I have been going to Rosa for 23 years now. She is literally the only person i trust with my hair. Shes the best with highlights, cuts, and updos. I recently added extensions to have longer hair for my wedding and couldnt be happier! She takes the time to educate her clients and is very intuitive and just the absolute best!

1st timer - went in for keratin. Rosa is extremely thorough, did a great job on my keratin prep and treatment. She quickly makes one feel like family. Really feels good when you have to sit there for a few hours :)

I have a thin hair which is very frizzy in the summer. I went for keratin treatment, they asked me if I want to use the heavy one which was a little extra, I said okay but how long its going to last? She said 6 months. after a month and a half my hair was all frizzy again, I called her and she sent me a keratin kit to do it all by myself and again it was good only for 3 months. I wasnt satisfied with the products she used but she personally is a nice person.

Its hard for me to find a great hair stylist as Im a picky person but when I found Rosa a couple of years ago it felt like I had won the lottery. She is a true professional who knows her jobs requirements very well which gives a customer the feeling of trust. She also is very friendly and comforting where it feels like home at her salon. I have to mention her team as well as each and every one of them is very warm and professional as well. Once you go to Teddy Rose you will see what I mean.

I don’t even want to give one star to this place. The owner just say lot of things and her you in and got keratin treatment and no result after wash. This place is full people ad make money. Lie promise. Charge on you credit card wrong amount. I need my full refund. Owner is not responding I have to go other place to fix my hair

I came here for keratin hair therapy around 10 days ago. Ever since, I am loving my hair. It used to be so coarse and dry and lifeless. Now it is soft and beautiful with my natural waves and zero frizz. Thank you Rose and her team for doing an amazing job. I recommend to many of my friends. They loved it too.

My regular hair dresser was unavailable. I was heading out of town and called in the middle of the polar vortex. The salon was open and Rose squeezed me right in. Great haircut and a quick brow waxing. She was great. Will definitely be back.

No transparency in pricing. Shes a rip off artist. Keeps talking and talking and in the process telling you that you need this and that and shell provide you the service never mentioning the cost. Definately not going back.

Roza was so amazing, first, she was flexible to get me in (with my crazy work schedule) for a consultation then offered to fix my overdone boxed hair color the same day, and it was very reasonably priced. I walked out of the salon feeling like a movie star! Roza is a fantastic colorist and makes you feel like family! I will forever come to Teddy Rose because of her! Thank you Roza!!

Much like the other reviews, DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a scam. Maybe not everything but DO NOT RISK IT. I purchased a groupon for keratin treatment that was supposedly a $250 savings, but what i did not realise that it cost $250 to do NOTHING and just a after shampoo conditioning. She said it would last six months... I paid nearly $100 dollars for nothing. What is worse is that she tried to upsell me for the small amount of another $100 to get the results I was SUPPOSED to get. SAVE YOURSELF!! When I informed her they refused to fix anything and as acted very poorly.

Im totally opposed to spending a lot of money on looking like a girl, but my girl Roza at Teddyrose is worth every penny. Ive stuck by her since when my hair went from very long to very short. She even bagged the hair and sent it to Locks of Love for me. Ive sent some friends there and theyve all been happy with the results. Yes, they are Great, but they do a really good job and, hey, theyre still a lot cheaper than other places in the city for a do!

I went to Teddy Rose 2 months ago for a Keratine Treatment and Rose explained everything in great detail to me, told me it would last 6 months. After 5 weeks, the top of my head, all the frizzies came back. I had bought over $100 in products so I used that to try to calm it down and got fed up after 2 months and called her two days ago. Totally unprofessional, she said that if I would have called her after 5 weeks, she would have done a touch up on me but since I waited 2 months, she would give me a reduced rate for $70. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I paid $125 to have it done, spent over $100 in product and gave the girl that did the treatment on me a $40 tip! Im not spending another $70. Stand by your work....especially if you want more clients. No way in hell will I ever step foot in that salon again, EVER

I would advise anyone who wants to be treated fairly and honestly, NOT to go here. I bought a Groupon for my wife for a keratin treatment. She was able to use the Groupon, but was pushed and pressured into having other services done. At no point was any price quoted for any the services offered. The lady asked if she wanted her hair evened out, so she said ok and the lady spent about a minute cutting the ends of her hair. She was charged for a full haircut. I can go on about the other services that she was overcharged for, but that is not the point. She did not receive an itemized receipt nor were the prices for services the same as the website. This is a terrible business based on lies, deception and borderline theft! NEVER GO HERE!

I just went their and it was such a bad experience the lady charged me 75 dollars she did nothing to me, she had so many customers, and wasn’t giving one person that much time, she just scammed me, and was very unprofessional.
