First time I ever tried dip nails. I love the result !!! They do seem to take longer, but these are my natural nails and I love the results. Very pretty salon and excellent staff. They were able to get me in last minute on a Sunday. I highly recommend!

Ive always been able to get a mani-pedi when I walk in without an appointment. I enjoy the actual mani pedi but after a day and a half my nail polish started to chip as seen in this picture. This is never happened when Ive had a mani previously so Im not happy. Next time I will ask if I can have a higher quality nail polish. I did choose this nail polish but I dont know if its the nail polish that is causing this problem. I think the technicians do a good job.

I have been going to another nail place for a few months, they could not get my daughter and I in today and it is her birthday tomorrow so we really wanted to get our nails done. A friend referred Soho to me, so I called and they were able to get us in!! we were greeted with smiles upon arrival, the place is very clean and has an overall positive vibe. The tech that did my 6 year olds fingernail polish was so sweet and very patient. We both left IN LOVE with our nails!!!Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Super unprofessional. I asked for a design and the worker completely screwed them up, told me he also thought they looked bad, and had the entire salon come look at them to laugh at how bad they were. He told me to keep it a secret that I got them done here and didn’t fix them. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. A humiliating experience and I will never return.

I took my mom here for her birthday and they were all so nice and professional!! I was recommended to come here and I am so happy that I did! Definitely will be returning!!

Awesome place! I absolutely love it! I been going here since April or May 2017 and have never had any problems! They do very nice work and i always message them for appointments they get me in right away! They treat me with so much love and care! I cant imagine going anywhere else!! And Kadee who does my nail art is suburb! I can take in any picture of a nail design i want and she does it! Its great to go somewhere that does great!

Hello everyone. My name is James and I work here at Soho. I was the one who made the comments about another salon that I personally worked at and worked with these other people for about 5 months. I have worked in the area as a Nail Technician for over twenty years. I have not posted or replied to anything online in regards to any reviews. This customer asked me about why I was not at the other salon anymore and so I explained to her what my issues were and why we left. She never asked me to stop but she too also joked and said a few things as well about the other salon which she did not mention. I do know them personally as well and had to work with them for at least ten hours a day and then some and NO they are not honest people. I am sorry if I have offended anyone with this post but I am just looking out for the safety and sanitation of other customers. She asked and I answered truthfully. People who know me know that I am honest and straight forward. I do not make up stories and if I am asked a question I cannot help but answer very truthfully and bluntly. At the least I can honestly say that Soho Nails is one of the cleanest salons that I have worked at if not the cleanest. Thanks for everyone’s time and hope you have a great weekend!

BEST French manicure (gel) I have EVER had! I have had countless comments about how great my nails look. I am SO impressed! Its been three weeks and they still look amazing! I will only go here from now on!

Today was my first visit to Soho. I came here to follow Jennifer my nail tech who was previously at LA Nails. It was a very nice experience, very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I would follow Jennifer anywhere, shes the best of the best in this area!

Very clean. They use bowl liners which are very sanitary and safer for people who may be prone to infection. While they prefer appointments, I was able to get in as a walk-in. This will be my go-to place.

Sanitary & good massage chairs. Got a $45 gel pedi, $5 cheaper than another in onalaska of the same quality. Left with some gel polish on my toes that I had hoped would have been cleaned off.

First time going to SOHO and I thought the Tech did a wonderful job! She was very gentle and took her time. I had gel polish on (done elsewhere) and she removed it without any damage to my natural nails. Other places were somewhat rushed and rough on removing polish which left my nails brittle. Here they were friendly and the other customers were too. Lots of chatter and laughing, like scenes from a movie! I plan to go back for my wedding nails and look forward to it!

The staff was excellent. They were very friendly and did a great job. There area no harsh chemical smells and the place was very clean. Will definitely be going back.

I have had my toes done here a number of times. I can usually get in on short notice, and the service is always wonderful. Very clean place that does quality work.

I will never go here again. I shouldnt even put one star but it was the only way I could add a review. The girl I had do my fill ripped off my thumb nail (acrylic) to replace and used a nail clipper and ended up cutting through my natural nail. It still hurts. She put her hands in the air and said so sorry. She couldnt put a new nail on my thumb because it was bleeding so bad. This is going to take forever to heal and hopefully it wont get infected. Then she had the balls to charge me $30. I gave her $15 and now wish I hadnt given her anything. 😤😡😬👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Excellent experience to 3 disabled ladies in for manicure they did an amazing job were very kind and patient.

They do fine job on nails but the nail tech referred to two black kids as “monkeys” so I walked out. Anybody who is comfortable enough to say that out loud so casually does not get my business and I wouldn’t give them yours either. Crazy

I went to soho with my friend and I had a horrible experience and here’s why:1) she got the nail polish everywhere but my nail 2) she wasn’t careful with her clippers and made me bleed 3) she was extremely rude to me 4) she twisted my fingers so far (to get a “good” look) that I thought they were going to break.I think that all of these reasons are good for a 1 star. I was very disappointed with the customer service of this nail place. I don’t recommend it at all.

