Got a pedicure with the boyfriend today. Was very relaxing. The lady who did them was very nice. I will come here again.

We had a great time getting pedicures here! Very clean and a huge color selection. Only complaint was that when they left us to let our polish dry, they didnt come back to check on us at all and started taking care of other clients so we were sitting in the chairs for a while not sure what to do. Great experience otherwise!

We had a girls day here with my daughter mother in law and G-Ma in law. This was my daughters first pedicure. Like a normal toddler she was excited until they tried to take her shoes off. She started screaming and crying. The lady was so sweet! She calmed my daughter down and let her sit on a chair because she refused to get in a chair with the tubs.She then slowly and so sweetly talked my daughter through painting her toe nails. My daughter calmed down and started to enjoy it. Now she wants another pedicure and this is where I’ll take her.

I really enjoy this place with my daughters, I think their service is excellent, I just want to suggest that when a customer asks a question about what they have to pay (at the checkout) they respond with a subtle and friendly tone of voice. My last visit was very uncomfortable, I had questions about: what am I paying? the cashier responded with a yelling and annoying tone of voice, it was unpleasant.You are wonderful guys, maybe it is something cultural, you should not yell at the customers when we have some questions, this was the reason why i decided not to tip this time

So disappointed. Went there for a pedicure & they charged me $53.00 total. I chose the $38.00 pedicure that was on their supposedly “new” list. The lady that did my feet took off my polish (which so happened to be gel from another nail salon I went to in Kearns) & she didn’t even ask if I wanted gel. To my surprise as I went to pay when it was done, they told me $53.00. I asked why? They said “Oh you got gel”. I never asked for gel. Sneaky & very deceiving! Be careful to go here & if you do, tell them numerous times if you have to reminding them of what you are requesting for them to do. Never again!

She clipped my good fresh skin in at least 4 places. Hurt then and hurt the next day. The foot massage was rough and hurt. I asked her to be careful one one toe in particular and she did not respond. Unsure if she spoke English but she didn’t acknowledge me talking at all. Didn’t paint my toes completely and with one coat. I didn’t say anything while I was there. Bad experience. We made an appointment which is a make believe process. They don’t write them down and the website apparently doesn’t work to do this. It’s like you are cattle getting branded. Get in. Get out. Next cow. Lol.

Paid for the spa pedicure with hot stone massage and the man rushed through so much it wasn’t a massage. He said he didn’t take his time to give me a massage because I didn’t buy the gel add on. Rushed so much it was horrible!Lee that works here is amazing and I was disappointed I couldn’t go to them. They were so good and professional. It’s always a pleasant experience with them!

I almost never leave bad reviews for businesses I just don’t patronize them again. However I feel like other potential customer need to know what they may be in for. I walked into Bonnie Nails for a pedicure. The nail tech was in such a rush she cut a chunk of skin off my big toe and made it bleed. I told her to stop and she apologized yet continued to roughly cut and push away my cuticles. She was constantly watching the door as new customers arrived. She tried to send me away without even painting my nails. Unbelievably unprofessional and unsafe. I’ll never ever go back.

Everytime I go in here the massage for the pedicure gets shorter and shorter. I timed it last time and she spent 1 min massaging my feet. When you pay for a service I feel its worth more than a minute. They also consistently speak in korean and giggle. You always feel like you are being made fun of behind your back. Not professional, would rather be treated with respect somewhere else.

Felt rushed and nails came out cooked and really thick. Had to file them down after getting home. They also made my nails matte when I didn’t ask for it.

Scam.... I hate to leave a negative review on a small business, but this was an absolute scam. As a birthday present I scheduled my daughter and her two friends to get manicures. When I picked the girls up I was told my total was $170.00. I was expecting roughly $42 the price of 3 manicures listed on their website. The lady told me all 3 girls had requested acrylic nails in addition to their manicure. This is not true as all 3 girls play water polo and can not have long fingernails. Bonnie Nails took advantage of 3 teenage girls and scammed me into paying roughly $130 more than I was expecting. To be fair the nails turned out cute, but this was not what I asked for, scheduled, or was expecting. Please do not go as they clearly take advantage of their customers.

