I have pink hair with my dark brown roots. I came here to get my roots touched up a little bit and the woman who did my hair was so kind. Super easy to talk to and I enjoyed my time there. She was able to even out the different shades of pink in my hair and it looked great; however, I must have not clarified how i wanted my roots touched up, i was hoping for more of a natural looking balyage; but i instead got a straight line just a centimeter under my root and it wasnt at all what i wanted. I also brought my bottle of pink to slap on my hair once weve completed beaching my roots and I asked if she could put it in and she said no so she could go home. I liked the evenness of the color throughout my head and overall it was a good die job, just a few things that could have been better with communication probably. Thanks!
