Staff was awesome and hilarious!! Pedicure was much needed and that good laugh! Kept my friend and I laughing the entire time. Definitely will be the only nail salon we visit from now on!

Johnny did my nails. First of all, he didn’t wear a mask for the first half, and I honestly didn’t notice until he visibly, accidentally drooled on the table. He has two large warts (which are contagious) and one old bandaid on. He also has a large abrasion under his left thumb nail and that same nail is turning yellow starting at the end which strongly resembles a fungus. He did not wear gloves and used that yellow nail on my hand to smooth out polish. I chose the gel color Bubble Bath, which is what I always choose for photo shoots, and my maternity photos are being done tomorrow. Never has this color been translucent (see engagement photo attached). The color was absolutely see through. It was as though clear coat was on my nails. When I told him I don’t have time for him to start over because I’m doing this while my toddler naps at home with husband, but I want him to cover the top with a darker pink that isn’t see through he does so with an attitude. Finally, at checkout he rings my card up but strangely takes his cell phone with him and holds it right next to the card reader- no typing, just glancing at his phone. So I’ll be watching my bank account after this. He has 666 tatted on the inside of his right pointer finger. Never going back. Most unsanitary nail experience of my life. Staff wasnt the friendliest. Seemed to want to rush to get people in and out.

Called and was told full set acrylic was $30. Once I showed up was then told additional $10 since I had acrylics that would need to be taken off. Not the way business in Louisville is done. Going elsewhere.

Absolutely love this place. I wont go anywhere else unless Im stuck out of town. The lady that I have do my nails always does a fantastic job. They are all friendly. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but its worth it. If you dont want to wait though you can make an appointment.

I went in for a Mani pedi an it is the worst job Ive ever had.. very diappointed. My nails were cut down when I asked them not to be. The pedi was fine but my nails looked better before I came in. Very unsatisfied.

I absolutely loved coming here the lady was so sweet. I hadn’t had my nails done in 10 years and took a picture in of what I wanted and she did it and it looks amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

Friendly staff, beautiful nails, but they charge you whatever without telling you beforehand. Said it would be $35 ended up being $40 for a dip powder because I had more than one color?!?! The only extra work required was to screw the lid off another dip bottle.

I received a manicure and Acryllic. I would like to say the service is horrible and I hope someone or anyone of that matter takes the time to read this review as it is imperative to your safety.This place is unsanitary. Its not about the looks of the place. As I sat down for my service not to mention after waiting extensively during an appointment it was an hour later after my appointment before I received my service. I was asked to sit down in three different spots before even receiving my service.Upon receiving my service they did not disinfect the tables, area, cuticle pushers or anything. All of the items they used and picked up had old acrylic powder everywhere. They did not provide me a clean towel from the previous client they did not disinfect the table, their or my hands or their items. This is a serious health issue and could litterally result in HPV HIV or any disease If the cuticle pusher pierced my skin.The service was cheap and I dont mean by the price. Instead of adding cuticle softener and oil to my nails they put it in the water to soak my hand which was not even lukewarm and didnt even soke for 5 minutes. They were not gentle they rushed and some of my nails had blemishes. The nails where not carefully buffed. Two people worked on my nails instead of one nail technician.My nails I gotten short almond being short enough to scrape my hand when filing. They used a 160 grit which is a very strong grit especially so close to the finger as friction builds. It was painful and the service is not gentle they grasp your hands and swing them and grip very hard not acknowledging what pain it beings even grabbing my wrist. Service was ridiculously poor and slow. I watched as they took advantage of poor elderly women trying to get the 25 dollar pedicure that ended up paying 45 or 50The male that did my nails was rude took a long time and said it would be 45 and 25 I ended up paying 110 for a pedicure and nails. The nails arent even or round like requested. No one actually helped me with proces until I asked multiple times and 3 nails have already broken

Sonellex is the hidden treasure I didnt know Somerset had. Located By Kmart I saw a lot of new interesting things and I love love that the acrylic isnt too thick that Uber bump thing is ugly! Teea did my nails I highly recommend. Also 25 for full set and 5 for gel topcoat which you get two coats of. Cheapest in town!

Had an appointment yesterday at 3 when I arrived there were only 3 people working and 5 people waiting, I was ask to let the lady in front of me go first because she had been waiting and they were short staffed. I did let her go on ahead but I left and will NOT be back!
