These guys are great! The driver that I have personally dealt with on a couple of occasions was Bob. He knows his stuff! Great towing company. Towed my sons Tahoe that had a blown transmission, transfer case and rear axle back to my house. Has towed my son-in-laws car to a garage. Towed my daughters van to my home to have the transmission replaced.He is professional and knows what he is doing. Thank you for all the help and getting these vehicles to their destinations.As for the auto repair side of the business, I cant speak for that as I havent had any done. Towing however is great!

I spun out on my car into a ditch on the back roads around 10 miles from Waterville on Saturday when it snowed, he pulled me out and he was quick and professional, I highly recommend him. He also got there pretty quick, nice guy.

I was amazed at how courteous n professional he was. Helped me get unstuck. Mud n ice. He called me by my name. He was extremely helpful. He winched me out and guided me every step of the way. This guy was out all yesterday n today. We need more servicemen out there like him. He’s a keeper for sure. Give this man a bonus for the work he does.

My car was stolen this place towed my car across the street to there yard and had it less then 24 hrs not only did I explained my safe got broken into and my money was stolen and the spare key to my car they charged me for 2 days of storage and towing for more then 200$ and would not work with me I got the excuse that it was not up to them to work with me it was the financial department

I would give them no star but that wasn’t an option. We had bought a truck asked if they could tow it, guy gave us a estimate we said we would like them to do it. I asked if we can pay over the phone and he said no that we can pay him when he gets there. Dealership called tow company and they said we were all set and that we didn’t have to wait for them to pick it up. We called back the towing company and the guy said that we can pay him once he gets to the destination. We agreed. We got to the destination which was an hour from the time we called. And still no tow truck or our truck we purchased. Called and the lady that answered said that the guy was picking up our truck and will be there in an hour. Hour came still no truck. Called back to be put on hold and hung up on. Called back again and talk with someone and he said that they hadn’t picked up the truck yet and that they need payment first. Now this was 2.5hours later from when we called the first time. Guy was very rude and we told him to cancel the tow. This truck we had bought for a birthday gift for my brother which was waiting. Not very professional at all.

We have used this garage for several years now. This is an awesome family-run business. They have always been good to us - taken us in whenever we needed service, even gave me a ride home once when I was stuck. Their work has always been done in a timely manner and their prices are average. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service and fair prices.

Called for lockout service and had me on my way in about a half hour from the time i called to the time i left.

Terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend! Got Bob on the line and he was completely clueless, not getting help from anyone to speed the insurance process along. Why have someone in the office if they can’t even do the expected job during the hours of operation? If this is the case often, I would say stay closed when you only have Bob... Common sense.

Told us they dont take checks even though theres a sign on the window of the office that says who to make your check out to. Be careful if you use their services because they will look for any way to make extra money from you!
