This place is AMAZING. So luxurious and they definitely took their time with my pedicure. It’s pricey but I feel like you really get a fantastic value for the money. Such a great atmosphere and a very relaxing experience.

This place did such a POOR job on my Acrylic set. The first time they did my nails, the tech filed so aggressively my nails were literally burning in pain and I kept having to tell her she was hurting me. Then she did a sloppy job on the gel with everything being super uneven and no attention to detail. My nails started to chip within 48hrs so I went back today to have them fixed. Now they look even worse with uneven polish piled on thicker in some spots than others and a sloppy top coat that is bubbling up and creating holes in the nails. She also painted my tips totally unevenly - on one finger the tip is lopsided. They look awful and I wouldn’t trust them to fix them as I already asked them to fix my nails and now my nails look worse than before. What a waste of nearly $75. DO NOT BOTHER.

Liz is the best. She has been doing my nails for a couple of years now. I am very tough on my hands and my nails never lift. Liz is always on time and and has creative ideas for me. Prive is a beautiful salon, classy.

Best place in the world to get youre nails done I cant even believe it! Theres free wifi you get to watch tv, and I cant even start with how nice the workers are! You have to go here stat! Beautiful.

This was my first time here and they did a great job! The spa is beautiful and they have TVs with different channels so you don’t get bored. My nails look really good and they were easy to book an appointment with. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I had a bit of sticker shock at the register - it’s the most I’ve ever paid for dip. They charge $5 for the removal of old dip and $10 for a manicure in addition to the $40 dip powder (I spent $65 after tip!). I wasn’t expecting it, but they have a great atmosphere so maybe they charge more for that.

The first picture was a set i got this morning from another salon. i was bleeding all over and cried after leaving the place before. i called prive and the front lady was so sweet and empathetic for me. she soaked off my nails very gently, checking in that it was okay and didnt hurt too bad. (if it was, she was willing to try something else!) then angie had taken over, and was just as sweet and caring. she took her time to be careful with the cuts i had, and didnt give me anymore. she shaped them beautifully and made me feel so much better. i’m so grateful for both these lovely ladies making my night much better and working together to give me an amazing full set!

I’ve been looking for a new place to go and l really wanted to love this place but didn’t. It hoped with the more upscale feel and price my pedicure would have been better. For $45 plus tip I was disappointed with the outcome.On the positive side, it’s clean and very nicely decorated. They offered me a drink and they were very polite. The pedicure itself was relaxing and the tech was kind.On the downside… I take good care of my feet but I had been camping and at the lake so my feet and toes needed a good scrubbing. My heals don’t look any better than before. There was little grooming of my nails and heals. Maybe this was an off day but I have nothing else to go by.My daughters nails looked great, besides some nail polish that has gotten on her fingers, but they were very pricey.Sorry, but I don’t think we’ll be back.

First time in and Im sold. First of all, the salon is clean and beautiful. The atmosphere and music is relaxing and a nice change from the norm. I went in with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted and Jenni slayed it. She is very professional and thorough but also an easy person to chat with. If you go see her, check out her nail art swatches. I wish I had seen them before my appointment because I may have done something else but its just another reason to go back. I am very satisfied and i think Ive found my new favorite nail salon.

What a wonderful place to unwind! Beautiful setting and great customer service. I had such a wonderful experience. I needed a good me day and found myself outside Prive Nail Spa and decided to go in and pamper myself.. I’m so glad I did! It made my day and I felt very special! Been here a few times and loved it. Spent $70 this last time on dip nails as they generally last longer. Had three nails break off 10 days after I got them done asking if they can fix it and they said they only fix broken nails for the first week after. Definitely will not be back spending $50-70 every two weeks for broken nails.

There were some issues with my manicure. HOWEVER, the Manager, Delaney, cared deeply how it all turned out. He acted promptly on the situation and made it right. The salon is absolutely gorgeous, neat and clean and can accommodate bigger groups. Easy parking at The District in South Jordan.