Had a pedicure here and picked the deluxe not worth it at all!! Took 20 mins not really a message more like soft petting. Paint was sloppy a kid could do better and no one cares they finish and go in the back. If you want a good pedicure go somewhere.

I went In for a pedicure the person doing the pedicure said i had Am Ingrown toe nail and i did Not. She stuck the tool way to far down on my nail bed. It caused and infection and i had To get antibiotics from the dr.Please advise nail techs that they should not be doing that and advise clients to go to a doctor to get it treated.I will Not be returning to this salon.

I booked manicures for my daughter and two friends for her birthday and the took advantage of these children and put acrylic nails on them. I went to pay and it should have been $42 and it ended up being $170. Such a scam. Never going there again.

I love Bonnie nails! I have consistently gotten great gel manicures and pedicures there and am always helped quickly! Their prices are reasonable too! A few months ago I took my 3 year old in for a mani/pedi and Kevin was so sweet and attentive with her, making sure to ask her what she thought of her nails. She felt like a princess!

Went to Bonnie’s with my 2 daughters. One daughter was told her dip nails with designs would be $50, at checkout the charged $60, the employee yelled at her across the salon in front of other customers. My other daughters acrylic nails quality was so poor she had to go to another salon to have them redone. Avoid Bonnies nails.

I have been going to Bonnie Nails for several years. As time has gone on, their service has declined significantly. I have gone in multiple times where they have so many people waiting for a mani/pedi that they rush through my appointment to get to the next person. I understand wanting to be efficient and get people in, but I’m also a paying customer just like the next person and would like to get the service I paid for. Sometimes they don’t do everything included in the mani or pedi because they’re so busy. It’s also very unclean. They use the same tools and nail files for everyone-I haven’t seen anything sterilized or cleaned in a long time. I sat and watched the same clippers and nail files that were used on me be used on the person after me, and that was it for me. While they’re very nice, I will be taking my business to a cleaner and less rushed nail salon.

I LOVE this salon. The only nail salon I will go to even if I live 30 minutes away! Every technician is friendly, tries to make conversation (which to me doesnt happen often at a salon), fast paced while also having amazing quality, and I always leave happy! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

This was an awful experience. They cut up my cuticles so much they bled and were sore for days. My pedi was so fast they didn’t do it right. The leg massage was way to painful. They couldn’t understand me to be softer. The place was packed with people and it was not clean.

I always get great service here with polish that lasts on my toes at a reasonablePrice.

I do not recommend getting a pedi here. I got one and it lasted less then 15 minutes. The lady didnt even remove all of my existing polish just painted over it and didnt even paint the entire nail. And she cut me while cutting my nails even though I told her not to. She also sent me on my way with a bunch of product left behind all over my feet and legs.I got a full set as well and did not get what I wanted. Although the lady that did them was very nice there was too much of a language barrier that she kept misunderstanding what I wanted.By the end of my visit I was charged way more than what I thought I would be paying. I dont recommend this place.

I was very excited about getting my nails done the exact way I wanted them. They made my nails match as closely as they could to the picture I provided. I was so extremely happy that I gave my technician a healthy tip! Two days after fitting them done one of my nails just fell off. All I did was put my hand in my pocket and when I pulled it out, the tip of my nail was broken off. I thought oh well it happens it’s one nail. I called and they said they would fix it but I have been out of town and couldn’t make it in. A couple days after that another nail fell off. This morning while getting ready for work another nail fell off. I have never had this kind of experience before! I take extra care to make sure I am not rough on my nails. I’m sad because I thought I had found a new place that I could count on that would give me good service, do my nails the way I like them and provide me with excellent quality. It’s so hard to find a good nail place!

