Awful. Horrible. VERY RUDE I was shocked when I walked in because of the horrible customer service I received. Went across the street to happy design nails and they did an incredible job.

I was so excited to find a nail salon close to work and that I could book an appointment in advance.Super excited that when I got there they spoke amazing English so I could ask questions because I somehow break the same two everytime.All my excitement came to an end when I sat at her station.I was yelled at for making an appointment for a full set and not a fill and that she didnt have time for me.She would fix my broken two and do a fill because I already had nails on.. Wow I was shocked and then the lady next to her said I should have booked my appointment differently.I was to uncomfortable to mention that the fill and full set have the same exact time allotment.I felt so uncomfortable throughout the whole appointment I didnt dare ask my questions or even ask for the design I picked out before I came.I answered her questions with whatever you want as to not be yelled at again.Guess Im still in search of a nail salon that wants my biweekly money!

Nails looked great, but the woman doing our nails was irritated with my daughter that she painted her own nails and they were a mess. She was frustrated that she kept pulling away when she filed her nails and hurt her! We wont be going back.

I loveee Bells Nails. They just do just a great quality job and its priced so much better than some other salons. Ive never been disappointed after going, and my mom and sister love it too. Highly recommend getting your nails done there!

They did an Amazing job! Probably one of the better visits I have had a nail salon. I had one of the owners do my nails and he was very detailed and honest, luckily didnt do an ugly yellow for my skin tone! Definitely will be back very great customer service skills! Thank you.

AMAZING experience. Not only did my nails look FANTASTIC but the ambiance there was incredible. It’s so clean and relaxing and modern. I loved that they had on HGTV! Especially instead of the news. My anxiety calmed way down being there. It was the perfect amount of conversation and relaxation and everyone was so nice. I’m not usually a regular at nail salons, but that’s going to change after this visit! And huge shout out to Elizabeth for making my feet look incredible. I loved it!

I had never tried dip nails but I heard it would be good for my thin flimsy nails. I had the pleasure of working with Dat and his wife (owners of the shop). They were amazing to talk and joke with. Everyone there is friendly and its just a great atmosphere. Their work is flawless! Dont miss this little nail salon tucked away by the grocery store. Its a hidden gem! Thank you guys! They did a great job! Even though I didnt have an appointment, they helped me right away. (Granted, it was around 3:00 on a Monday) They were careful and detailed with my manicure and double checked that I liked my polish before I left. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. They didnt seem overbooked and knew what each appointment wanted when the people came in the door. It was very refreshing! Will definitely be returning!

I have been having my nails done for years... when I found Belles nails and Linn I knew I was home. Linn and her husband are caring, professional and experts in the nail field. I love Bell’s nails! I’ve been coming to them for years and have loved my nails EVERY time, whether it’s acrylic, gel, or just polish they are amazing with their designs, shaping of the nails, and they’re always so sweet. I get compliments on my nails every single time. They have the prettiest colors to choose from too. The staff is so awesome and they always take such good care of me and my nails! I recommend them to everyone!!

Every time I come in they are super busy. They always do work fast and get me out the door; however, they are always friendly, always efficient, and even though they are quick I always feel welcomed and never feel uncomfortable. I love getting pedicures here more than anything because they do essential oils and have a huge TV on the wall. So relaxing.

Employees were distracted while doing nails. I would not recommend them for acrylic nails. I had to ask them twice to fix the shaping, because they left lots of bumps on the nails. They did not measure the length to compare it to the hands. I came home and had to fix them myself because they left some of them looking crooked. My friend who came with me was very upset with her work too. They cut her finger because they over did it on the acrylic gel.... I do not enjoy the idea of paying for something I have fix when I come home.

Love this place! Recently moved and was looking for a someplace close by my new home. Bells Nails was recommended by a neighbor and I’m so glad I tried them!I love that they take both walk-ins and appointments. Best of all.... if I’ve made an appointment, and they have someone walk-in, if they don’t have time to finish with that client before I get there, they make the walk-in wait or come back. This is rare! Most places take the walk-in and make me wait even though I had an appointment.Also, you will never be told the the wait 10 mins and it turns into 30. They know your time is precious (just like theirs is) and they try not to waste it by lying to you.They are reasonably priced too. In fact, I pay a little less at Bells Nails than I did at my old nail salon.

I love Bells Nails! They are friendly, creative, helpful and quick! I can always trust they’ll do a great job, and they often give suggestions about colors or designs if I need it. They do great hand drawn designs from photos or just an explanation, and I’ve never been disappointed. I constantly get compliments on my nails. They are amazing!!

I felt like a burden while I was there. when they were done with my acrylic set there was a lot of the acrylic liquid all over my nails and under my fingers. Plus my nails are crooked:/ the male that worked there was really nice to try and fix the mistakes and Ashley was really nice with my two year old. Even though my two year old was difficult she worked her way around it. I would say go there for gel but not for acrylics.