This is such a beautiful place and really clean so I hoped I had found a new salon. When you spend $40+ you expect that alittle time and care will be taken but that was not the case at all. Tin was assigned to me and Ive attached a picture taken of my toes two days later. No scrubbing, very little trimming and clipping, and a horrible paint job which I had him fix numerous times. How do you do work like this and say its ok? I came in because I really needed it, and after paying you I still need it. I definitely will not be back and I will share my experience with others. So disappointing!

Nice lobby, acceptable service, great massage chairs, and lots of seating stations available for manis or pedis so you can bring a group with you -- but you pay a hefty premium for the pleasure!

Unfortunately my review is like many of the 2 star reviews, Im not satisfied with the service I got. I was so excited looking at the pictures of nails online and the good reviews that I didnt thibk I would have any issues. The nail tech that did my nails, did not go around the edges of my nails or by my cuticles and only painted the middle. I did tell more then a few times that I wanted my whole nail covered. At the end they still dont look good at all, the polish is very thick and I still have some polish on my skin because it wasnt cleaned up. Over all Im not happy with what I was charged for the service I got. (if it was done correctly then first time it would not be a big deal)

One of the most breathtaking nail spas!The staff was very friendly and they offer an array of services including waxing and eyelash extensions. The color selection is expansive so you won’t have any trouble with finding a certain shade. My nail tech did a great job with my gel manicure and I’m looking forward to coming back.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The facility is beautiful, the service is friendly and professional, and the work is great. Tammy did my manicure and she did a fantastic job at taking care of me!

At first glance the place is really nice. My pedicure went well but after that was done I was left at the chair for 10 minutes while my nail tech attended another customer. I was tossed around by three different nails techs for a simple gel manicure and the end result was poor. Many air bubbles, the polish didn’t reach the sides of the nails or the cuticle, and my nails were unevenly shaped. For the price paid, it was not worth it.

This is the cleanest nail salon I’ve literally ever been to. Everyone who’s done my nails has done a phenomenal job, has always been extremely professional and punctual. I usually end up with Annie or Tiffany. It took me a while to find a good nail salon around here. Privé is a gem that I was so lucky to find and will not go anywhere else!

This was my third pedicure and fill at Privé, and I will definitely be back. I love how clean it is and how friendly all the employees are. With that being said, Phea is the absolute best! I trust her to make color choices for me, and she is always willing to listen to the way I want my nails shaped and taken care. She herself deserves 5 stars!

The salon looks nice & the guy that did my nails was super sweet. However my nails look really bad. I’ve been getting dip powder for over 2 years, and I’ve never paid $55 for them to look this bad. I just left & I honestly want to go right to another salon to have them fixed. The shape is bad, and the paint job is really rough. I wanted to like this place but I definitely won’t be coming back.

I expected a little bit better service for how upscale this place looks.3 of my nails are horribly crooked. I pointed this out twice during the service and my friend pointed it out as well because she noticed me looking at it. I was told they would be fixed by the time the nail tech was finished and they were not. I asked for the acrylic to be a little thicker because Im hard on my nails, they were not done how I asked. I was also cut and bleeding twice during the service. The nail tech was nice and apologetic about it, but I feel like that is something that easily could have been avoided. On top of all of that, I still had to pay 75$ for something I wasnt happy with.

I brought my girlfriend here for a date night and it was a great experience. We were seen on time, the pedicure was relaxing, and our technicians were so kind. Great spa!

Horrible service!! Went here and they do not know how to do nails at all. I tried to book service again and the manager refused for no reason and when i asked why not he said “I don’t know why, but we can refuse service”. Would not recommend coming here. Regret giving them a good tip, they are very unprofessional and rude :(

I’m a little disappointed. It’s very nice and clean inside and everyone is friendly, but I made an appointment with a specific person, and didn’t get that person when I arrived. I also paid almost $60 for a full set and my thumb nails are two completely different lengths and some of my nails are crooked. At the end of the day it’s an okay set, but I expected way more attention to detail for the price I paid.

I love that this place actually sticks to appointments. I can’t even count how many times I’ve walked out of other salons because I was still waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time. The place is clean and staff is very friendly. I love the pedi coves, great for parties or girls spa day. I highly recommend. I’m very particular on my nails and shape so I’m still bouncing around technicians, but everyone I’ve been too has done a good job. I’d go back to any of them but because of the variety of technicians I keep trying someone new.

