Great place to go to been going there for quite a few years now. Oil change always done fast efficient. Guys are great to talk to they give you their honest opinion not about the bull.

These guys are really great. Came here for a tire replacement and left with affordable excellent tires. Whole thing took about an hour. Justin is extremely helpful in the tire zone. Everyone who I’ve talked to has been great. Will definitely come back again.

Had a caliper issue and they fit me right in! I got a 4 wheel alignment and they were very good to work with. Quentin was amazing! He told me everything that was going on, how long it would take, and he kept me updated. Highly recommend this VIP!

I have always been impressed with there service and flexibility in scheduling, I have been a few times for a few different things and each time the problem was fixed without issue. Last night I went in (430pm on Saturday memorial weekend) and they fit me right in for a quick tire mount even though they were full. 100% recommend

Theyve just lost me as a costumer. Last 3 vehicles I had in for simple inspection failed for such minor issues that now I am truly convinced theyre just looking to get work out of it. Ive spent too much money here on real work to feel like Im being played. Hope others arent having the same problem. Luck to all. On the hunt for a trustworthy mechanic shop. I went as far as to put a small price of tape on the perfect rocker which was solid as a rock and they tried to tell me it needed repair Busted!

Man they make you feel right at home here they know their stuff and you can grab a water bottle or even have a cup of coffee you make yourself with the Keurig and watch some Netflix while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced no worries here theyll take good care of you.

I had my brake lines replaced and emergency brake fixed at VIP, and tires replaced here while they were having an awesome buy 3 get one tire sale. They did a great job and are super flexible and kind when i need their services or have an emergency (like a popped tire), or just stop in because i need my tire pressure or fluids checked. i’ve used vip many times and luckily i have had all good experiences, i appreciate vip!

We received a flat on our AWD Outback while visiting the area from RI. We had to replace all 4 tires and were there for a couple of hours with our 2 kids. Quinten was a super star. Not only was he welcoming, but he made sure our kids were comfortable, and was incredibly engaging. Out family owns a small business, and we would hire Quinten in a heartbeat. The world needs more people like him!

VIP has been a go to. They are compatent and have friendly service. They are always on point when I bring any of my vehicles in. Also on the parts side: great guys as well, Im not the most eloquent when it comes to knowing what I need (thingy and majiger come up a lot) theyre able to help find what Im looking for without making me feel foolish.

Amazing place! Brought my car in for tires and out of it got a state inspection because my boyfriend is a veteran and we have veteran tags! Brandon was so friendly and so helpful on the stuff we needed done! 10/10 will definitely go again!

Bought Michelin defenders 2 years ago with the protection plan, got a slow leaker in passenger rear tire so I brought vehicle in to fix the leak and rotate the tires. After 2 hours Mike tells me the leaker cant be fixed and it needs a alignment. So I order 4 new defenders which will take a week to come in and well do the alignment at that time. I then asked him if the rotation was done and he said yes. 2 days later my passenger rear is low again!! They couldnt possibly have done the rotation yet I have paperwork that says they did it. Mike out and out lied to me!! He probably figured he had the sale in the bag so why do the rotation. So the only thing I got for the protection plan was the air they put in the tire!! Obviously I wont be showing up next week for the 4 new ones

We had new tires put on our Traverse, first time using VIP, they were WONDERFUL! Competitive pricing, excellent / speedy service and a comfortable waiting area. It took less than an hour to choose my tires, have the old ones taken off and new ones put back on. Super inpressed!

My truck needed ball joints and a section frame welded for current state inspection and failed Mike took time to explain what needed to be repaired and replaced to pass inspection. They always do quality work for a low price. It is always a pleasure to visit and ask questions of Mike, Quentin and Justin for DIY repairs. Professional and courteous workers get the job done right!

After being completely ripped off by another auto service garage in the area, I was happy to find the staff at this VIP not only professional, but extremely helpful and kind. I brought the car in for an inspection, which was done in a timely manner and thorough. Mike let me know about a few mild problems and how to get them fixed (nothing to fail the inspection over) then sent me on my way with a discount. He also showed that the service the other garage had supposedly provided had never actually been done, which was nice to know. Over all, it was a painless, actually pleasant experience.

Im traveling Maine right now and noticed sever outer tire wear. This was perplexing bc I just got new struts and new alignment last year. Really glad I found this place. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of urgency with all of the customers I witnessed. He explained to me that new struts can break in and sometimes throw the alignment back off. I was priced at 2 new tires and an alignment and was greatful that he didnt try to upsell me. The price was better than it would have been anywhere at home. Thank you guys. Will definitely be back here if Im ever in the area and need work done again.

Was in a pinch and needed new tires. The have me a good deal and took go care of me. I will be bringing my other car to them and continue using them for all my maintenance. I gave them 4 stars out of 5 because I have only used them twice.

This has been the second time Ive gone to VIP for big auto repairs this year.Had to have belts,pulley,Gas fuel line flushed and so much more.I let my car sit for a few years that cause most of my problems.Glad to see they keep their help as the same guy worked on it both times.Always friendly and I like they come out to show you what is not working right and what they find so I know for sure what is needed.Glad for my senior discount and look forward to my next visit for oil change and new tires for winter.Now that the most expensive jobs are done its upkeep for me and I highly recommend them for friendly service with no push to get you to buy more then what you need. Just had my tires changed over for winter and the wait was minimal. The service technician Mike was beyond exceptional. I am very pleased with all of the services provided and will buy my next set of tires from them. This was the best experience from any VIP anywhere. I will recommend this VIP to everyone.

My sister recently visited VIP Tire on two separate occasions to have repairs made on her older vehicle. On both visits, the problem was quickly diagnosed and repairs made. The service was exemplary.

Great service, while driving on some back dirt road my tire pressure sensor fault came on, on my dash. I drove to VIP, all bays were in use, but gave me an appointment for 3p.m. Wayne checked all my sensors and found one bad, he took the wheel off and replaced the sensor, put the wheel back on, did a road test. Everything okay. Great prompt service, and friendly staff. I have been going to VIP for decades, no disappointments. Highly recommended.Rick