The person doing my service was spreading rumors and lies about friends of mine while he was doing my service. He didn’t realize how well I knew them. I had to ask him twice to stop talking about them. He was very loud and everyone could hear him. He doesn’t even know them personally and he was definitely wrong about their situation. People like this give other people in the business a bad reputation. I will say I do not hold anything against the salon. I hear great things about the owner

First visit Amber was awesome. Second visit quoted one price when appointment was made then charged more after nails were done. James seemed in a hurry to get nails done I had to come home and fix them myself and because he left acrylic on my skin, I had to file it off. Worse my daughter gave me a gift certificate for 2 visits. I was so angry I gave the whole certificate to James out of frustration. Cathy your attitude is amazing. James slow down...remember to treat ALL your customers as you want to be treated. FYI I DONT CARE your words!

Relaxing, clean, friendly! I am a real stickler about my nail polish and they make my nails look like little gems every time! Super nice staff and they are very sanitary! I’m so glad I discovered SOHO Nails!

The person that did my nails was completely Obnoxious and rude. Would not do anything that I asked. Act like he couldnt understand me when I said something or ask a question. (Even tho I no he did coz I heard him speaking) And was constantly hurting my fingers to the point where they blood in 2 separate places!!! And completely ignored when I said I was in pain!!! I will absolutely never go back there ever again!!!

My favorite place to get a mani pedi! Very clean, well kept, very calm, and the staff is great. There is typically a movie on which is nice. The color choices are great. There is a sugar scrub that is simple but adds so much to the pedicure!

Employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. They make casual racist and sexist comments and then revert to switching to a language you don’t understand. The quality of service is mediocre at best. Stay away (especially if you are not White. Prime example of the fact that people of color can be racist towards other people of color)

I just got off work Im here working on a business trip one of the Registered Nurses referred Me to this nail shop. I walked into the shop, first mistake I wasnt recognized, secondly once I was acknowledged the Asian lady told Me they were busy and couldnt provide services and could I come back tomorrow.😏😠😧 I wonder was it because I was the only African-American that walked in customer service is awful and they should know money is Green and treat all people accordingly and with much RESPECT. So I give this business all thumbs down👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

SoHo Nails is a clean and upbeat nail salon. All the employees are friendly and look as if they enjoy what they do. I like to see the collaboration among the staff. Whenever I go in for a service I am treated with respect and leave a satisfied customer. The massages with a pedi and mani are amazing. They take walk ins and appointments. Thank you for always satisfying my request when I come in Kathy.

This place I went to and I have never had such a bad experience. As a licensed cosmetologist they were clean yes. But the man who did my pedi was definately in the wrong business of making people feel good. I walked in an hour before closing and this guy from the beginning couldnt wait to leave. The whole time he talked about his DJ service and gambling. Then when he was painting my toes (15min after I sat down. Shortest most unenjoyable pedicure of my life) I asked if he could stop pulling so hard on my sandal because I felt like it was breaking and he slammed everything down and ordered another girl to paint them while he packed up for the day and went to purchase cigarettes from the store near by. Genuine pompous jerk. Im sorry you employ such a person. Probably better off being a DJ.

First the bad- I ended up having a younger girl do my pedi, she was very nice however she cut way to deep into my cuticles one which would not stop bleeding- then she said its because youre pregnant you bleed more. Ive been trained in pedicures & know she was cutting far to deep into my cuticles as it was painful & they should not hurt nor bleed, good thing I can tolerate pain. I walked out with sore cuticles one still bleeding, uneven barley cut & filed nails with sock fuzz still in the corners of my nails. I was hoping to relax & find a good place to enjoy from now on but left with a service I wasnt thrilled about spending money on. Let alone I didnt want to end up with her again. Her massage technique was pointless & short if its even considered a massage. The male next me seemed to have done a good job on the ladys pedi next to me, he took his time on her. I felt my girl was inexperienced with cutting cuticles etc she just went through the steps of the pedi but didnt do them properly or well. I went home and scrunched my prego belly in to re-trim, file, & clean the corners out of my nails myself. Someone needs to better inform her on how to trim cuticles being cut is my worst experience& scares me for future visits. For the good- the atmosphere was relaxing they have great chairs and seemed very clean & sanitary to bad I had a bad experience here.

They did amazing on myNails . But it looks like she gave me gel when I just asked for a refill on myNails . It was suppose to be 18 or 20 something . But it ended up to be 37 I was disappointed because being charged more Im suppose to be .

They were not very nice and my nails got messed up right away when i left the salon and they got messed up a few time while there and i asked them to fix it he got mad

Will no longer be going to SOHO now that Kathy and James are not there.
