I am so pleased with the service I received from Rinaldis! I took my car in for a tire change a couple weeks back and when I went to pick my car up Dominic let me know that I had a dangerous exhaust leak. Im embarrassed to say that Im not keen to notice these things, so Im grateful that theres honest, detail-oriented, caring mechanics like Dominic in the world whove got my back-- and yours, too! I trust that he did excellent work on the car. I highly recommend Rinaldi & Sons to anyone in the area.

Courteous service, fair prices

Dom is a great guy. Only mechanic Ill be bringing my car too. Hes honest, he gets the job done. My car wasnt safe to drive once and he told me im gonna fix this now instead of waiting for another appointment because it was to go over it and tell me what it needed.

I brought my Jeep in with break issues and no other transportation for work. He understood my situation and worked on it as fast as he could so I could get my Jeep back, good quality work, he explained everything he was doing for me along with reasonable pricing.

My water pump went, leaving me trapped in skowhegan at 7:45am with a sick teenager in the car. I called a mechanic, ANY mechanic who could get me in immediately. Dom told me he could fix it today, but he couldnt promise when. Fair enough.I limped my car over, and he had already ordered the part. He had two cars ahead of me, and refused to put his regular customers off just for me, which I greatly appreciated. Glad to know that I can trust he wont ditch his regulars for some random dude off the street. That said, he was able to fit me in by 10:30, had me off and rolling again by noon, and under the estimate!I do most of my own work, but Rinaldi & Son is officially on my short list of mechanics for work that I cant do.You saved my skin, man. Thanks!

Great guy and awesome service

Had my front breaks done ... he is detail oriented, explains the options and I didnt have to question or worry about his skills and trustworthiness like other places in town. My only problem was that he was working alone so I didnt have a much needed vehicle for a week. I strongly recommend Rinaldi and Sons.

I cannot say enough positive things about the quality of work by Dom and his staff. They are professionals, they care about their customers and they really take pride in the work that they do.My mom had a particularly difficult power steering repair on her old PT Cruiser. A previous repair service in the Bangor area had done substandard work, cost her hundreds of dollars and left it in worse condition. Dom took on the restoration, found all of the mistakes that the other repair center had caused and did it right. She will never take it anywhere else again Rinaldi is the best!

Always had great service here. He explains my options and differences in cost for each. Doesnt just encourage me to go the most expensive way. I trust what I am told there, which says a lot for this type of business!
