My first time at this salon with my niece, it had great atmosphere but my experience was no good. Our techs kept leaving to great incoming customers and took their time to get back to us. For the price we paid honestly it should have been better. We picked this place because of all the good reviews but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Two stars because it was clean and nice!

This is my regular place. They always treat you so well here and all of their nail techs do amazing work! I have yet to get one I didnt like! Great place for kids also they have the cutest pedi chairs for kids!

Pedicure experience is 5 stars. Dip experience could’ve been better. I got my nails and toes done the Thursday before Memorial Day for my engagement pictures. I wasn’t wearing open toed shoes. Wish I had because my toes were better that my nails. Pedicure was the best. Super paid attention to detail was then shuffled to get my dip job done and I’m not happy with it. I got my nails done on a Thursday. It’s Monday and I’m filing my own nails and shaping them again and fixing the shape (square) The entire dip job felt rushed and like I wasn’t important and most nail places make you feel like your their only customer. Not this guy. But again 5 stars for pedicure services. But don’t get your nails done here

I had a problem with this place for how they did my nails. after publicly saying they would be free, in person the owner told me he would only discount me $20. i was fine with that till he told me my nails originally would be $65. this makes no since when my nails are usually $40. he said due to the long length that they would cost more, extra acrylic, etc. anything to raise the price to make the money back from my “discount”. i will say my nails tech Danny was absolutely perfect and recommend him to anyone, not the establishment.

I have done manicures and pedicures for 4 times. Im happy with them. My nails still strong though. (Some place made my nails weak.) The services were so good. The staffs were friendly and nice. Ms. Holly always take care me so good. Shes very nice and sweet. The place was very clean. I would love to back there.

I really enjoyed my first experience here! I cant wait to bring my girls (8 and 3) to get their nails done in the little pink butterfly chairs 💜 There was no wait! No pressure for upsale by the nail tech! They were polite, punctual and gave me exactly what I asked for! I will definitely be coming back in a few weeks with my Bridal Party to get my nails and feet done for my wedding!!

I was greeted right away which was great, I told them what I wanted, they said no problem. What I didnt like was that they were rushing the whole time like they just wanted to get me in and out in 20 minutes so they could move on to the next person. My nails were left really thick and she was going to leave them that way until I told her they didnt look good and needed to be filed down more. They were all crooked. I got home and had to file them all. Not going back to this place. Overall not a great experience.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but my technician today did such a terrible job with my nails. Don’t get me wrong though, their customer service is top notch! My technician was a young Katy (I think there’s another technician by same name but she’s older) and there was a big language barrier. We didn’t quite understand each other and wanted to attribute the bad job to that but it came down to skills. I still plan on going back for a refill and pedicure but won’t be seeing Katy again.

I got my nails done with Nancy and she was the absolute sweetest not only did she do the design perfectly but she was a great person to have conversation with! Definitely will be going to her from now on!

Go to nails of America all the time for a mani and pedi. This location charged me $10 for buff to shine. I’m guessing this is new? Will not be returning to this location.

Usually this place does good, but today during my pedicure they hurt me. I asked for a American tip and they were painting my nails all white. When I got home my toe nail a was jagged and not smooth. Not too happy after spending $42 for this service.

Ive been here several times now to try it out based off others recommendations however it could be better; Im usually offered a water or some other drink, hasnt been this way every time I come in and technicians should interact with customers more.

Vicki is the Best nail technician they have. I love the way she takes her time and listen to what you want done. She is up front on the price and stays booked up, so make sure if you want to give her try call and book an appointment with her.

Unhappy with what I payed $100+ for. The guy who did my nails cut me twice, left me with crooked nails (I asked him to fix, but made it worse), and the raw edges keep getting caught in my hair. I get much better service at half the price elsewhere. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job and the brow wax was fine too. Will not be returning here.

I had the best experience for a refill and pedicure. The ladies who did my services were polite, gentle and helpful. They did them exactly how I wanted it I took my own nail polish and forgot it. I called the next day and spoke with Tony the manager. He allowed me to back and pick it up with out questioning me. Im definitely going back and making this my nail home!

Expensive but very, very nice and clean. They use liners in their pedicure tubs. The techs spoke limited English. Complimentary soft drink or wine was offered with pedicure. Very good selection of colors!

I went in today at about 4pm. No wait. Straight to a chair, which was excellent. Massage feature that actually felt like a massage and not just something wiggling in my back. The water wasn’t too hot when I got my feet soaked. Ann was amazing. I haven’t touched my feet in months so needless to say they needed some T.L.C in an aggressive way. She was super gentle but still got the job done. She didn’t cut me deep on the cuticle like some places do. She was a real boss. The tangerine scrub was amazing. The hot stones were even better. I paid extra for the paraffin wax and I’m glad I did, plus they had the prettiest shade of green for my nail. Also my heels are mega on point now. Would recommend 100%. Good people, good service, good prices.