Worst service ever had - 0% worth of money you pay.This is the 2nd time i went for my nails, first they did ok, but the second time i went for french nails they did the worst and its been bleeding skin around my nail for 2 fingers almost 2 days. Unhappy with service

Rough and unsanitary. They use the same files for everyone. Filed so deeply on the sides of my nailbed that my nails hurt for days afterward. I was really worried about an infection. To top it off I went in for a nail fill on my ombre nails. They used regular pink powder not even trying to match up my ombre, I mentioned it after the first two nails she filled and she said it was okay, she just paint them. With so many options to go for nails, do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else.

Ive been going to Bonnies Nails for over a year, off an on. Not often since Covid, but I went in for a nail fill yesterday and felt so uncomfortable as soon as I walked in. They were sitting around chatting and 2 women were getting pedicures, so they werent busy. They acted like it was an inconvenience to do my nails! Although they are close to my home, I will not go back. The nail fill was good but an uncomfortable half hour.

The staff is reasonably nice and most try to have a conversation while you are there. They take safety seriously and have a lot of precautions in place. I went in for a manicure and was able to comfortably get seated without wait. The service is pretty good but the lady I had was in a rush to finish my service. My paraffin and massage took all of 2 minutes total. She cut my cuticle didnt say anything as I was bleeding until I asked for a tissue. Not my usual visit but just be aware that for $30, youll get nail gels with the lamest manicure experience.

I was excited to try a new place, my friend recommended Bonnie nails to me. Unfortunately my appointment didntngo well. My nail tech chopped off my nails so short that on my pinky nail she cut it so short it was extremely painful. She then shaped them square without asking what shape I wanted. I dont like square but they were cut too short to fix. They were crooked and one was chipped but she didnt fix it.

They do an awesome job here and their prices are very good!

Its ok. If you dont have a better place closer to go is a good option. But last time I went the lady cut really deep one of my fingers and it took awhile to stop bleeding.

They are super busy all the time. I usually wait for 30-45 minutes, and end up spending 1.5-2 hours there total. But I love the dipping powder manicures, and they do a great job every time!

I just had the best experience getting my nails done here. This is the spot to get them done. A man did my nails and was kind and paid attention to detail. For me what started off as a bad evening because another nail place could take me and my daughter who is six without an appointment tuned us away. Honestly it was a bummer. I got charged $45 and my nails were left very sub par. She left clear gel polish all over my skin and the polish was lumpy. I asked for mini mouse on one nail and it doesn’t look like it at all. Won’t be coming again. Very over priced for quality.

I just did a manicure with some fun holiday colors. They got me in pretty quick. The staff was very friendly. The polish didn’t last that long. But I did only pay $14, so I can’t complain too much. I would go here again though.

Theyre all so nice! I just love this place! The wax is heavenly and the deluxe manicure & pedicures are so affordable and feel wonderful! They do amazing work and give great massages! They do their best to accommodate people even when its crazy busy. If you have time to go during the week you can avoid the chaos. Either way, I just thoroughly love this place! Highly recommended!

We called in at 4pm was told to come at 6pm. We get there and wait 30 minutes which is okay because they were busy. Nice gentleman gave us water and thanked us for waiting. Then the short haired lady that finally helped my grandma kept trying to talk her into doing gel, even though she said she couldnt afford it. When we called we stated she needed a fill and her toenails cut. She comes every few weeks for a fill and toenails cut. This lady told her they dont have time to cut her toenails. Something that takes two minutes! Then off she goes to do a pedicure. Thankfully another lady came and cut them. The rest of the staff is great and nice. This lady needs to learn that we understand that you want to go home, but you still have customers to help that called in advance. He told us to come later. If I had heard about this while we were there I would have said something. Get rid of her or teach her some customer service.

