Got there at 8 am and left at 1015 am was the third car to be serviced that day. Was having my studded tires taken off and my other tires put back on. Could not believe it took so long...when I got there they told me it was only going to take a half or so...they were short handed but still should not have taken that long. They were smoking while doing the tires which is also could be why they could have been taken so long also. I would think it would definitely be easier to change tires with two hands... Although the guy was very apologetic...and I know they were doing the best they can for what they had for workers but still shouldnt have taken so long.

The people were very nice and helpful, the building is stocked with many tires of all different sizes and they offer wifi while you wait.

Lindsay is laser focused on great customer service and does an excellent job pushing her team in the right direction. The value of the tire and service packages cant be beat, even by internet pricing. I regularly travel an hour out of my way to bring my work to Skowhegan Tire.

Lady at front desk is awesome..good prices but the man doing my tires on my truck made a mistake and when I asked him to change it I got an nasty attitude and he walked off...i paid to have steer tires balanced and never got done after I paid for it....after buying thousands of dollars in tires there I will not go back

The two ladies in the front office. Know there stuff !!! The guys all worked together had 4 - 285/75/r17 put on mount and balanced 862.90. Best Buy around in my book. Only there 1-1/2 hours. Last time I bought the same tires from some gRARAGE. 1100 just for the tires. Awesome job, very happy with the service. I recommend to everyone.

Called on a Friday to check if they had the size tires I needed in stock. Was told immediately and without hesistation that they were Came in to get them installed on Saturday and upon getting ready to leave i noticed that the front tires (the only ones i replaced) were too small. Once I brought it to the attention of the staff they said that they knew but didnt have my size in stock but I could come back on Monday for the correct tires. I drove almost two hours to get tires and coming back wasnt an option. The issue really wasnt that they didnt have my tires (although it would have been nice to know beforehand so I could have purchased a different brand) but the fact that they didnt tell me. How hard is it to be honest in something so small?!

I would just like to take the time to thank the whole staff that were extremely busy I needed four ATV tires put on the rims and needed one tubed and even though I looked perfectly able I have severe spinal stenosis and Fossett disease so I asked for a dolly and with no questions asked she had the staff come out and take all the tires and rims and when they were done they put them all back in the truck for me and they were so happy to do it with awesome attitudes and for cheap price thank you guys again you’re the best can’t wait to do business again with you guys this is rare to find in this world we live in today so thanks again Marc

Bought my last set of tires from here! they never replaced the valve stems i asked for, front tires were always losing air every cpl wks of 20lbs or more. no issues before they put tires on. they need better help or altleast give the newbies some training. i will not do any more business here as it,s always some otherthing causing problems never what they may have done improperly putting tires on. heard of wheels coming off,stripped lugs and nuts,broken studs ect.

Takes forever. Dont be in a hurry. They smoke in the work area and you have to breath smoke in the waiting room. They did not balance my tires on last rotation. Had to go back and wait some more. 2.5 hours the first time and 1.5 the second.

Get there Thursday night tires are not there no call from anybody that they were there even though I made the trip all the way there
