THE WORST nail saloon I’ve ever been to!! I thought this place was a good place to do my nails but then they turned out just the opposite of what I expected. They assume what you want without asking you just so they can charge you extra. I did acrylic nails and the lady assumed that I wanted no chip without asking me, once I told her that’s not what I wanted, she told me that I asked for it. I came the next day to remove my nails, again, waited another 30 mins and left the store with these nails at the bottom. They can’t even clean the nails right, how could they put a nice acrylic set?

Very bad service. I was 10 minutes late and they wouldnt take us in. They dont understand people go through traffic and other stuff but this was a the worst experience Id ever have to experience specially during my sister wedding.Never coming back to this place.

I’m surprised by the good reviews. Each time I’ve been here, they never great you. My nails come out sloppy/not the way I ask. They don’t last and there are a lot of flies. I would’ve given 2 stars, but since reviews are good, I gave them 3 because they’re doing something right for others.

Average. Its not great but its not bad either. They get the job done but Im never really wowed Also is it just me or the staff isnt as friendly? Anyways the place and experience is just Average.

I made an appointment for two people at 1:30pm and things happen so they showed up about 15 minutes late and they said that they can’t do their nails anymore because they showed up late. We have been there several times and they always take walk-ins with no problem and now they refuse to take clients because she showed up a bit late. The whole family used to go there, but that won’t happen anymore. Very unprofessional.

I have waxed my eyebrows here before.. Today I think she waxed the same place a few times. My skin is burning, I called earlier and was told to come back in so she can take a look at it?I know mistakes happen. I was expecting an apology or her saying she wont charge me next time I mean just something to make me feel like I was heard.Instead she told me come back in and she will take a photo and file it with her insurance so I can go to hospital and treat it.1. I have my own insurance.2. It takes a long time to get a claim approved. 3. So I paid and tipped to get hurt? How is that ok.I am so disappointed because they are located right by our house and I really liked the owner and her family.

Made an appointment at 7pm the worker said I was able to come in but when I got there the store was closed and no one answered the phone, and I got there at 7 on the dot.

My daughter took me here for a birthday present. Paid for a pedicure and a manicure. Never had it done before so I really cant compare, but they did a wonderful job and I love my nails. Also cant comment on thepthe because my daughter wouldnt let me know how much everything was. Will be making another appointment to see them soon

The worst place and people dose not respect customers. I went there and I asked for the owner.to do my nails From her husband and he said she’s not here today when she was there. And I used to go there and used to give them tips 20 $ and 15 $ I’ll never go there again.

Great place! Very clean, has parking, and its close to my home. My gel nails lasted pretty long. I am very picky with choosing a nail salon, and so far this is my go to place now

Horrible experience!!! Staff was very rude. She did my nails and it got destroyed in less then 3 days! I went back and asked if they can re-do it and she said no. My nails don’t even look like the picture that she showed me and it came off really fast. She acts nice when a lot of customers are there but when everyone leaves she starts screaming and give me an attitude. Customers are always right. ‼️DONT GO THERE‼️

Very clean location with reasonable prices. Staff has great customer service and the couple who own it are an amazing team! Always satisfied with their work.

I’m not usually the the type to write reviews but i thought i needed to. I wanted to try out this salon and possibly make it my go-to one, but that’s not going to happen anymore. Came here for a gel manicure and after i left i noticed that they didn’t put enough layers on my nail, to the point where the nail polish was see through. i paid $40 for a “no chip” manicure in which the color is barley showing (i got hot pink) and it’s already chipping off 5 days later. Very dissapointed and not coming back again...
