Thought my manicure and pedicure were well done. A wide variety of polishes were available. I chose no chip Mani and a regular pedi. $55. My chair only had a roll massage. Changed seat and it had all 3 massages. It was very slow...only one other person there. I did not feel rushed. Mani did not have hot towel and massage was limited, but pedi had hot towel and great massage. Reasonable price and very clean. Gellish lamp was used for gel. Overall I would go back.Whoops. Been a while but turns out I got nail fungus. My review changed from 5 stars to 1. Still treating it to clear it up. Sigh.

I love going to Dashas Nails. I have been going there for a while now and I am always greeted with a smile. The service is always excellent. I encourage you to make an appointment. The no-chip manicures here are great. I come with a friend and we enjoy ourselves every time. Good selection of colors and the no-chip lasts me over three weeks, even as a nurse who is constantly putting these nails to the test!

Cynthia is the best!!!! She always ensures you are satisfied with your nails before you leave. She is new to the salon but I’ve been going to her for years because I follow her wherever she goes....that’s how good she is. She does my manicure and pedicure, and now eyebrows and lashes.

Last time I go here. Today, I told the woman several times to paint up to my cubicle. She still didn’t and didn’t even try to fix it. I told her I wasn’t happy and she shrugged her shoulders. Overall, she took forever, didn’t file my nails evenly, paint not smooth throughout, she had too many excuses, too many opinions on my color choice, and hard of hearing. And she told me to sit straight in my chair like I’m a kid. Sitting straight didn’t make you paint any better, unfortunately. Don’t even want to mention my first bad experience here where they ended up redoing all my nails the very next day. How could you let me leave unhappy (right after I say I’m unhappy)? Thats the biggest disappointment.

Took my daughters this past Saturday and with demanding teenage girls the workers at this place did a great job keeping them happy and making sure they get exactly what they are asking for. I didnt get my nails done but from what my two daughters say they did a great job. Also grade A customer service the girls working are very sweet!

The staff was very nice, but my nails were disappointing. They werent straight and they were very sloppy. Will not be getting my money again. Also, I asked for acrylic nails and she did powder instead, saying she believed it would look better. Thats nice, but not what I asked for

This place is horrible for what they charge. The workers are very rude! I went in two weeks ago to get a no chip fill in and pedi. The idiot that did my services definitely did a horrible job. He was doing a rush job. My pedicure was incomplete and he rushed on nails. When I bought it to the workers attention, he got big mad. If I can give no stars I would. Im never stepping foot in this place again

My mom and I have been coming here for a year already and they’ve been amazing at doing nails. I have introduced this nail shop to some of my friends and they too had nothing but great things to say about the quality of their nails and the people who do them.You know there are some people who write overwhelmingly bad reviews simply because of a misunderstanding that can be cleared up if the customers speak up and explain themselves instead of pretending everything is ok and then writing unfair reviews online.To be honest I don’t want to accuse others of lying for the fun of it but as I read these poor reviews others left, it looks like they are just lying or being over dramatic on how badly the nail technicians do their work. These reviews are not true and should not be taken seriously.

I took my girlfriend here to do her manicure with nochip and they did such an excellent job with her nails. The staffs were so friendly, even tho the place was busy but they still managed to do their best to take care of my girl.Despite the bad reviews about the store, I think some of the people who left bad review made a mistake or something cause none of those thoughts was true about the store. I would definitely bring my girl back here to get her nails done.

I do my nails here frequently. At least once a month. This last visit was extremely unpleasant, however. Not because the technician did many things wrong, but because the owner was so rude. My pedicure was awful, there was even polish on my skin. I wore closed toe shoes to work the morning after my pedicure, and my polish was ruined and chipped. My no chip manicure was also not up to par. The polish didnt even start back at my cuticle, so it already looked like I had an outgrowth. The point of a no chip manicure is for it to last 3 weeks without chipping. Also, if you start back at the cuticle with the polish, your outgrowth doesnt show immediately. The point of cleaning the cuticle is to remove access skin so the polish lays better around the nail. According to the owner, however, Im wrong. He said the polish never starts that far back. Yah, ok. Im glad the lady fixed my toes, but Im still upset about my fingernails. I never complain about anything, but I paid a lot of money, its the holidays and I want my nails to look nice. If the owner wasnt such a miserable man, I wouldnt be so fired up. He had the audacity to let me leave without even saying a word to me. Whatever, karma does its job.

