The therapists here are amazing and more than qualified. Getting regular massages helped me understand my workouts and even made it easier to workout! My favorite therapist and I laugh the whole time. Its worth every penny!

Zara is the best hairdresser I have ever had! She talked me through what she was doing and she taught how to take care of my hair. Made me feel beautiful!! Would highly recommend!

Zarabeth is literally an angel!! She listened to what I said I wanted, talked me through it to make sure I was happy with what she was going to do, and then helped me style it afterwards. She’s so friendly and easy to talk to and you can just tell she knows what she’s doing!! Never going anywhere else

I want to give a specific shout-out to Stephanie and Courtney at this LifeSpa location. I had a nail appointment set with Stephanie but when my husband lost his job, I had to call to cancel the appointment. Courtney told me to come in anyways so they could still do the manicure for me, on them. I was so shocked I started crying! My original appointment was for an Express manicure (the cheaper, fast and basic option). But Stephanie treated me to an upgrade, all out of the kindness of her heart.Im not saying this will happen to everyone--i dont want to give the wrong impression or expectation for anyone. But this shows you the kind of people who work here. They care about you. Youre more than a client walking through the door. When funds arent so tight, Ill be giving this spa my patronage for as long as I live here! Because on top of quality people who work here, their services are well done and their facility is clean and neat! Everyone should give them a try, and you dont have to have a lifetime fitness membership to do so!

I love the kind and helpful staff, the clean and beautiful facilities, and the ease of booking. I love the variety of offerings, I can (and have) had everything I need taken care of here - nails, hair, Botox, massage, hydra facial. When my kids were little it was so nice to be able to drop the at the child center when I had my appointment. I love a good massage and my best ever massage was here. I definitely recommend the Life Spa!

The staff, stylists, technicians, and therapists here at LifeSpa are all incredibly friendly and professional. Ive had a variety of services done here and Ive always felt very well taken care of. Im pretty sure a gym membership is NOT required to visit, but it can be intimidating to have to walk past the gym check-in without showing a membership card. The only downside is that most services are booked out for weeks; so I definitely recommend making appointments in advance.

I always have a good experience when I visit Lifetime spa. Megan at the front desk is efficient and friendly. Rebecca is precise and very skilled at injections and also very friendly. I would recommend this spa to anyone interested in a relaxing visit that also includes very skilled and friendly people.

Evan is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to. It seems inaccurate to even call him a massage therapist considering how many extra degrees, certifications and trainings he’s had. Short of a broken bone, I’d go to Evan for treatment before I’d go to any doctor, chiropractor or physical therapist. Every time I’ve been injured and go to the doctor first, I always end up with Even anyway, so now I just start with him. I can’t speak to his relaxing massages (I assume they are great) but for injury, Evan the best. I’d drive hours to see him.

I love Zara! She listens to what I am wanting to do, always has great ideas and suggestions, and has helped me get my hair back to healthy again.

The life spa has amazing management and amazing employee. I have been going here for years and I have NEVER been disappointed with the services they have to offer. There front desk receptionists are the sweetest girls, the stylists will make you look and feel beautiful, Stephanie the nail tech will give you the most amazing Pinterest like nails, and the massage therapists and aestheticians will make you feel beautiful, relaxed, and always taken care of. I also wanted to give a shout out to Cortney who runs the life spa in SLC she is kind, smart, knowledgeable, and will make sure you are always given the best treatment possible by her staff.

I have been going to LifeSpa since they opened in 2006. My skin and face have never looked better because of Sam and Rebecca. Sam has completely changed the way my skin looks and I get compliments all the time. Rebecca is one of the most brilliant Botox and filler specialists I have ever been to. The manager Cortney will take care of you and make sure you are taken care of. I can not recommend LifeSpa enough!

The spa staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I get my lashes done every once in a while with Jessica and I absolutely love it! Shes truly an artist and her results are perfect. Love this place and will continue to make appointments here.

Eliza is a wonderful (5-star) hairdresser! My daughter and I have had wonderful hair experiences with her! She goes above and beyond to educate herself and she goes the extra mile to pamper her customers. She is so bubbly, fun, and relatable and I have the best time getting my hair done by her! My daughter had a different stylist cut her hair quite a bit shorter than she requested and Andrea was great to work with to make things right. Ive been to the Spa 2 times for Botox. Both times I have had to go back in to get a touch up and still did not get the results that I have had with the same amount of units from different injectors. The first time I thought perhaps it was the skill level of the injector, but the second time with a super experienced injector Ive had to wonder if the spa dilutes the Botox. I got filler in October and the injector did such an amazing job! My only complaint is that the Spa still has not loaded my points for that filler purchase and they only loaded some of the points for my Botox purchase. I try to give the best reviews possible, but Ive never been anywhere else that has such a difficult time crediting points for purchases. Ive called 3 different times, gotten 3 different stories, and I just cant understand why it is so hard. I will not be returning for botox and filler even though I love the injector (Rebecca)!

Im not only a member of LifeTime Fitness, but I visit the Life Spa as well! I go to Natasha every time for my HyrdaFacials (which are amazing), because shes so incredible! Im a master esthetician myself, and I know that shes very thorough and great with her techniques, product referrals, and overall customer service!Go to her if you visit the LifeSpa!
