Possibly one of the worst manicures Ive gotten. I feel bad writing this, because Im not usually one to complain, but this mani is something that Ill actively have to pay more money to fix now, because of how poorly my hands were treated.John, my nail technician, was very nice, but unfortunately, had no idea what he was doing. My cuticles were entirely screwed up, and he managed to fail completing even one nail with gel polish without having to push back the sloppy edges with his own nails. I felt very uncomfortable with the entire experience, and it was very unsanitary.In the end, the nails themselves look so unpresentable that I cannot wait to get the gel off, because my natural nails certainly look better than this shoddy paint job. Paying 35$ for something an 8 year old can doodle on your hands is not justified. Attaching pictures with uneven paint and raw/bleeding cuticles as evidence.I apologize in advance for the management of the salon, but I hope this review inspires more training sessions for your nail techs and better hiring practices. I would also appreciate a refund.

Came here 2 weeks ago to get a no-chip pedicure. Paid $50. Within 5 days, 4 of my toenails had chipped which shouldnt be possible since I paid extra for no chip. Decided to return today to give them another try. Big mistake. Made an appointment for 2pm for a REGULAR pedicure. I picked my REGULAR nail polish. I sat in the chair for over an hour, waiting on them to start my pedicure. Once I was in the chair, I asked her how much extra it would be to add the paraffin wax. She asked if I wanted a deluxe pedicure and I said does it come with the wax? To which she responded Yes. So I confirmed with her that I wanted the deluxe pedicure. When the time came to pay, (4:15pm) I asked if it was $35 (the price of a deluxe pedicure) and she told me it was $60 because I asked for no chip and wax. I told her I asked for a regular pedicure and that she told me the deluxe pedicure came with wax. She told me they could remove the polish and redo my pedicure with regular nail polish but it would take another hour. Because I didnt have time to wait, I paid the $60 although it was not at all what I had asked for. This place is slow, inconsiderate, and a scam.

Got my nails done by Helen, definitely coming here again. I got a gel full set and they’re literally perfect! The prices are really affordable as well. I recommend coming here.

First time here and Im sure Ive found my new nail salon. The place is clean and extremely peaceful. I wanted to take a nap it was so peaceful. Making an appointment was simple, the service was great and I cant believe it has taken me so long to stop in seeing that I pass it multiple times a day sometimes. Great place.

My wife and I came in with our kids and the owners were very accommodating keeping the kids busy with YouTube and snacks. It gave us peace of mind and my wifes nails came out beautiful see above in the photos. Plus I got a man manicure where they cut and clean the cuticles and buff the nails to a shine. We love it and well come back every week.

This place was amazing, even though its Covid. The lady that did my Pedicure no chip, was nice & gentle. Held a good conversation, understand English very well, and did an amazing job on my feet. She wasnt rushing to get done. Im going to be revisiting as soon as its time.

My first experience at Diamond Nails was awesome!! The nail technician took her time on my nails and they turned out amazing! Huge sections of nail polish to select, customer service is wonderful, super friendly. For sure will be back in two weeks for my nails re-touch. Highly recommended.....

Helen is the owner and she has been doing my nails for years. I followed her all the way from the south side of Chicago because her work is stunning and she’s open on Sundays. You won’t leave disappointed:).

Although theyre very nice and friendly, the quality of work wasnt all that. My second visit they were rushing me off, I was over charged, and my nails looked really bad the next day as if they were done a week before😔

Went a few weeks ago and did not like my service at all. Went an hour before it closed, plenty of time to get a mani and pedi. Two employees took care of me, I dont know why. Felt like I was being rushed. My cuticles were not cut from either hand or feet. My pedi process lasted 10 minutes. Mind I add this was my first time there and for it to be a 5 star rating, it did not succeed my expectations.