Unfortunately I feel like the best thing to get done here is a pedicure. The pedicure session is normally very relaxing. I went a week ago to get my nails done and am used to having acrylic nails done. The person to do my nails suggested dip powder because it was more healthy. This was my very first time trying it. I didnt say anything but she talked a lot to her coworkers. She cut me twice and one part did hurt a bit that she had to put some clear liquid on me. Afterwards once she was done, she advised me to wash my hands but sadly one hand was not dry yet. She had to sit me back down and from the looks of it applied a gel coat. I was okay with the process but am disappointed now that the top clear coat is coming off just after 6 days of having my nails done. Lots of nail techs but might need to ask for someone else next time.

Had a great first time experience, no wait time, chairs were super comfy, staff was so nice and friendly, they have a huge variety of colors for nails and pedicures. Mixed drinks are delicious as well. My boyfriend and I enjoyed ourselves, we will definitely be going back!!

Vey good, loved them a lot, did better than other nail places I’ve been to, very pretty colors and more of a variety of them, they were very nice and made sure to help you.

They only reason this place has a high rating is because they give a discount when you leave a positive review. Ive been a couple times since they first opened, was trying to give them a chance and went back a few days ago. They arent taking precautions. Only two of us were getting our nails done and they sat us right next to each other. They arent wearing face mask. This is supposed to be a higher end salon. Techs are overall rude and always do a rushed job. Will not be me going back.

Walked in hoping to get a good experience on a full set of nails. One thing I absolutely hate is continuous upselling when I have clearly said NO! “Pedicure today”? “No, I just got one at a different location”. “Are you sure, we can finish both at the same time”. Why would I need a new pedicure when I literally just got one a few days ago?? Just ridiculous. One thing is a hustle and another is simply taking advantage. Too many nail salons to be putting up with people like that.

Very nice atmosphere and great service! Offer you drink and makes you feel relaxed. My favorite technician is MIA, she is very good and pays attention to details. Honey milk pedicures are my favorite treat. Wait time is never too long and they are efficient.

First off, Mimi was sooo darn cute, she is a perfectionist, : very timely, very sterile, and even gave me helpful and healthy tips on how to maintain glowing and soft skin,, health and cleanliness are @ the top of their list 🤗🌈

I had a negative experience a couple of months ago and they asked me to come back in and give them another chance. So I did. This time I chose to get shellac nails. Well they were peeling after only three days. I’m still having an issue with my toenail being yellow from them not applying a base coat before applying polish. Do not see why people keep giving this place five stars. Someone said it’s because they offer you a 20% discount if you leave them five stars. That’s a crock! I will never go back in here again with so many other places to choose from in the area.

Pedicure massages are always great! And I love that when I get my eyebrows done they do exactly as I ask! (I dont shape them just get them cleaned up). Always smiling faces and great service! And the rewards program they have is a perk since I’m spending the money anyway!! Would highly recommend!

They are amazing, the staff is very friendly and patient with everyone. The Facility is Very Clean and very beautiful. Daniel is the best I heard of him threw a co worker. He jut the best his technique is on point he takes his time never rushes you. If you like getting coffin nails he’s the man to do it for you. The manger is super on point with his business I work and live between Houston and Miami and every time I’m here in Houston I come to Daniel.

I really loved this place. First time there and Au was not only very nice and personable, he is very talented and a perfectionist. Ive been getting my nails done with Vicki for years, and she does them perfectly every time! Theyre never too thick, they dont lift at the cuticle when they grow out, and shape is always consistent. Also, Lucy does the absolute best pedicure Ive ever had. Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 yrs, and I highly recommend this salon!!!

Usually I enjoy this place but today I went with my daughter. When we went to pick out a color, my daughter asked for 2 colors and I told her no, just one, but then the nail tech came and said oh its OK, she can have as many as she wants and they quickly grabbed colors and went to the chair before I had even chosen my own. So I picked my own and it was nice, but they kept asking to add extra to my daughter and I kept saying no, just the regular kid service and it was all fine.... Until we went to pay and then they charged me extra for my daughter picking more than one color even though she only did this because the nail tech said it would not cost extra. I feel like this was very shadey and I was disappointed in how they seem to swindle me with my daughter being there. In the future they should be more transparent with their pricing.

I came in one day after getting my nails done because I had a nail break after only 3 days and thankfully I found Vicki. She is now the only person who will do my nails. When I came in, I had waves in all of my nails and huge indents from past nail techs sanding them down so much. Until I came to Vicki I had never been able to dip my own nails because they were in such bad shape and now my nails are strong and healthy. I am moving away from Deer Park, but will keep driving back to see her. She is AMAZING, make an appointment with her!

Fantastic place. This salon is a step up from the others. Higher quality products and equipment, great customer service. They use full strength polish, not diluted. My nails look great for weeks, no chipping or breaking. Pedicures are to die for, lots of options for every budget. The shop has a relaxing and spa like atmosphere. Tony the manager is very attentive to customers and always appreciative of your business.

Nails of America Deer Park is my go to salon. So friendly as soon as you walk in and super clean. Beautiful interior. I came in for a pedicure and even though there was a wait for a technician, they set up a chair and let me relax in their massage chair and soak. Helen was worth the wait!