Prive is classy and beautifully set up. I have been here for pedicures and always have a great experience. I just had my nails (dip powder) done by Phea and to say I am obsessed is an understatement. The shape is on point not to mention a perfect color for my upcoming event. Phea is the best! ❤

I came to Prive’ to get a mani/pedi done for my upcoming wedding. I was having trouble picking out the best color and the color I chose didn’t turn out as good as I hoped. Angie was SO AMAZING to change the color for me and give me recommendations and we came up with the PERFECT color!!! She was so kind and did an awesome job. The salon atmosphere is beautiful. So I came across this salon because my normal Salon was booked out and my nails were broken and I had to travel. They happen to be available for my time and I walked in, not only was I impressed with how beautiful this salon was, but it was so clean and I felt the Christmas spirit with their beautiful decoration. I put it on snap chat and so many people asked me where this was. I loved the opinion the nail tech gave me on what I wanted and it turned out so so good. Very impressed and everyone was so well dressed. Definitely a place that goes with my bougie life style. I will definitely continue to come here to get my Ombré. I went here with 2 of my daughters and my sister in law. We have such a great relaxing time. It was easy to get an appointment and we all sat together in this cute alcove type area. My toenails look great, everything appeared very clean and sanitary and the massage chairs were very nice. I highly recommend this business.

I had a morning appointment with my birthday crew here and they were amazing. We had a party of 10 girls and they were absolutely amazing, from coordinating us and letting us set up for the party and they even brought us a sparkling cider for my party crew. This is a must for ladies pedi and mani spot. We will be repeat customers. My party crew love it, it’s such a beautiful place it’s like a palace like spot. The staff was so friendly and nice. Management was amazing. This place is a must for mani and pedi. I would give you 1000 stars.

All I can say is W O W!! This place is clean, smells amazing and the hospitality was AMAZING! My entire family went when they were in town and they did an amazing job on my grandmothers and uncles pedicures. Those 2 are hard to please when it comes to pedicures and they only want to come here fromnow on! Andy did mine and my little daughters pedicure and he was so nice and sweet. Joe did my grandmothers and she loved the foot massage! I cannot remember the sweet lady who did my uncles but she did a fantastic job! I will never go to another place again!

I was referred to this salon by a girlfriend of mine. I called at the last minute to try and get an emergency appointment. Dalani (the manager), was able to fit me into the schedule in that very moment when I called in to schedule one. The staff here at this salon is extremely professional and friendly! It is so elegant looking and very mellow. They’re very welcoming and offer you beverages while you wait for your appointment. I went in there only wanting to repair ONE broken nail and then wanting a fill (from a previous salon’s work), only to find out that I needed to remove them and get a whole new set. I then proceeded to remove my old nails and placed a new set on. The nail technician who’s name was Tiffany, was super nice and gentle. She didn’t make me feel judged or anything, coming in with someone else’s work. I was in and out of there in an hour or less.. it felt like! She was very attentive and did such an amazing job on my new set. I am very pleased with the outcome of my nails and will be returning for every fill needed! :) 10/10 recommend. They will not disappoint!

Mediocre. I try not to leave bad reviews but I advise you not to spend the money. The person who did my toes skipped out on half the pedicure even though I made an appointment hours ahead of time. At least they discounted the pedicure. If youre going to go and spend the money, ask for Tammy. She was great.

The salon is modern and clean. It is the perfect experience if you’re trying to pamper yourself. The chairs are very comfortable. You can get any design that you ask them for and the prices are excellent.

My bestfriend and I decided to go get a pedicure because our feet look like trash. Upon arrival the front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming, they had hand sanitizers and QR codes for our health safety. Which is always a plus. I love when I see businesses take the pandemic seriously.We were told to wash our hands in the back. They have this beautiful waterfall like sink in the back to wash your hands. Incredibly fancy. After that we went to pick a color. They have HUGE assortment of colors. Being the indecisive person that I am I took a minute to pick a color out, but they were very patient with me.The pedicure was great and we had a very relaxing time there.Overall: A luxury experience but with normal salon prices! Definitely a good bang for your buck!