My first and last time going to this salon. I went there due to all the good reviews. Even booked with the girl that was highly recommended from the reviews. I dont know why this place would have good reviews. The salon is filthy. Nail polishes are dirty and crusty. The tables are dirty with nail filings. I had acrylics filled, the girl did a horrible job. Sloppy at best! I had to have her refile all of my nails as they were all bumpy on the sides. She also burned me several times with the nail drill. So .. The search continues for a decent nail salon. :(

This is the only place I will get my nails done at. The people who work here are very kind and very talented. I usually dont get my nails done that often but when I do these guys never disappoint. And because I dont do my nails that often I usually just have a picture off pinterest and they do an amazing job of recreating what I want.

I am missing this place so much right now. They are like a family to customers. Always get the best customer service.

I have been a regular here for over a year. I have also recommend Bells Nails to family and friends. They are by far the BEST! I have had my nails done, pedicures and waxing and have never had a bad experience! They are a wonderful family who are fun to talk to, are down to earth and always happy and hard-working!

Took my daughter today and we got mother daughter pedicures. They felt amazing and everything was really clean and nice. Both my toes and my daughter toes turned out so cute. I was joking that I may never do my own toes again. I have gone there in the past and the experience was OK, today was wonderful. They said they changed management and people in October 2013. I will be recommending Bells to everyone I know. In the past my toes have looked cute for at least 3 weeks (more like 6 but I know that was pushing it). I will absolutely be back.

I have been going to Bells for several years now and they always do a great job. They are very willing to work around my schedule and can usually get me in the same day. I take my daughters and daughter-in-laws there for Mothers Day pedicures and they are always so friendly. There are 5 of us and they make sure they dont take other walk ins so they are available to do our appointment. I would highly recommend Bells Nails!

New in town and saw they had a good rating so I decided to try it. The staff made me feel like I had been going there for years. I felt instantly at home and loved how engaging the staff is. They were absolutely wonderful! This is my new nail salon!!!

The girl that did my nails didnt speak to me, just sat there and made me feel extremely awkward. She would just complain about other things to her co-worker. She charged me for services she didnt provide. Thats the last time I went and why I probably wont ever go back.

Seriously so pleased. I went to this salon because I was short on time and all reviews had only 1$ Instead of 2$ so I assume that means cheaper right? Anyways paid $30 for my fill and I LOVE EM. The guy spent well over an hour and a half on them. He spent more time than the $60 full set I got last month at a very questionable salon. Anyways, I loved it. I will go back and I will definitely recommend to a friend!Plus the gel I got changes colors and how much better could it get lmao

Lynn does a terrific job! She is truly an artisan, not just a technician. I always get compliments after having my nails done at Bells and that never happens when I use a salon in St. George (our winter home). Also my nails look better longer and dont have to be done as often when I have them done at Bells Nails.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I was looking for a nail salon with high reviews that was closer to my work, and Im so happy I found Bells Nails! Outstanding deluxe pedicure (only $30), and staff that actually speaks English and can talk to you. Ill definitely be back!

It was not good. The lady didn’t listen to me when I was trying to explain what I wanted. When she was done all my nails were different shapes and lengths. She gave off the impression that she didn’t care AT ALL how they came out. She spent the whole time talking to the customer next to me (one of their regulars) and she barely watched what she was doing on my nails. I felt ignored, uncared for, and very unsatisfied. At the end it was ridiculously expensive for such a crappy job. Not at all professional. If I could give zero stars I would.

Go to place for my wife and I. Great conversations, decent prices and great work. Making a reservation helps since they are starting to getting popular.

My sister and I come visit our mother every 3 months. We decided to try Bells Nails this time for Pedicures. Received one of the best pedicures we have ever had. We did spring for the Deluxe, but it was well worth it. They took their time and our feet look and felt great. We for sure will be back next time in town. Thanks for the great customer service.

Called in to ask for a last minute appointment around 11:15 and they fit me right in, when I got there they immediately put me in a chair. and gave me a MENU!! There was so many REASONABLY priced choices... I went with lavender and it smelled and felt wonderful. Katie was the one who did my pedi she has been there about a month. She did a great job, very careful with my cuticles and did not nick or hurt me at all. She took her time with the full process. The whole experience was worth the $35.00. I will be going back!

If youre looking for a place that actually knows how to do dip powder manicures, look no further! They did the manicure correctly and Ive had them for almost 3 weeks with no problem. The staff was very friendly and actually asked me what I wanted, and did exactly what I asked for. I love this place and am really impressed with everyone that works here.

I have been going to Bells Nails for several years and it is my place of choice. Lynn does my nails and they last and do not break and she is eager to please. I have been getting acrylic nails for about 18 years at various places and since I have been going to Bells Nails, my nails do not break. I also get pedicures and here and I am always pleased.I get my lashes done by Jen and she knows what she is doing. She is particular on how she puts them on and they last! I get lots of compliments on my eyes!

I can complain and it is handled or I can joke around and it is friendly banter . I had a pedicure and manicure with gel nails. The store wasnt super clean, but not bothersome. Friendly and chatty staff that take their time. And they speak fluent English.

My full set of acrylics took way over an hour because the kid doing them was to preoccupied checking Facebook and texting every 2 minutes I was left just awkwardly waiting for him to continue. My nails looked good on top but underneath had so much white hard acrylic and nail polish that was never taken off.
