This was my first time coming here under the new management. The nail technician was rushing to do my pedicure to do an eye lashes appointment. Meanwhile, I had an appointment also. I felt rush picking out a color after the two other choices of color ran out. I will never come back here every again. I was not happy of the pedicure.

I just want to say, this place is super clean and welcoming. I go to kenny... in the back. He is just amazing and also does great work. My nails last and never break. All of the works are extremely nice. The owner ken is amazing as well and does great work. If you cant get either of them ask for Ben he is another one that is very good at what he does. I have never been disappointed yet and having been coming here for a long time. I appreciated the time and dedication they put in doing nails and toes. The pricing is responsible.Josielynn...

I have been going to this nail salon prior to changing ownership ALWAYS have gone for pedicures with Sonia and her personal customer service is outstanding. However, I decided to get my nails done with the owner since they opened in June, this time however as soon as I walked in he was on a personal call and just asked me for color choice which I did, assuming that the knew I wanted an ombré because it’s what I had on my nails originally he started doing my nails. We got to the point of painting nails, I picked a mint color but you could still see the pink and asked for a change. Granted, I was pressed for time and I told him to just remove the color. From that moment on he became irate butchered 3 of my nails with the electric filer trying to insult me by saying I didn’t want to pay. We started bickering because I will not allow anyone to get loud with me. I proceeded and called the cops and made a report. He did want to fix them but honestly I didn’t feel right continuing the service!I’m going to miss you Sonia, but they don’t deserve you at that nail salon!

Sonya does a great job with a pedicure and eyebrows. 5 stars for her. They are too pricey

Should have read the reviews before going here today. I went in for a pedicure around lunchtime, place was empty. The woman did a nice job. Then I went to pay. Because Im a male, I have to pay MORE for a pedicure? The owner couldnt care less. He said I have different skin than a woman. On what planet? Wont catch me back here again.

I am usually not a person that gets a manicure on a regular basis but I decided to treat myself one Friday. Steven was assigned to be my manicurist and this guy is excellent! Hes knowledgeable, demonstrates excellent customer service and has done an excellent job on my nails; theyre healthier than they have been in several years and now Im hooked! I have become a regular customer. 👍

If there was a zero stars Id give it to them I had this one guy who would do an amazing job but after being told he wasnt going to be there I settled for someone else my nails were crooked and when I asked the lady who did them if she could fix them she gave me an attitude and when she didnt even give me the right shape I asked for apply the polish correctly and over that she kept hurting me when she did my nails and feet. Going on I went to see the owner and asked him if someone else could do my nails over again as the nail tech harassed me as she believed that she was right and the owner gave me more of an attitude in final I got them all soaked off and they continued to try and make me pay for more than what I would have even got in the first place if they did it correctly. Customer service was terrible their work was terrible

I went there recently for the first time and had absolutely the best experience. The person who did my nails was so patient and super nice and does an awesome careful job. I love it here and i would recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible! They rush through everything, as if the place is mobbed and they have to take care of many customers...the place is always empty, now I understand why! Nail polish is not applied correctly, nails are not prepared correctly, and I had to ask to take off and re-do some of nails 3 times. After few hours the nail polish started peeling off (you can’t wash your hands to cleanse the chemicals they put on, so the polish doesn’t stick well). Technicians do NOT speak English, and they understand even less. I paid out of pity, but I will never be back. Very sad service

Horrible experience. First of all the choice of colors are very limited when I finally found one I liked, the Owner put a lot of acetone into it to complete the process... The owner took a break to smoke.. When he came back he smelled so bad..... The hand massage was approx 5 seconds each hand....... I said to myself I would never come back UNTIL the next day.. When the WHOLE MANICURE chipped. I wss furious . So I went back the next day and told the owner he said... Well you should have picked another nail polish.. I said I want them done over... He said just wait.... And then IGNORED Me I asked for my money back and he said no angrily. I hope this review helps someone .

I’ve had both good and less than desirable interactions at this facility, but I would recommend chair #6, she is patient and does good work. Overall not a bad job for the price

I got acrylics with gel polish here. they came out really nice and it took under a hour! really nice for 35$

Got a pedicure and I felt rushed at 4pm on a Friday, but no other customers but me... Not friendly. No massage with pedicure but quick.. and design on big toe was OK.

