Bruce is an amazing & involved owner of one of Utah’s best Nail Spas + the facility itself is beautiful! Hands down, this is the best salon experience I’ve had in a while! I am very picky about my nails and i couldn’t find a nail place then i found this one!! I get my nails done by Bee and i love her she’s so nice and does an amazing job every time :)

Rude, gave me a sassy attitude.I am a male & father.Walked inside to ask if My daughter could have her toe nails done.But as soon as i walked in the old lady had this ugly look, & said what you need like a guy cant be in there???My daughter had her hand nails painted already, so I told the young girl to match the colors from her hands to her feet. She brought my daughter & I to the colors & made me pick the colors.Honestly i wasnt happy at all & would not recommend this place for another person

Went in with my mom and sister and picked a marble nail color for my mom. The nail technician was nice, but it was very clear that what she was doing was nothing close to marble. I told her it didn’t look anything like the sample nail colors and she said “toenail marble is different from fingernail marble”. Guys, it looked like branches from a tree! I tried to take a pic but she removed it quickly after I pointed out that it’s not marble and we would like a different color. She only removed the tree branch design but left the base color on and proceeded to paint over it! At that point, I just wanted her to finish so we could leave. I won’t go here again, but if you guys do be sure the person doing your nails knows how to do it. Besides that mess, I’m giving them two stars because the technician who did my nails did a better job with my sister and I’s nails.

Pedicure survived a trip to Bear Lake the next day which was refreshing. However, the lady that did our pedicures just assumed that we wanted gel. We didn’t realize that she had done this until she was almost finished and then I had to tell her 5 times that that wasn’t what we had asked for. Not impressed with the inconsiderate service.

This was the worst experience i’ve ever had, and it was outrageously expensive. They overcharge! For 3 of their cheapest pedicures and a fill it was $185!!!

Let me tell you if you want to be told that they can not do the pedicure that you asked for then this is your place. They were super kind at first but once we waited 30mins with our feet in ice cold water they go upset that we asked for hot water. The lady told my mom that she will have to do everything fast and not do the pedicure she asked for because she has other people she had to help, she sped through the whole thing and then told my mother her feet look bad. This place definitely knows how to treat there customers... NOT! I will never come back here and I hope they shut down. 😒

I picked this salon bcz it is convenient, very close to where I live. I am extremely disappointed as it is my second time going there. Both times I made an appointment. The first time I waited 25 mins over my scheduled time. Now my second time 30 mins. It’s very poor service, as they don’t seem to care that the reason why you make an appt is so that you can be done in time. When you have kids that are in activities and you need to be there to get them!! Not mention when you call to talk to them to book your appt they hang up with out say thank, see you then, or goodbye.Again, poor customer service. Won’t be going there again!!

They got me right in, had a very good foot and calf massage. I highly recommend. My feet and toes look beautiful.

I got sns full set with tip and it ended up being $55! I was told sns was only $30 on the phone, maybe that meant just for the natural nail but $20 more for tip seems a bit outrageous to me. The service, color, and shape ended up awesome but it’s hella over priced.

Everything was incredible, my wife and I both got a pedicure and they greeted us and treated us as if we were home. Holly and Lilly were absolutely amazing. My wife also got her nails and toe nails done with Lily and she loves her. Thank you Best Spa Nails!

On 8/19/2019, I went in to Best Spa Nails for a manicure. I was greeted by a male manicurist who was busy with a female client. He looked up and asked me what I needed. I told him and he asked me to have a seat at one of the stations. I waited 15 minutes before he came over and placed my hands in warm water. While I waited with my hands in the warm water, I read a posted sign in their shop that said do to the uniqueness of each manicurist, we may not service clients in the order that they arrive. He finished with his client and took to his laptop. After 40 minutes had gone by, a new female client walked in (without an appointment) and the male manicurist took her in right away and started working on her nails. At this point I asked the male manicurist how much longer will I be waiting. He said just a little bit more. At that point I thanked him and said that I would post my experience on Yelp and I walked out.This could be interpreted as a form of discrimination against male clients by male employees. However, I have chosen to keep my word and inform others of their poor service and their even worse policy of picking who they choose to service over the first come, first served rule.I do not recommend Best Spa Nails to anyone!

Please don’t go to this salon! My 16 year old went in to get her nails done. She was told a price but as time went on they would tell her certain things would cost extra AFTER they had already done them. When she was done, they gave her a price that was more than double what she was originally told. I called the salon and spoke with the technician. I was not rude but simply told her I feel like my daughter was taken advantage of and wanted her to make it right. She told me my daughter was a liar and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owners name and number which she gave me. I then asked for her name and she hung up on me again. I called back once more and asked her name and she hung up on me a THIRD time! When I called BRIAN who’s name and number she gave me. He treated me even worse. He told me my daughter was a liar and a “nightmare customer”. When I advised him I would be leaving a negative online review, he lost it on me. He told me he hopes my daughter and I “die and go to hell” he called me a b**ch amongst other things. Worst service I have ever received!! I will never step foot in this salon again!!!

I highly recommend Best Spa Nails... Holly truly cares about creating the total spa experience. I have never felt so pampered while getting a manicure and pedicure. I have found the best nail place in South Jordan Best Spa Nails definitely check it out you will not be disappointed!

Loved the woman who did my nails! Super kind and the entire facility was very responsive and quick. Even for a basic pedicure, it felt like I got the full treatment!

I only went in 2 times after the shop was sold.I was constantly bugged about upsales. I found another salon....This review was the original owner. I love the service. They always ask through out the service if they are doing what you want. If youre happy with the service, color, style etc. I have to wonder if people are going to the same shop Im going to. Ive never heard anyone disrespected at this shop.