I saw a lot of reviews before I chose to go to Bonnie nails. I moved to Daybreak 2 months ago and that was very close to my house so I decided to give it a try. When I went in, I was already disappointed because I could see the front dirty and the lobby was also very dirty. Since I was already there I decided to give it a try. The first time I went it was okay, the girl didnt okay job but within 2 weeks my gel nail polish started peeling. Now we all ladies know that gel nail polish is supposed to stay on your nail, even if your nail grows. I didnt bother to call to get it fixed. I just went there last week again to give andthis place a second chance, its not even been 8 days and two of my nails are already chipping. I dont know if its the lady that did my nails in 10 minutes or its the quality of the nail polish. I think they should keep their business clean and they should spend more time when they charge a customer 30 plus dollars for nails.

My nails turned out amazing. I’ve been to a few places but I just never liked my acrylic nails. They were super nice and me and my friend had great nails. Jenny, doing my nails made sure they were the correct size and looked nice. She was very nice as well 💖I would have rated them 5 stars but when my dad went to pay he had to pay 110$ for us. All we wanted was full set acrylic(25$) and regular nail polish. But instead we got gel. The greeter didn’t tell me about the regular nail polish so I just assumed the samples on the table were regular, but here’s the thing, gel is 40$. So two sets of acrylic nails plus two sets of gel nail polish is only 90$. What the hell is with the 20$ more, we didn’t get anything else done. So why did he overcharge us? Sadly I won’t be able to go there again. But I do recommend going there because of great service and nice employees.

I feel so bad posting a negative review, because I don’t normally, but I feel like it needs to be warned.I went in this afternoon (the first time I’d ever been) and asked for a hot stone pedicure and the first thing I noticed was how dirty the floors were. The nail tech was kind, but during the pedicure, she fumbled and dropped the pumice stone (with the buffing gel) on the ground. **The grounds that I noticed were dirty first thing.** She picked up the pumice stone, then SCRAPED the gel off the dirty floor and motioned for me to lift my foot again. I looked at her like she was crazy and asked for a new buffer, and rather than getting a new buffing thing, she put that one into the water (which my left foot was still soaking in) and rinsed it off in the jet. Then she put new gel on the same buffer and lifted my foot to start again. I was so disgusted. I had originally planned to get my nails filled at the same time, and decided not to after that.The pedicure was okay, otherwise, but I’m just not okay with the lack of sanitation. They didn’t get all my callouses off either - but I was not about to ask for more buffing. Y’all be careful.

It was my first and last time coming here.nail tech gave me a deluxe pedi but didnt give me any slippers afterwards [even when we kindly asked her twice]. then I was rushed to get out of my chair, had to walk on the dirty floor to my seat while she went and gave another customer a pedi. gave me a gel manicure which is nice, but my nail beds are achy and our total ended up being $350.would not recommend to family and friends.

I went in to get a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. The pedicure was great! Kim was very good and I am very happy with that. They were busy at this time, so I ended up changing nail techs for my manicure. However, my acrylic set came out less than great. I got french tips, and the white parts didnt extend all the way to the sides of the nail. Two of the nails are crooked, and most of them are missing color on the sides. I left with nails probably about three times longer than I asked for, and four cuticles that were cut and stinging. I ended up having to come home and cut/shape my nails myself. This is where I discovered huge clumps of acrylic under my nails. I would maybe come here again, but only to see Kim or a different nail tech than the one I had.

Not many places on the west side of the valley offer the powdered nail dip, but Bonnie Nails is one of the few. Lee was my nail technician and she was wonderful. Thorough and professional she made sure my experience was a positive one. I will definitely be back to sample their other services.