The spa is really beautiful and I expected a lot from them. However, after a week the gel nails are chipped, peeling back, and already look so grown out. They are all still on but just do not look good. The gel is also very thin and have allowed my nails to rip. This is not the quality gel manicure I have gotten from other salons for less. Plus the nail polish had exploded in the box and the nail tech didn’t clean it off so my hands and shirt was covered in hot pink nail polish. Disappointed :/

Nice salon but overall nothing special I wouldn’t go back came in for pedis and they were mediocre. Price point is also higher than other salons.

I absolutely love this place! The biggest reason why Ive gone is because of the amazing nail tech, Tiffany! She is incredible! I have been with her for the last 6 years and she never ceases to amaze me with the GORGEOUS nails she does for me! I found my go-to salon everyone!!! What a BEAUTIFUL place. They really nailed the luxury spa feel for a quarter of the price, of course. Tiffany did a great job! I am very particular when it comes to cuticle removal, filing and color application but I was very happy with the final results. Friendly staff too- I met Tracy, Tin and Jenni while there. My sister had her nails done by Joe and she was also very happy with her final results. This would be the perfect salon for a girls night or a bridal party event because of the way the salon is laid out and high quality of service. I highly recommend it here.

Disappointed to say that I was not impressed with the quality of the service I received. I got a gel manicure/pedicure. The top coat was applied really heavily and bled into the crevices of my fingernails so I ended up having a lot of thick/rough edges around the nail bed. The nail tech tried to file these down before I left but it could not be fixed in some areas without removing the gel and starting over. In addition, two of my right hand nails chipped very badly after only one week.In the end I’m very bummed because the atmosphere of the salon is great. It’s beautiful inside and very clean. However, at the end of the day, the service I received was poor in comparison to what I’ve received at other salons.

We hosted our early Christmas party at this salon and they took great care of my staff. Everyone had a great time. They were able to accommodate our group of 20 easily and the place was big enough where we were all still able to social distance which was an important factor for us. If youre looking for a place to host a company party, I HIGHLY recommend this salon!

I went here last minute for a dip mani and pedi. The woman that did my nails didnt get the color I wanted which was a little disappointing, but my nails still looked nice. The other woman who did my pedi seemed VERY rushed and did it so quick. I wanted polish and she gave me gel, which was fine but I had to pay more which I wasnt expecting. This salon is spotless and very clean!

I’ve been seeing Cindy since the end of last year. She does a fabulous job every time I go. I love that she can get my nails to look natural with the shape. I’ve had nails where it looked like I had monster claws “Awful” ha ha. The salon is updated with all new amenities, it’s lovely! Hopefully sooner than later we will be a mask free state and we can go about seeing people smile IRL and Privé won’t be a required mask business

My daughter had her acrylic nails done and the gel polish was goopy. The shape of her nails didn’t look natural at all! We ended up going to another salon just so they could fix her nails! Would not recommend.

This place is absolutely beautiful! You walk in and you immediately feel like you’re in another world. So elegant and smells so good. Every single person that works here is kind and professional. I’ve been to a lot of nail places in the past and this one is the most amazing I have ever experienced. Jenni was my nail tech this evening and you can tell that she is passionate about delivering an incredible experience and beautiful nails. She was phenomenal! And a hand massage at the end was the cherry on top! I am so glad that I discovered this gem!

Highly recommend this place. Took my wife to get pedicures and everything from the place, the staff, to the service was awesome. Shocked by how cheap the service was. We thought it would be a lot more because the place itself is super fancy. Definitely coming back soon.

Honestly, I was so nervous to try this place out. My nail girl became pregnant and decided not to do nails anymore, which left me without a nail artist. I don’t really like going to salons because you never get to really know the tech. Booking was easy, I read the reviews online and seen jenni was the best. Booked an appointment with her. She takes her time and gets to know her clients. She is down to try any design you put in front of her and has fun the whole time making it. You can tell she is so passionate about her job, and I love that about her. I will always come back if Jenni is working here ❤️

So me and my wife went and got are peturcures. Tonight when I left I felt so relaxed and calm it was very beautiful place they were very very nice people there we will be doing this twice month

The service was so so good and i love the people there but the only thing was the nails i asked for and what i got were completely different and i don’t like them at all, but did the service i got i don’t mind. the person doing my nails seemed very rushed and didn’t really look over the job that they’ve done and if they matched or not, very disappointed in that. it’s nothing like the picture i showed.

