On the website I saw they did cool designs so I asked for a simple design and they proceeded to laugh at me and then said they couldnt do it. Also, I grew my nails really long so I asked for a small cut. not only did they cut my nails to the SHORTEST possible length, they also told me I shouldnt keep them long even after I told them I wanted them long. They are very nice people but they should listen to what the customer wants and shouldnt scam us by putting pictures of nails they clearly DIDNT do on their website. If you want simple nails then come here but I will never be coming here again.

They are very clean and are taking all precautions to make sure anyone going in doesnt have a temperature, has everyone watch their hands, masks are worn by everyone at all times and plastic shields are everywhere. I have been going here since the 90s and its always professional, quality work. No place like it anywhere

Beautiful clean salon. I visit many spot for a pedicure and this has been the best so far. They go the extra mile and I will for sure drive out of my way to get them here for now on. I definitely recommend coming here for your pedicure needs.

Okay. Happy that they took me in right away but the nail chipped a week later and also, they only have one girl who can do designs and she was it.

Not sure why all the bad reviews, they have many different people working there, so maybe try a different person next time if you had a bad experience. But for me, I really like this place. Ive been going to this salon for a couple of years, and some workers did a better job than others. But overall place is great. Great selection of nail polishes (Ive been to some places where they are so dry), I like the extra touches of hands on massage and wax for smoother hands and feet. I come out feeling so relaxed and taken cared of like from a spa. People working are nice. And I love the punch card, after 10 times you get a free mani. Im planning on moving to a different state and Im so going to miss this nail salon. So far when I traveled I havent been to one that has similar service and such awesome extra touches

The best place ever Ive been coming here since I was 6 years old. Theyve changed management a bunch of times but they are still consistently amazing. Ask for Amy or Cristine they have given me the best service! I wouldnt go any place else

The manicure and wax that I got was done well and professionally. I found the service was not friendly and the pricing was not honest. I called to get a price over phone and was charged more in store. In addition, the price listed on the wall for waxing was 20$ and I was charged 26$. When I inquired about it, I was answered with a shrug.Please note:Talking amongst yourselves about your customers in a language we do not understand is terribly rude and makes your clients uncomfortable.

I got a manicure last week for the first time at 675Nails and I would highly recommend them! The lady did such a wonderful job!! She definitely wanted to make sure all nails are evenly colored and special design that I asked for was done perfectly., I got the absolute best manicure & pedicure. And they offer discounted service on weekdays.

I have been coming here for years and will even drive 4 hours to get a pedicure here. Best service by all. Sara is my favorite but they all aim to please.

I used to come here all the time but then started going near my home in the city. Decided to come last minute with my niece for pedi and no chip mani, despite the overall rating. Was glad to see the rating is wrong and this place continues to be an excellent place to get nails done with extras such as paraffin wax for heels. Definitely will come back!!!

I have been going here for probably 10 years to get regular manicures and pedicures, and I havent had any troubles as described in other reviews. It sounds like they have had some workers who made mistakes, but I havent encountered that. Chances are very good that youll get a great manicure. They give lovely massages as part of the manicure/pedicure. They will repair smudges (happened once when I went to my car immediately afterwards). You can engage in friendly conversation if you choose, and a good selection of colors. They have a punch card program as well. Perhaps ask for their best acrylics person when you schedule.

My first time visiting the salon was Saturday, May 20th. I requested a no chip manicure and pedicure. The young lady performing my services was nice, however she did a terrible job on my nails. I always leave something for a tip, so even with what I felt was a poor job, I left a $5 tip on my $66 service. The owner then proceeded to tell me that since I am a new customer that they require at least 10% tip. I have NEVER been asked, or rather told, how much tip I should leave someone giving me a service.The salon owner completely blew my business and I will NEVER step foot in that salon again. I was hoping that I would be able to attach a picture of the piss poor job on my nails. The application of the no chip was so thick that two of my nails lifted by Monday (2days)! I thought about going back to the salon, but I would rather go some place else.

Ive been a customer of 675 Nails for many years (its been around at least 15 years.) The warm and talented staff come from all over - Mongolia, Ecuador, Korea, Guatemala and even more exotic places. Owner Angela Kim values Customer Service-which is tangible for those who visit - starting with easy parking, and like “Cheers,” it’s a place where everybody knows your name. Aside from the warmth of the staff, I know my safety and health are of utmost importance here (everything is spotless and I feel confident that instruments are sterile - really important to me.) I know Im getting a great value - excellent work in a soothing (quiet) environment (no cell phones) at an affordable price. There are perks too, like FREE paraffin treatments for my hands and heels with amani-pedi. Pedicures always include a rejuvenating rest in their new massage chairs w/ colorful the polish lasts forever. There are a variety of manicure services, including French Manicure, and new No-Chip manicures just had my first one- it sill looks great after a week and a half) - all of which include expert cuticle treatments and nail shaping, hand, arm and shoulder massage and Vitamin E treatment.It is my favorite escape!

I specifically requested no rounded nails- got rounded nails. Paraffin wax on both my flip flops. Gave 15% tip anyway- staff requested more.

The first and the last time I am here. They did so rush on you feet, and they did gel nails last 3 days????

The service is terrible. They do not know how to do acrylic.

If you expected no chip last not over a week then you can come here.

You pay what you get from here. Cheap = poor service.
