The pedicure was something I could have done at home and saved money. They didnt cut and shape nails nicely at all. Got a full set of acrylic nails. Wasnt what I wanted after repeatedly stating what I wanted. I asked for shorter and didnt get them. The person working on my nails throws my hand and yanks it back while working on them and super rough when filing. They rushed through and they are horribly shaped. You can tell them what you want and they do what they want. DONT WASTE YOUR MOMEY HERE!

I came here today, even after reading all the bad reviews. I got a full set with gel polish. Tommy took care of me immediately, even though it appeared to be busy. He was super friendly and did my nails with care and precision. He made sure I liked the length amd shape, before polishing them off. I got #65 & #87 polish and they had a huge selection. They are on the pricier side of the places Ive been too. However this is Hanover, and Dream Nails to be pricier. So it was expected. There werent any surprise costs, and I got exactly what I wanted.

The owner is very nice and talented at that but the only complaint I have is there is never any parking there.Theres always a wait I think more employees are needed. Maybe they should consider hiring a hostess who answers phones and schedules appointments only, quicker turn over rate that way !!!

Went to have my daughters nails done for a special treat. They were super busy, but had us sit down. When I showed them the pic of what she wanted he said it takes too long and it’d be $100 for her nails. Won’t be BACK EVER.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My sister was made so uncomfortable by Kevin continually asking and pushing her to talk about scars on her arms calling her “wild” even after he was told to stop continued to push her. If you’re going to work in customer service you need to be able to use basic social cues and have a sliver of respect for people.

When they get very busy the rush you and dont do as good of a job as they should. They have you soak your nails then ask you to take the polish off while they are working on someone else.

Rude and unprofessional. A male critiqued my physical appearance. Just to be mean. If you want to feel neglected while you wait and waste time, this is your place. This guy just showed up, spoke rudely, and then would disappear for 15 minutes in the back. Made me cry when he came back so I just left. 40 minutes and all he did was talk bad about me, to my face, and put my feet in water.What a joke. Hes in the wrong line of work. Shame on this company for employing him.

This nail salon use to be my go to. After Kevin body shamed a friend of mine, I will never go back. He likes to make rude remarks about self harm scars, which is totally unacceptable. When a woman wants to get her nails done, she wants to do so without being shamed. I’ll never go back.

I haven’t been happy with you all for the past couple months. Dip nails has ruin my real nails that’s why I have tried to tell you guys that I want the acrylic gel nails they do better on me then the dipping. I won’t be back I felt a lot of tension in there the last couple times.

I brought my 11 year old daughter as a birthday present, and my 6 year old niece today. I truly was blown away by the staffs level of professionalism and willingness to accommodate children. I was blown away by the services provided by Kevin. He joked and cut up with the children, and he took the time to explain the importance of maintaining proper hygiene. Our visit was a breath of fresh air.

Visiting a friend here in Somerset for vacation. Really needed a refill and my friend took me to this Dream Nails, the only salon here she goes to here. She definitely recommended a good one. Staff are very friendly with very high quality works, and their prices are very comparable with what I paid for elsewhere.

This is the absolute BEST place Ive ever had my nails done! My cousin and I went andwe couldnt stop staring at our nails for days after lol. They removed my acrylic the correct way (which is ridiculously rare for some reason), and were sooo gentle with everything they did. They made sure that every single nail was the right shape, and all were the same, which is hard for my oddly shaped nail beds. They treat you like a million bucks, and you walk out feeling like a hand model. Ill be back EVERY chance I get, which is unfortunately not going to be often as I live in Tampa, FL!

Me and a friend went to get manicures and will never return. Its been sometime since we got our nails done and we were rushed the entire time. My friend wanted her nails done like a photo that was on their website and easily 4 people attempted it before finally the man who does designs made time. The prices changed the entire time and the nails barely lasted two weeks. Save your money and pick another salon!

I was there and had an appointment and waited an hour, they didn’t do anything I wanted changed the color of my nails told me “boys don’t like short nails” and didn’t do anything like the picture I showed. Not to mention, I was there for 3 hours. And had the worst experience of MY Life.

Me and 2 girlfriends came in for pedis and they had to fit us in, as we had not made appointments. The place is EXTREMELY CLEAN! The atmosphere was very WELCOMING and friendly. I live in Jamestown, TN and I drive an hour or so to get my nails done here.