Everyone was very nice, it was clean and a pleasant atmosphere, however, after less than two weeks my gel nail polish started to peel off. They obviously did something wrong. I am sad since love the atmosphere, but I got gel nails to help my nail strength, and now they’re peeled, ugly and breaking.

By far the best place to get a pedicure! From the customer service, to the service itself. Highly recommended!

I’d just like to share that the first time I went to Prive I didn’t like my set, and had second thoughts about even going there again. But when I went again and gave them a second chance I booked with Jenni, she fixed them and changed my mind about Prive. I am someone who gets my nails done religiously! So I’m glad that I can now count on her to get my nails done :)

I recently moved to Utah and needed a new nail tech. I called the salon and asked for someone good at dip manicures and designs. They suggested Tien and she’s been doing an amazing job with my nails! Everyone compliments me on her awesome designs. Will continue coming back! They keep the salon very clean and have you complete a Covid questionnaire prior to entering the salon. Feel really safe and comfortable coming here.

I got a pedicure, I’m a man. I like my feet cleaned and I get bad calluses. I go every like 6 months. I just finished mine today. She barely cleaned my nails at all. She didn’t get my calluses done really well at all. And when I said I need the calluses done better she said should get the next package up and when I said ok, she said it’s to late. Next time.I’ve had plenty of pedicures I know what’s good work. This was horrible work and I most definitely won’t be coming back.

I just got my nails down recently here! I got a full set of acrylics, and they had a good price for them. The guy who did them was super good at what he was doing in fact he even gave me advice on the length so that id be super happy with them! Its really calming and a nice experience.

I had the worst pedicure I’ve ever received here. My friend and I were so excited to try out the new salon. It was pretty and clean, but that was the inky good thing about it. The techs were unfriendly and almost mad when we only wanted the basic pedicure. They did not speak to us once. The lady doing mine use the exfoliater on my ankles which hurt really bad and cut them up. When I pulled away and said “ouch,” not only did she not apologize, but she did it a SECOND time. My ankles are cut up, two of my cuticles bled, and she did not give me a massage with my lotion. At the end, both staff members wandered away without a word. We weren’t sure what to do? So we figured that must have meant we were done, so we got up to pay? Then, WE WERE CHARGED $15 WITH NO EXPLANATION. sure, part of it was our fault because we didn’t ask why... but we were both so shocked and ready to leave that we just paid and got out ASAP. By far the poorest service I’ve received. The looks of the salon are definitely deceiving.

My 1st experience was not a good one at all and then I was contacted by managment, asking if they could make it right. Not only did they make it right they salvaged a relationship. Delaney, Annie and Jenni made it clear that they truly care about their customers and the experience conneted to each visit. Im truly impressed with the way my situation was handled and the ergency that was shown. I will definitely go back, and definitely walked away feeling happy and valued!

Gorgeous, clean spa with great color selection and prices. I had an issue with my pedicure and the manager made it right immediately. They are very customer service oriented. Tiffany is the most incredible nail artist and is so friendly, helpful, and amazing at what she does.

Guys!! Tien is SO good, go see her!!! Ive had the pleasure of having her services for a full set, fill and pedi twice now and both times were so great! Also, the spa looks amazing- it is CLEAN and gorgeous!! Probably the most beautiful nail salon Ive ever been to! Enormous selection of colors, nail options, pedicure chairs are amazing and they are taking the proper safety protocols with COVID- masks required by all, dividers at nail stations, they ask that you sanitize as soon as you arrive and take your temp on your wrist! I love this place!!!

We moved to Daybreak about a year and a half ago. I have been looking for somewhere clean, speaks English (only because I love to talk), very professional and friendly. This place is super clean. Jenny is the most amazing I have found to do mani/pedi with gel. Super friends and super fantastic