Had a pedicure for the first time at this place because my daughter had a good experience here. I did not have a very good experience. The salon was slow today with only one other customer who was almost finished. My pedicure seemed rushed, nails didnt get cut or shaped well. They look crooked and strange. And no, it isnt my nail. They have always been straight after other pedicures. Almost no words were said in the salon or between her and I. It seemed as though she was mad. I did tell her that the temperature of the water was really hot at the beginning. Maybe that was upsetting. Either way, that was my first and last visit.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. A few weeks ago I wanted to get my nails done, and didnt want to drive 30+ minutes from my home to my normal nail salon. I will never make that mistake again. The person who did my nails was nice, but she rushed through it, and didn’t cover the whole nail with the gel polish. Not even 24 hours after going in, my nails started looking gross, and peeling up. I called back in to see if they would fix it, and they said it would cost me to fix the problem they made. I will definitely not be coming back to this salon, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

We went to Bonnie Nails today to get pedicures for my husbands birthday. We had scheduled ahead of time and they got all 5 of us in right away. It was relaxing and fun. My kids were so excited to pick out their nail polish. They were nice and didnt make me feel embarrassed that I have an ugly black toenail from getting it smashed.

First and last time i ever go there. my nails look and feel awful and i went in to ask them to fix it and they told me it was my fault they chipped and look bad and they can’t give me a refund or fix it.

Ive had great experiences here. I got my nails done for my wedding and for my brothers wedding and they turned out perfect both times! The staff has been friendly and helpful with choosing colors and styles and Ill definitely be back!

Got pedicures done with my sister, was told it was a 15 min wait, we ended up waiting 45 min and had two people helped and seated who came in after us. The lady who did my pedicure was very rushed and didn’t do a great job, but my sister had Jimmy and he was great! Very nice took his time, and was talkative. Don’t think we’ll be coming back here though.

Horrible customer service, low quality nails that don’t match what you ask for. We received a color that was a lot different than we asked for and the nail technician was not nice about it. She refused to take off all the dark blue. We could see it through the new pink color. Contacted the manager and nothing but excuses. We will never go back.

Use to love this place but the last 2 visits have been horrible.Requested that they do my nieces nails. They completely ignored her until my nails were almost done then reluctantly did hers. I had to ask them 3 times.My visit today was worse. I was the first one in the door, they helped all 6 people who came in after me (only 1 had an appt) before helping me. I waited over an hour. Would have left if I didnt have a gift card. I will not be back.

It’s like I just paid 35 dollars to get my toes painted. Was the fastest pedicure and it’s like if you don’t get the deluxe they don’t take their time. Literally rubbed the lotion in, no massage. Not an enjoyable experience at all.

I love this place! I was impressed with how fast they got us in and the price is really good for the quality. I also noticed everything was super clean. Definitely will be coming back!

My technician was so polite and professional. It was clear she was experienced. My concern is how fast she went. It wasnt very relaxing as it was quite rushed. Im not exaggerating- from start to finish (hot stone pedicure) was done in 20 minutes (or less). It was a little disappointing.

I already had weak nails when I went in for acrylics. I asked her that and to not file as much as normal. She said okay. She was then filing my pinky finger, when I saw a spot show and a pain through my finger then I asked not to file anymore because it was going to break and she looked up and said nothing to me and continued to file. My nail ended up breaking and I was on the verge of tears and she didn’t care. so I asked to not do that nail anymore and I would figure it out. She put primer on and it stung like crazy. I definitely will not be coming back because of the lack of communication and level of inconsideration that was shown to me.

My husband and I each had Deluxe Pedicures. Both technicians did a fabulous job. The were very professional and polite.I had eyelash extensions and absolutely love them . The technician again did a fabulous job and was professional and polite.As each service ended, we gave our technicians a cash tip. We prefer, when possible, to pay tips in cash and give directly to the person providing the excellent service.At the end of all the services, I was extremely satisfied and thought I had found my new favorite place.With the above on going tipping, I of course did not put a tip on my debit card.The lady at the register asked me Why no tip? My response I paid cash tips. She then asked To each person? I replied Yes!Disturbingly she yells out, in another language, to each employee and they confirm.Really? Several things bug me about this.Is this place a sweat shop?Are the employees required to disclose/share their tips?Why was this lady concerned, did she think I was lying and she was reaching out to the technicians out of concern?I am peplexed and bugged by the way this experience ended. Is this any way to treat a customer or your employees?

