Customer service was A1. I got hot rocks instead of a warm towel; I love that! They had a good variety of colors. I’m a fan of flat nails & these were still too curvy for me, despite the 3 times I mentioned it; but I’d return again.

Learn ur decency to run a business. We didn’t make appointments as it’s Monday so we thought they can accommodate us. We walked in and the first thing came from their mouth come back tomorrow. There is no sorry no welcome from their side. They didn’t have that courtesy to come to the front desk and attend us. They talk in their own language. And say come back tomorrow.Bad bad bad

It was ok. I feel like if youre coming out of pocket $70 after tip for a manicure & pedicure, ($30 gel manicure $28 regular pedicure) you deserve a decent foot and hand massage. They basically just rub lotion on you.. I can do this myself at home. I wasnt completely impressed with how my nails were shaped.. again.. if Im paying this much it should be perfect. I asked for square and my index fingers nails ended up round.They dont look bad.. it just looks like I did them myself.I also asked them not to file down my natural nail.. and they still buffed them down with the roughest side. Nail techs always say this is needed for the gel to stay but in my experience it doesnt make a difference and in any case Id rather get them redone in 2 weeks than have weak natural nails. This particular nail tech went full force on my thumb natural nail with the drummel before I could ask her to stop and wow it hurt. That cant be good for your nail :(I didnt really like the selection of regular nail polish colors but if you want gel or powder they have plenty of colors. Just make sure to ask because I was only handed one book of colors to choose from. The staff seems friendly and the place seemed clean. Ive seen pictures of the acrylic nails and art and they look cool . Maybe they do a nicer job on the acrylics vs natural nails.In summary.. it was fine. But it should be better for the price.

I have been coming to Divas Nail Spa since it opened. It feels like family here. The Owner, Jenny, makes everyone feel welcomed. All the staff do a great job! I really enjoy getting my pedicures - so relaxing in the spa chair. Mona does such a thorough job. I don’t feel rushed. I get my gel fill-ins here too. The first place I’ve ever gone and really liked how my nails are shaped and painted. I also love the new check-in procedures and safety protocols in place. Everything is high-tech! I’m so glad I found this place...and so close to home. A gem right in my own backyard!

I love this place! Been going to Jenny for 5 years! I never leave disappointed and my nails always look great. They do all types of nails that are in fashion today. Yesterday I got a fill in and pedicure. The women who did my pedicure did an amazing job. I highly recommend getting a gel manicure and pedicure. The finishing is flawless, no drying time, and they last for a really long time. I always feel comfortable going here. Everyone is so nice and they do exactly what you ask them to do. I highly recommend this place and believe they are the best nail techs and nail salon in the city.

I’ve lived down the street from this salon almost my whole life and I just tried them out this year after their remodel and now I won’t be going anywhere else if I can help it. The staff is so nice. I’m always satisfied with the finished result. 10/10

I went here to try out another nail salon since I have extremely long nails. I looked at the reviews before going there. My nails were done by Phil which did a horrible job. The next day, my nails were already pulling up so he fixed them. 2 days later, on my other hand, they started to pull up. After speaking to the owner, she act like she didn’t understand what I was saying and sighed in my ear. If I could give 0 stars I would. I spend a lot of time and effort on my nails because they’re real and I will never go back to them.

Just had my feet done feel so soft like Im walking on air. The store was very welcoming and the lady was very funny nice there!! My nails came up out exactly how I wanted it so I can definitely tell they’re perfectionists. Overall it was great and I am definitely planning on returning !

Such a great staff and I always come out loving my nails. One Saturday night, I accidentally called the wrong diva nails and thought I made an appt but it turned out I called a different salon. The owner Jenny was so nice and accommodating and stayed open past close to finish my nails. I 100% recommend this salon!

Today was my first experience at this nail salon and I would absolutely recommend to my friends and family. It was not only clean and inviting, the atmosphere was very pleasant. I followed my nail tech Olivia who is the best from another salon and I am impressed and happy with Divas Nail salon!

Stopped in for the first time for a fill and gel pedicure. All staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, I noticed that they weren’t using sterile tools for each customer. When I was getting my pedicure, the woman pulled out a cuticle cutter from a very dirty plastic holder and only sprayed it with alcohol. Also, while getting my nails and feet done the techs were pressing too hard with the drills and my nails started to burn on my hands and feet. The gel polish didn’t last, my nail polish chipped terrible after only one week. Gel pedi lasted longer than the nails, but the woman had gel stuck around my cuticle area which caused chipping on the toes eventually. Very nice people, but I wouldn’t go back.

This was my first time going to this salon and I was happy that I did. Everyone there was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They provided great customer service, they listened to my requests and delivered.

This place us full of greedy people. They dont care about their clients time and appointment. All they care about is money. If you schedule an appointment, dont expect to be seen on your appointment time. The staff is very rude. I was client of them from last 5 years but since the new ownership the staff hired is horrible and unprofessional.

The owner is very nice respectful and welcoming. I went in to get a gel tip manicure and just a regular pedicure the pedicure came out great but the manicure was awful, after 3 days my nails were chipping one of them broke and not to mention the shape was terrible I had a hump on my nails... I go there to get it fixed and Amanda didn’t even replace the broken nail she just painted over it which caused it to break again that same night along with another nail. And not to mention I’m pretty sure my nail is either bruised or infected but it looks gross and that has never happened to me ever and I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16.

I called for a last minute fill and decided that I wanted a sunflower painted on my nails. Not only did they squeeze me in, they exceeded my expectations by far!!!

The technician rushed through both my pedicure and manicure even though I had an appointment (first one of the day too). She cut my toe nail too much and by the time I was home after running errands half of my toenail had dried blood on it. When she painted my nails she had to scrape off excess polish on each finger. If I don’t need to do this when I do my own nails, I don’t expect a professional to need to do it either.

I have been a client of Jenny (the owner) for 2 years and every time I go to her she goes above and beyond for everyone that enters the building, she makes sure to greet everyone and makes it a priority that each person’s experience is memorable. The entire staff is talented and sweet and the changes Jenny has done to the salon are beautiful. Diva nail spa is a clean and comfortable place to go when you’re looking for a day of pampering. I highly recommend this salon.

I got my manicure pedicure here last week. The pedicure was fines besides my nails not being filed evenly. My gel manicure is chipping after 2 days. There is still remands on my previous manicure on the edges of my nails. Would never go back

I’ve been here a couple of times and my nails never stay on longer than a week. Service is quick, but I would rather sit for a long time and get a quality set than be our quick and my acrylic nail pops off. I don’t put hard work on my hands, so it is quite a disappointment.

Went there to do dip powder with my daughter, the nails break and chip less than a week. The owner knows how to do dip but others not. They have poor collection of dip powder, never go back again.

3 weeks ago I went to get an acrylic fill in. Ive been getting this done for 8 years. For the first time I got a bad fungal infection. Bugs in the ceiling, carless techs who cut up your fingers. This place should not be in business.Had to pay to get all the acrylics off at a real salon, sand down my nails to get rid of it. Not worth it!
