left with lumpy polish, lots of air bubbles, and dry hands. There was no shaping or trimming of my nails, just cuticle cutting. I ended up getting home and taking off the polish because I was leaving for a flight. I felt like the nail tech was not taking her time with me.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars because the people are just so nice and welcoming but, I went there for a gel fill for my acrylics and had an appointment. I sat there for 20 min after my scheduled appointment time. The man who did my nails was so sweet. After we finished I noticed my nails were very sticky and weren’t dry yet. So I want back in and they allowed me to dry my nails properly which was nice!! But it’s about 3 days later and my nails are painted very poorly and the gel is peeling off like no other.

Great customer service! They removed my painful ingrown toenail with minimal discomfort!! They have cute little pedi chairs for little ones- my niece loved it. Very friendly staff.

I was super disappointed because i was really excited to try this place when my regular salon was all booked. however the lady who did my nails didn’t seem to know what she was doing. my gel that’s supposed to last two weeks was chipping and peeling by the second day. she barely gave my nails any time to cure and seemed to be in a rush. was a super cute facility and i love that they do a discounted price for high schoolers!! really wished i had gotten a different person to do my nails, though.

This place is the best and I swear I’ll never go anywhere else for a pedicure again. I’ve been here twice now and I’ve had Alex both times. He is the best. Pays attention to detail and doesn’t ever rush so you feel like you are definitely getting what you paid for 😊 And it’s a very clean environment, and it makes the experience so much better.

Nice salon - clean and welcoming. Alex especially knew what he was doing as he finished up my manicure. My gel nails look nice, exactly like I wanted. -1 star because I’m not sure if the guy who started my nails knew 100% what he was doing.

Mini story on how I found this AMAZING salon.(skip to the end for my review on them)Found this place after Happy design nails rudely kicked me out in front of everyone in the salon because I took 20 minutes to drive there which apparently was “too long” after we did not make a set appointment, they just told me to come over when I can. Walk ins are welcome there, but heaven forbid you live 20 minutes away and call ahead to make sure they have space for you.Anyways, we headed over to QPI after this happened and they saved the day! The have amazingly sweet service, offer you drinks, actually get to know you and they do beautiful work. I will forever go there! Shout out to Alex who saved my night, after I was so embarrassed from happy design nails, AND SAVED MY NAILS!

I went in to get an acrylic fill and they did an amazing job except the next day i got an infection under one of my acrylics. this has never happened before because the salon i normally go to takes off the lifted nails and puts on new tips and fresh acrylic whereas here they just put new acrylic over the old without bothering to remove the lifted nail. now i am left with a very painful infection under my nail. the nails look good but are infected so now ill have to pay again to get them fixed and cleaned.....

First time today & I must say Lori did an amazing job! I switched from acrylic to do powder. Lori was very thorough, excellent attention to detail.

Great service, they didnt rush through the service or do it on auto pilot. They were engaged in what they were doing. Salon is nice and clean, not cluttered like most salons. Chairs were nice and the 4 of us were all able to sit together.

They have the cutest little kid chairs and my daughter loves coming here to get youre nails done! Shes asked for it for every birthday and they treat us wonderful! Great customer service, the only thing I wish they would change is that they dont let you add a tip to a credit or debit card purchase. Cash tips only and I always forget and have to come back to drop something off afterwards. Other than that I love this place 👍

Im always nervous going anywhere new for my nails since Id already had a regular salon, but my last visit at my salon wasnt the best. So since it was Sunday and my regular spot was closed and I needed my claws done BAD I hopped on here looking for a place open with good reviews when I found these guys. I called and they got me in easily. Alex who did my nails was beyond fantastic, my claws are now beautiful! Ill be coming back to see Alex for all my nail care needs! Thanks guys!

It was ok. I wasnt thrilled with the customer service and the way they treated my granddaughter. They should probably NOT paint nails for kids under 5. They painted on the layers really fast and thick, didnt allow time for drying. So her polish job got ruined by the time we got into our vehicle. They acted like it was an inconvenience to have a young one there.

UPDATED.....Love this place. They do the best job! My polish always lasts a long time on my pedicures. I love the deluxe pedicure. Its $40-45 and worth every penny.Ok. Gotta update here. I will say not all people give a pedicure the same way. ALEX is by far the best. I havent found anyone else that gives the same amount of effort in the pedicures. Which is super disappointing. I thinkALEX needs to teach everyone how to do proper massage and hot stone massage on the legs for pedicures. I TOOK 2 STARS AWAY NECAUSE I PAID FOR 3 PEDICURES TODAY AND 2 WERE NOT GREAT AT ALL. its hard to pay $45 for the same pedicure when they are not the same quality. Id love to see that fixed and have more training for the same quality of pedicures.

Love this place. I came across them back in October. I have had pedicures and manicures from every person and always walk away satisfied. I have accidentally scrapped a drying nail when I walked out and walked right back in and they graciously fixed it.These people always treat me with kindness and respect. Even when I had to wait during a busy time they make sure Im comfortable.

Open Sundays which is amazing! Leon did my nails and he was great, I highly recommend him. The only thing that I didnt care for is it was cash tip only. I dont carry cash ever so I was not able to tip Leon for his amazing service. Ill deffintly swing by soon to do so but would have preferred to add it to my card.

We took my daughter for a bridal girls day and they accommodated everyones needs and no complaints from any of them. We had 13 of us. They are great! Great service, customer service and very clean. Just a heads up, they only except cash for tips.

Went with my daughter and sister and the lady who helped my daughter was rude and rushed her to wash her hands while getting nails done. She literally told her to hurry up. We pay to relax and enjoy our time and not to be rushed she also cut her while trying to get her nails done fast. She was horrible and had attitude with the whole situation. On the other hand Alex and Leo were great. Didnt know her name. I wont go back. They seemed to rush you and didnt take time on what you really wanted.

Great work for my kids nails(her 1st pedicure & manicure). The kids chair is pretty but not very clean. But really not so good for my nails. While applying polish, if it touched the skin they cleaned it with their nail & not a brush... The owner was literally screaming if kids were touching any nail polish... Kind of over panicked.

The worst service ever and they are bad at communication and timing. I choose a color that had two layers and the bottom layer was black and they did not cover the bottom layer. All 10 of my nails were crooked and i asked for coffin shape which is sharp and skinny. I left with fat curved nails and all were different length and uneven. The powder was not smooth and my nails looked so ugly i cried. Do not get ur acrylics done here.

Went to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed. She honestly spent about a 2 minutes on my eyebrow wax and they are so bad one is arched one is straight . I cant fix them due to them being lower and higher on my face . I am honestly embarrassed with these eyebrows. I have gone here for years and will never go back.

Worst “non-manicure” manicure my mom and I have ever had. This was our first time trying the dipped nails, and it looks horrible. They’re not shaped well, both of our staff didn’t really do a manicure but just painted on my mom’s and my guy did a little bit more. We are so disappointed. Wanted to like this place so much but we can’t.