I had Lee do my nails and they look gorgeous!!! She made sure every nail was perfectly shaped and she was very quick about it. 8/10, would recommend.

I went to get a gift card for my mother. It seemed like I was inconveniencing them. They grabbed a dirty card out from the bottom of the cashier draw. I heard great things about them but my little experience with them, I felt unwelcome. I am sure their salon services are better than their customer service.

Friendly service, very attentive. I usually dont have to wait too long and its conveniently a few minutes from home.

The pedicure was fine but the technician cut too much skin off the side of my big toe nail and made it bleed.

My pedicure only lasted 25 minutes. The girl was in a hurry and rushed me through. The paint looked awful. The staff were laughing and speaking loudly in their language. It made me feel like they were laughing at me for something. I will not be going back here.

Best pedicure and nail set I’ve had in a long time! Clean, friendly and did an amazing job. Will definitely be going back. It’s also very close and conveniently located by me which is a major plus.

First off they messed up the shape and color! Second they were extremely crooked. Me and my friend are both crying from how bad these “nails” are.

The first couple times I visited this location I was fairly pleased. The 3rd time my gel manicure was a bit messy and I wasnt impressed. I thought Id give them another chance and was pleased the 4th time. So I went again to get my gel redone for the 5th time and had a terrible experience. The lady (who I had never had before) literally scraped off the gel that was already on my nails from the previous visit. Talk about painful. Then she proceeded to file down my nails so aggressively that the skin around my nails is now raw. When she cut my nails, she cut so short on the sides I expected to bleed but luckily didnt. My nails are in pain now and the gel is sloppy. Will not be returning.

Im new to having acrylic nails after a 15 year break. I have loved going to Bonnie Nails. I can relax and get pampered and all of the techs I have seen are super gentle and pay attention to details. They have a huge selection of gel polish as well which is a huge plus.

As a man I find it difficult to walk into one of these places for the first time. But I work on my feet all day and really have been wanting to try a pedicure due to my wifes recommendation. Jenny met me as I came in and did an amazing job. I waisted almost 40 years of my life not getting pedicures but now will be getting them on the regular.

**the Sunday before Christmas I had my. 1st negative experience. The gal wore no name tag. Spoke almost nooooo English. Started my manicure incorrectly so when I spoke to Tommy to have it done correctly she got angry & surly.She filled the pedicure tub with cool water. Made facial expressions of disgust that I had callouses. So embarrassing. She was rough. Barely did her job.

The place needs a thorough cleaning, it was filthy and dusty. I don’t think the corners have seen a vacuum or broom!! Pam M

This was my second time there and I definitely will not be coming back. There was a miscommunication with the nail technician (wish I had gotten her name) which wasn’t bad, she thought I wanted a French tip, which was weird because I had been clearly picking out the color and even showed a picture of what I wanted. When I simply asked if she could put a color she was very irritated and said that was I asked for (which isn’t true) so I decided to just leave it at that. I also had a friend with me who asked for a simple Mickey Mouse head and she put a blob of polish on it, and we asked her to take it off which she again was very rude. Both times I’ve gone I’ve left with bleeding cuticles and fingers hurt for days after. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Nail tech berated me for choosing not to do gel nails and then PROCEEDED TO PRY the gel from last time off my toenails...she and the adjacent tech talked about me and my sister and made fun of us for not doing gel nails. Another customer came in that my nail tech wanted to help so she hurried through my pedicure, made a huge mess, failed to use topcoat, almost used a different color as topcoat, messed up 2 of the na ils and only fixed one partially and then moved me aside to help her preferred customer. Saved me money since I didnt have any need to tip! Will never return or recommend. The owner was there and stood and watched her take the gel off incorrectly while all of the other techs were doing it right and he said nothing.

It was my first time going here. They are clean and have sanitizers for the tools they used. The atmosphere was friendly, and they did a great job. Jimmy did my pedicure, and Tina did manicure. Even though they were super busy, they did not rush. I also got a brow wax which she did a good job as well. I will be coming back!
