I have been here a few times, with larger groups as well as small ones. I have also been to other Woodhouse Spas and this one is my favorite. Small, cozy location with an accommodating, knowledgeable and professional staff.

I have a 5 star experience everytime I visit. Staff are always very friendly and professional, the rooms are always very clean. The massage is always amazing, and always a very welcoming atmosphere. Top notch management here!

I hate that the changing room is on the second floor. The stairwell is risky, the last two times I went I tripped and nearly fell both times. Each time was also prepaid online yet when it was time to check out the girl at the desk had no idea how that worked and insisted on payment. When it’s a gift you can’t exactly call up the person and demand their credit card.Sadly this is the reason I will find a new place for massages.

I absolutely love this place. Ive been several times (we try to go every time I visit my parents ) and have had a great experience every single time. There are so many options to choose from in regards to different massages and facials and all thr ones weve tried have been amazing. The most recent time we went I had Cindy do my massage and it was so relaxing and I felt so much better. Very zen atmosphere. The gift shop has great goodies. The entire staff is very accommodating. Definitely recommend coming here, especially to pamper yourself

Always a pure joy experience at Woodhouse. Such a charming atmosphere with excellent service providers. I highly recommend the hot stone massage and any of the facials!!! I remind myself often that if I don’t take care of myself first I can’t take care of others! That’s why women especially deserve to splurge at The Woodhouse!

Amazing! If you are in Somerset KY this is a must stop if you are looking for a relaxing day. The massages and facials were heaven. The ladies were all great and made my hubby and I feel like King and Queen. I can not rave enough how wonderful and relaxed we felt. We will definitely make this aust when we come back to Kentucky.

My fiance absolutely loves going to this spa! She is always very well taken care of by all the staff and it is usually her present for mothers day and her birthday. I cant say enough about how friendly the staff is and what a great atmosphere they have at this place.

An amazing retreat in the center of Somerset! The spa is housed in a beautiful Victorian home and the staff is always kind. The service is outstanding and I leave each time feeling like Im walking upon a cloud!

I received the Spa Classic Package (as a birthday gift from my husband), included a full body Swedish massage, organic facial and agave pedicure. The entire session was 3 hours. It was absolutely amazing!! The massage and facial was so peaceful, I could feel the tension leave my body. The pedicure was wonderful! I will definitely be going back frequently for the massage! I bought my 78 year old mother a $300 gift certificate to The Woodhouse Day Spa in Somerset KY. My mother suffered a massive stroke the week of Thanksgiving. I drove from TX to KY and moved my mother back to TX to care for her. She had an appt at the Spa that was 2 days after her stroke. We cancelled her appt. Once we got back to TX...I called The Woodhouse Day Spa and asked if the gift certificate could be refunded. I was told it was not their policy but the owner/manager would call me back. After no one called me back I called a again and I got the same story that it wasnt their policy, but the owner would call me back.. I said I was told that already and the girl...Hope was her name told me she saw no record of me calling before. Hope called me back and said they would be happy for me to come in and purchase product with the gift certificate. I pointed out that she must not have listened when I said I brought my 78 year old mother back to TX with me and I would definitely be driving back to KY to get product. I then told Hope I wanted to talk to the owner and at this point she told me I had already talked to her. I said if that is the case she did not identify herself as the owner and she was lying. I am a business owner and I run a restaurant...I would fire any of my employees who blatantly lie to my customers. I think it is a horrible business that does not take into consideration of the serious medical situation my mother is in and wont refund the gift certificate. A terrible business for sure.

The nail technicians are so good at what they do. Jada and Nikki are sweet and friendly. They entertained me the whole appointment. This facility is ultra clean and health conscious. I will be going back regularly.

I love the atmosphere at the Woodhouse its very calm and relaxing. I feel pampered and always leave relaxed and eager for my next visit. The staff is prosfesional and well trained. Its a great experiece alone or to share with special friends.

I was beyond stressed the day I used my gift card. Had been to the doctor just before my appointment and my BP was 150/100....way too high. I had broken out in hives...had actually cancelled my appointment because of it. But once cleared by my MD I was able to make it after all. My massage therapist Kim immediately identified my needs and went above and beyond. The wonderful environment as well as her caring touch calmed me and I felt renewed as I left. Absolutely amazing experience. Cant wait to do it again !

My wife and I had a partner massage at Woodhouse and it was wonderful. I wish we lived closer. I would be there every two weeks. Staff and facility were great (bring your own crocs if male). The ones available were a bit small.
