Niice im very happy with service mom does a good job...she make my feet look pretty

I was able to come in the day before new years, didnt have to wait. The guy did my nails and took his time and they looked great. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because the nails on one hand are longer than the other (wish I noticed before I got home).

I’ve been a client of Vu and Phong for 10 years, they do an amazing job. Vu is like family and such a joy to be around he’s always making me laugh and doing creative designs to my nails. Vu takes his time and consistently does a great job on my nails!!! Love this shop!

I have been coming here for many many years maybe 10+ the owner is very nice and he offers excellent customer service! Their job is amazing and never fails to come here. The no chip actually lasts and their massage chairs when you are having a pedicure is putting you to sleep lol! Too bad I moved far away but when I know I will be In skokie always in my plans to visit and pamper my self!

I really love this place! They whole saff is good but I have vu as my nail tech. Walk in welcome but they can b very busy. I wound recommend calling and setting up an appointment. #dontbecheap

My daughter always goes there she took Mom and Grandma. As a first time for me it was a great experience. Keep up the good work I will return

I too wish I had read the bad reviews before entering salon but I needed my nails done and nowhere else I could go to in the time I had. Never again.!!!!! Terrible job!!! Staff were nice and chatty but their work was terrible and made me wonder if they had ever been trained!!!!I wanted a spa pedicure and shellac manicure. I had just been on a long haul flight so the thought of relaxing soak for my feet wonderful. Wrong!!! The water was cold so had to ask to change, my feet barely had a soak. They then proceeded to do my manicure at the same time which was not at all relaxing as he stood to my right and to do my left hand I had to cross my arm across my body which really hurt my back. Then had to hold the light box myself . Meanwhile whilst I was concentrating on what was being to my hands as he was trimming my cuticles which I hate and he cut me once, the girl was clipping my toenails and she caught the side of my toe in the clippers and cut me so badly I nearly flew out of the chair!!!!! It bled for ages and that was the end of the pedicure for that foot!!The Polish was so thick on my fingers the manicure only lasted a few days before the corners started to peel. Hindsight.... I should have left and I certainly shouldn’t have paid. They didn’t even bother to offer to discount having cut me so badly. They absolutely did not get a tip and I could hear them muttering in their language about that!But really people, AVOID!!!! Worst I have experienced ever!!!!

The lady who did my nails was rude. She was on her phone texting while doing my nails. My nails are rough around the tips. Will have to find someone else to smooth them down. When I went to pay, she said I couldnt put it all on my credit card, that I needed cash. I said I didnt have enough cash to cover the complete bill. She said they needed some cash before they would finish my nails. So had to give her all my cash before she finished my nails.

The worst experience ever! The pedicure was quick and lackluster. The nail tech did no massage, washed off the lotion (I left with ashy,dry get) and got polish on my flip flops. She then proceeded to do the fill-in... without asking how I like my nails shaped (which was obvious because the were square when I got there) she proceeded to file and reshape then into some strange rounded-square-oblong shape. She slapped on the polish- literally! - and it was thick and sloppy. The owner came to fix it by using no chip gel polish. In the process, he cut a few of my fingers without apology or anesthetic to clean it. Now, 5 days later, the no chip is chipping and peeling. Horribly disappointing....

Hi everyone this was my first time at the nail shop I pick the right nail polish but when Vu put the polish on my nails He didn’t do what I want the nail on the end he told me not to worry about it. I like my nail to look better. I don’t want to go there nomore very rude.☹️☹️☹️

My first visit to Perfectly Polished was very disturbing. Walked in to the salon and noticed that is was not well kept. I was greeted by a man who huffed and puffed at my daughters and I. He told me that he could only see one of us. The other two would need to come a another day. Simply put...I would not recommend going to Perfectly Polished very rude and unprofessional!!!

I liked the way Vu did my nails but the place is not very clean.

10 months ago-Worst job in the history of getting my nails done EVER! Ive been traveling all week for my job I need to get my nails taken care of and relax.First of they did not have the polish I wanted that should have been the first indication but I thought okay its a popular color.

Im really bummed. Typically, they do decent work, and theyre fair on their prices, but I was in today and was sorely disappointed. My nails are uneven and lumpy. I also got glitter on the very tips of my nails, only a 2nd color, and was charged for nail art, which theyve never done before. I was also charged for having 2 nails replaced, which has never been done before. I just feel like everything was done very fast and shoddily, like they were worried more about getting everyone done and getting out of there than they were making sure the quality of their work was good. Tonight solidified that decision. This will be my last time in this shop.

To preface this, I have only had my nails professionally done three times, and I also came in on a holiday as a walk-in, but I definitely had to wait for awhile before I could have any service (which I felt was fair considering my timing).The place is kind of gross, not well taken care of. The staff was arguing with one another, nail tech stopped in the middle of my manicure to find a phone, and he kept swearing under his breath because he messed up my nails a few times. Most of my acrylics were crooked, he pushed for me to get powder-dipped nails (additional $5), and he told me the reason I had indents in my nail polish at the end was because I didnt dry my hands properly after he asked me to wash them. When I started to tip on my debit card, he stopped me and said that cash would be better for the tip.Because I havent gotten my nails done often, I didnt know what to expect going in and am not sure if this is a typical experience.From afar, the nails looked okay, but really I found myself wanting to take them off in less than 2 weeks, which I did at another establishment. This experience did not give me an idea about what I want for my wedding, as Id hoped, but rather discouraged me from wanting to trust nail salons with my nails. Bummed. 2 stars because they squeezed me in on short notice, even though I soon wished they hadnt.

First time going to this place for my nail polish and the experience was positive. Services were super nice and the staff so friendly.

Not friendly and then lied about the time they closed so they didn’t have to work on another customer which is fine with me, I will take my money else where.

They are very creative and do nail good.

Place seems dummy but they did a great job with my nail extensions and then dipping them.

My fiancé received nail service at this location a few times because the location is conveniently close to where we live. Every time she goes there, she always express how dissatisfied she is with the service. To make matters worse, her last visit, she went back three times to fix an error with a nail technician named Wendy. She went to a new location to get a refill and found out that Millenia nails and day spa gave her a fungus in her nail!! She’s never had a fungus in her until her last visit with Wendy. Great service and the man that did my nails listened to what I wanted and how I wanted my nails done. Not like other nail places where all they do is talk in their language which makes you uncomfortable. They are quiet and actually talk to you.

I see this place gets alot of bad reviews.. I had a pretty good experience! I thought it was a pretty friendly atmosphere.. I think its more of a relaxing, easy going salon... I appreciate it when people can be themselves while be welcoming.. I like the treat you like family type of vibe... I had a pedicure/ombre full set. A lady started on my feet, as soon as she was finished with her client (approx 10 mins after I walked in without an appointment, around 6:00 on a friday) I enjoyed the massage chair, and the massage she gave at the end of my ped. They started on my nails halfway through the pedi. Ive seen someone else complain about this, I actually appreciated it! Its been a while since Ive gotten my Mani/pedi done just because I can be impatient & dont want to be at the salon for hours! She did a dipping technique for the ombre effect, which came out beautifully! I will definitely making an appointment again, & am willing to take the drive out from the city!

Acrylic nails were a bit sloppy and unfortunately didnt last even a week. They offer a weeks guarantee, but its not convenient to get the. Fixed every week. Nail tech was also oddly crude. Funny, but not professional.

WORST Nail salon ever! They drink while doing your nails and tell you what theyre not going to do and are very rude!