I opted for a basic manicure and pedicure combo before a friends wedding. The nail technicians were friendly, but not surprisingly only speaking in their own language between each other. I had two different techs: one for hands and one for feet. I didnt think to check before I left, but my pedicure was awful. The picture was taken a couple weeks after, but you can see that the toes were not evenly covered with polish. Pardon the feet photo, but I had to share with prospective clients. Their location is convenient, but the quality isnt that great.

I’ve come here pretty consistently over the past year and initially had good experiences. Recently it has been awful! I went tonight to get a manicure and was told to wait and someone would be with me shortly. It was forty minutes before anyone acknowledged me again. By then it was thirty minutes until they closed and the gentleman working the desk was clearly running around trying to convince a nail tech to do my nails as he kept looking at the clock as he spoke to a few of them. I felt very uncomfortable. Finally he gestured me over and I was curtly told to have a seat, but there was no chair... instead of getting me a chair everyone just walked away and left me standing not knowing what to do. Finally I was called down to another station. I hurriedly picked out a nail color as the tech was clearly in a hurry. There was no nail soaking, no attention to detail, no real manicure of any sort. It took the woman twenty minutes tops to do my nails, no lotion or massage after just quickly rushed me to the counter to pay where I was told it was going to cost me ten dollars more than was advertised. No sooner had I signed my receipt, the tech rushed back to her station, grabbed her bag, and walked out the door before they were even closed. It was not a relaxing experience and it was DEFINITELY not worth the nearly fifty dollars I paid. It seems they have let all customer service fall to the wayside because their location guarantees them business, but they are overpriced, rushed, and do not provide quality work. I would urge you to go to the salon next to the Thai restaurant by Target or the new one down the street by Culver’s. This place does not deserve your money!

First, things started out poorly. They were understaffed for a weekend. Then, they told me that they charge extra to scrub feet with the scraper. The UV light for my feet was built more for 2 hands. It was awkward and I had the push down with my foot to keep it from falling off the footstool. I never got a massage on my legs. Im not from Houston, but for a salon that was rated so highly, Im disappointed in the results.

Very disappointed with my nails at first I was blown away by the cleanliness and friendliness but the nail job was bad very bad nails were all chipped within a day. I called my friend and she was like omg I am experiencing the same thing..she reached out with supporting pictures n the response was get no chip next time!!! Horrible

When I first started coming here, everyone was super friendly and Dasha did a great job, however- after continuously going there, service gets worse, and workers get more rude. Prices change EVERY time I go there, and they claim it was a promotional price- which no customers know about and NO signs in the shop showing a promotion. They leave paint all over the skin and rush to do jobs. $45 for a manicure and the guy handled me a bottle of lotion to put on myself. I made an appt for 5:45, was told the mom (owner) whom I scheduled an appt with, couldn’t take me bc she’s hard of hearing (while she took another client) and I had to get stuck with another worker who did my pedicure prior, which I didn’t like. After a near 2.5 hours, i finally left past 8PM. They never take responsibility for their bad work and instead blame you. If I am a paying customer, I expect my nails to be done the way I like them to be done. There aren’t many decent nail shops in Skokie, I’d rather travel to the city to find a decent shop to avoid the bad attitudes of the workers here. Pedicures leave your feet feeling rough and manicures are uneven, they barely do your cuticles. I’d recommend Perfectly Polished down the street over this place. Hidden promotions, inconsistent price hikes, horrible customer service, I would love to support a family owned business, however, don’t waste your money or time here. Also, you can tell by how much they know when they don’t allow you to wash your hands and make sure they are cleaned before proceeding to paint. After seeing these other reviews, I’m not shocked at my last two experiences here. Trash.

Crappy manicure. Polish is completely uneven, (it looks like one coats in places, two coats in places and some areas of piling by the cuticle). Cuticles are uneven and some were not even pushed back from the nail bed. I also have rough edges on one nail that is snagging everything. ugh...i really dislike leaving bad reviews but even more I dislike paying for something of this poor quality. I am a never again customer.

I got my nochip at Dasha’s nails, the price was so reasonable and the quality was excellent. At first I just wanted to have regular mani which is only $12, then they told me $30 for the nochip and I was down for the nochip. Highly recommended, worth your money. Unless you get a full pedi + nochip mani, that would cost 55$, there is no way a regular mani or just a nochip would cost almost 50 bucks which is totally a reasonable price. Thank you Dasha!