This is the only place I will get my nails done, The SNS manicure is they only way I can grow my natural nail and the staff always do a great job. Reading some of the reviews, its sad that they gave low ratings because they felt rushed or because they were told to sit. There is a cultural and language difference, but I have never seen the staff be rude to any customers, and with my SNS I am in the salon every 2 weeks. They are popular and can get busy so dont be offended if they try to help everyone, because no one wants to just sit there waiting, and they understand that. Great place, great jobs and great staff, Kevin and Tee are great!

I’ve been a total of three times so far! And the second time I shut my finger in a car door and broke a nail it was still super sensitive when I went in to have it fixed and they were so nice and so easy on my nails!

The hot stone pedicure was so so good! Extremely satisfied with my visit, the pedicure wasn’t rushed and the massage lasted a long time!

This was my second visit this salon. My first experience was less than ok. I got a mani and pedi. The polish on my toes was not applied well and has uneven coverage. I spent about 2.5 hours there. I thought my pedi took longer than normal and noticed my technician kept doing other things in the middle of the pedicure. My mani was just ok too. It was my first time getting the dip so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I noticed that my nails were thick and uneven when all was said and done.My second experience was even worse. I spent 3 hours there and only had a manicure. My nails looked ok when I left but after three hours getting them done I was expecting spectacular. Once again, my technician kept helping other people in the middle of my manicure. The thickness of my nails was better this time but still uneven. There is almost a wavy pattern to them and there was a bunch of residue I had to remove from under my nails when I finally got home. Hindsight tells me I should have left once my polish was removed. I considered it at the time but decided to stay.Since I was there for so long I spoke to other customers who seemed to be happy with their nails and the service they get. I, however, will not be going back. 🙁

Great work but inconsistent pricing! Started with standard pricing them they would charge 15 or 20 dollars more for the same service. When I pointed that out they turned very rude!

While the finished product was well done, my time at the salon was not enjoyable. The staff made me feel like I was a burden even though I paid more than I would have preferred. I felt rushed to pick not only my styles and colors but even the service I wanted. I will not rush back.

A little upset one of my nails had broke in less than a week, but they were so pretty. I will come back again when I visit southern KY. This was the prettiest nail salon Ive ever seen coming from Dayton Ohio.

We were visiting from Texas, and the moment I walked in, I didnt feel welcomed. I shouldve turned around then. I got a super deluxe pedicure to celebrate my birthday and the man who did it clearly didnt know what he was doing. The owner had to tell him what to do and what order to do it in! I shouldve stopped then. But being stubborn I thought itd get better. He started pushing back my cuticle and didnt do a proper job. Mind you. I get my nails done regularly. Every month like clockwork so I know the procedure. But the owner who was standing there never said a word! The massage was 2 minutes long and my shellac on my toes, a 5 year old couldve done better. And there went 55$. Then here comes my fingers. The owner started and didnt listen to anything I was saying. So I am dissatisfied. To say the very least.

So friendly and the best work. Theyre up to date on the latest techniques and have so many products and colors to choose from.

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been too. Yes they have a very pretty color collection when your getting a full set of nails. But they dont know how to put them on correctly. The nails didnt even stay on a week. And when I normally get them done in texas they are good for 3 weeks before I even need to think about getting a fill. Oh and dont let the guy doing your nails get your phone. Because he got mine and then started going through my pictures with out telling me.

So I haven’t actually been here, but I’m heard nothing but great things! But with that Bwinh said being in the medical field I am aware of how cross contamination works at it finest! So I find myself never getting pedis and manis which I absolutely love! I have to know how clean this place is? The reviews claim it’s spotless, and if so, I’ve found myself a new salon. I am just picky. Are foot spas filled with disinfectant and ran after each client? How is tools disinfected? Do they change file head on electric file for finger nails? Always use new files? Use separate dishes with acrylics dip etc?? Like I said.. this place sounds like a dream, I just need reassurance.

By far the worst place I have ever been. They rush threw everything and then if you ask for anything they will tell you it takes to long. My mom and I both got pedicures and we both didn’t get foot massages or lotion on are legs. Very pricey and unfriendly definitely don’t recommend anyone to go there

They did not have enough helpers to assist everyone there. My spouse and I went there for pedicures and it took over 2 hours for a basic pedicure and they charged full price even though my husband didnt get any nail polish. My polish got smudged, but I didnt have time for them to fix it or complain so we just paid and left... $58 before tip.