I decided to give them a try again and wish I had not! The nail technician decided to only do my pedicure and make me sit and wait for another nail technician so she can take a walk in this upset me a lot since I had been there and patiently waited to be taken care of to just be pushe aside! The second nail tech did a HORRIBLE job that I simply said don’t finish! I still paid for the services but will never return there! Besides the owner doesn’t seem to care if people leave happy or not!

While the people were nice, they did not communicate well.. they could not do a simple design I asked for (mickey mouse ears). While I was getting my nails done, they talked on the phone, and didnt give a full manicure. They also didnt sanitize their equipment and put what they had used on me back into the bag to use for their next client. Additionally the clientele is what you expect for 25$ if you want a classier place youll have to pay more... furthermore I didnt pay 25$ to have a chip in my nail 6 hours after my appointment.

I’ve never been here before. I did a walk in because I didn’t have an appointment. So of course there was a wait, I had no problem with that. However they were short staffed. There were only two people working, one doing the manicures and the other doing the pedicures. After about 1 hour and 15 mins they were ready to do my pedicure, I watched the lady grab the same tools she just used on someone else, wash them (with or without soap) and bring them right back out. I asked “do you sterilize the equipment?” all of a sudden she couldn’t understand English. She then gets the attention of the owner and he says “what are you taking about?!” I repeated myself “do you sterilize your equipment in the machine” he said “we do but idk what she doing”. All I could think about is the amount bacteria on those supplies, and I just decided to walk out. So if you’re a regular here just know they don’t sterilize their equipment

Horrible experience,they re-did my nails three times. Had me choose a different color for my toes because they didnt have the same color they used on my tips. When i told them i wanted one color for both they were enraged. They complained and tried to humiliate in front of other customers for leaving $7 tip.They are lucky I left tip at all. Never coming back.

Will never go here! I called simply to ask pricing. Got a very rude man on the phone who after saying $25 dollar hung up in the middle of me talking. Called back in case it got disconnected to make appointments for tomorrow. Again got the VERY rude man who said no. You no come tomorrow. Come now to which I said that wont work we need appointments tomorrow and asked if we could get them tomorrow. He said no no no now and hung up.

Horrible nail salon do not waste your money!!!!!!!!not only did they take my fullset off to put on a new one when i insisted i wanted a gel manicure less then a week and my nails are coming off already! Honestly its a waste of your money. There are plenty of other salons in the area.

My mom and I went there for our very first mani pedi in our lives. Unfortunately, I had a pretty alright experience and my deserving mom had a much less than. It seems the lady servicing her did not do as thorough a job as my lady, Lan, did. And my lady did a generally pretty decent job - she rushed through everything and though from afar my nails look great, the devil is in the details. Im just sad my mother had to go back a second time to help the lady do a better job for all the bucks we paid and the tip she had given. I overpaid for the same service as my mom, but my lady did a better job thankfully. I acknowledge that fully. I dont understand why they rushed so much and also why the lady servicing my mom thought we didnt hear them gossiping in a foreign language about us. We are not stupid. In any case, our services were not horrible, so Id give them three stars. I dont think well visit there again.

Worst experience ever. One of my nails broke on my way home from work so I stopped in to get it fixed. I needed a fill in anyway so I figured might as well get them done while I’m here. When I first walked in I tried to ask simple questions but none of them spoke any English and couldn’t understand me. Anyway I gave up and just asked them to fix my nail and a fill in. They take me around 6:10 and one lady starts fixing it then stops. She’s said I have to wait 20 mins because the other girl is going to do my nails, I guess only one person knows how to do acrylic? So 45 mins later someone finally comes to help me and she tells me it’s going to be almost $30. I was like fill in is $15 and she was like yea but we charge $5 to take the color off your nail plus the fill in plus new color plus fixing your broken one. I was like never mind can you just fix the broken one. She was so rough she made me bleed and got pissy with me when I would pull my hand away because it hurt. I had blue on all my other nails and she happened to have silver on her table and was like do you want me to paint it with this I was so fed up I was like no color just leave it then she shoved my hand out of her way and said you’re done then. I paid the money to fix my nail and walked out with a bloody finger. Terrible experience horrible service never going back. Stay away!