All are saying high prices, but you get what you pay for. My nails are perfect. They are all very friendly and she made sure i got what i wanted. She kept checking and did one nail first to double check. Love my nails.

Had my nails done today by Lisa. She did an awesome job and was very fast and friendly! This is a new nail salon in a great location. All the employees were very friendly and its a perfect location. I would highly recommend this place!

I went in here because its so close to my job. Such a disappointment. They I asked me what I wanted and I said acrylic set, they didnt understand what I meant until i said full set. 1st red flag. they sat me down and they asked what nail shape i wanted. I said oval or squoval. He said it would be $5 extra for my shape. He gave me an almond shape which I absolutely despise. He cut my hands, and gave me lumpy bumpy crooked nails. I kept telling him they were uneven but he didnt care. I just wanted to leave. My set cost over $50. I went back as I was dissatisfied only for them to say i get 20% off when i come back. Nope, I will never set foot in this place again as the owner herself tried to fix my nails. she filed the corners and did not do them over. Worst place I have ever been.0/5

I went in to give them a try and noticed the 20% off grand opening banner out front. Little did I know I would pay $50 for a full set with gel polish. Oh and I had to pay $1 extra to use my card? Extra fees here and there. Not worth the price, sorry.

Worst customer service. They had a huge sign about their grand opening and that it was 20% off. Upon paying I inquired about it because I noticed it wasnt added to my bill. They stated that its only mon-thur and that its on the sign. I came in on Saturday and stated oh well its faded so I didnt see it but maybe take your sign down because thats why I came in. The lady responded its not my fault you dont know how to read I get that customer service industry is rough but that is unprofessional. My nails have polish on the sides that Im going to have to clean up. I didnt want to leave a tip after all that but unfortunately I had no option, unless I would have paid in cash. Dont waste your time with this place.

You need to find one that fits your needs. One time I went I came out with thin nail polish and crooked nail cutting. But over all, I enjoy going to the Best Spa Nails.

Wish I could not give any stars! This salon had terrible customer service! Promised my group of 8 for a bridal party the whole salon and a nail technician for all 8 of us! They had two people they just started working on at the time they promised us the salon. They only had 3 technicians to work on us and the rest of our party had to wait 30 minutes for the rest of them. Most of the party wanted the same color for the wedding and they got upset with us (the customers) because they had to wait for each of us to use the color. As we were leaving called us white trash!

NAIL SALON FROM HELL. I went to get my nails done for my 16th birthday. I called ahead and was told my nails would be $45 dollars. AFTER starting my nails, the technician told me my total would be $65! She also charged me $10 extra because she was “out of the regular acrylic powder and had to use the more expensive version.” Why should i have to pay more money because they are not equipped with what they need for business? Also, i was told it would be $5 extra for the shape i wanted. So i told her i would just go with the traditional square shape. She said okay but told me she would narrow them for me a little bit! She then told me she narrowed them too much so i would need to pay the $5!!! After this, she could tell i wasn’t very upset. — I’ve gotten my nails done many times and i know how the process works!!!!! She put the clear acrylic over my nails and told me it was a $20 “special gel” that she would put on me for free. They took advantage of me being a child. I was furious. My mom ended up calling the owner of the store and asking them to make it right. Not only did i spend double what i was told, but they also looked AWFUL! The owner, brian, called me a cheating liar and told me and my mom to go to hell. I don’t think they will be in business much longer. STAY AWAY!

One of the best pedicures I have ever had. A little pricey, but worth the money!

I hate to give a poor review as the staff was nice but $40 each for a set of nails when they didnt even cut cuticles seemed a bit high. my daughter and I were told $5 extra for upgrades we didnt ask for and then they discounted the upgrades down, which was the gel topcoat. The gel doesnt even cover all of the acrylic. My daughters pinky nails are both insanely crooked and nails are lumpy and filled with bubbles.

WARNING HORRIBLE SERVICE AHEAD!!!!!This place is way too over priced. I came in to have my gel polish changed they charged 28$. I know it takes more time and effort to change gel polish but really 28$. My sister got a full ombre set with coffin shape nails. That cost 63$ just for the set. On top of that they charged 5$ more for special shapes. So if you want anything other than square or round it will cost you. Then a gel top coat costs 5$ more. ALSO if you dont pay in cash they charge you a dollar to use a debit or credit card. AND if you use a card youre forced to provide a tip. The lowest amount you can give is 3$. You arent told about the extra charges until theyre done doing your nails. Customer service is awful and all the employees kept cussing. I dont get offended by cussing but thats just unprofessional. They arent even helpful or knowledgeable. Lastly the full set was horrible. The nails were way too thick and the lady kept cutting up her fingers! Then she put nail glue in the cuts! It was awful!!!! Her fingers are swollen and they hurt. Hope she doesnt get some sort of infection. I dont think this place will stay in business much longer. I wouldnt recommend coming here. I mean the whole experience was awful. Also this place is located in South Jordan behind a Harmons grocery store. I dont know why in the world they think they can charge those prices for horrible service and products, especially in that location. Its not like the location is in some upscale place in New York or California. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Lied about the price. Told me there was a discount and then at the end said it only applied to a certain shape of nail. Charged extra for ANY shape other than square, even for just rounding off the corners a bit. At one point I told the man doing my nails he was hurting me and he said “no I’m not”. Truly terrible customer service and so over priced

We booked a special party for a wedding and they were a half hour late and let others in to get service. More than half our party was waiting. This place was clean and they do sterilize their tools but the owner was just plain rude. He called us white trash because we did not give them a tip. Why would we when they didn’t give us what they told us they would do for us and was a half hour late. So sad because it is a brand new place.
