Bret’s is the go to place for towing and auto repair. Not only did they fit my vehicle in FIRST thing that day but they also had it back to me hours later. The service writer was incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable I mean beyond amazing. The techs replaced my serpentine belt and alternator and my car is driving again ! Very responsive to my Saturday afternoon tow request. Not only that, they had the repair, while minor, complete first thing Monday morning. Everyone seemed really nice/helpful and I was able to get an immediate estimate on other work Ill be requiring in the near future.

Today, at 5:30 in the morning, while raining, my car got a flat, new to the area, I didn’t know who to call. Brets was the first one I found and I am grateful! Phone was answered right away, and the tow arrived within a half hour. Driver was very friendly, and the price was definitely fair! Absolutely will be using their services for now on!

Working with Brets was so nice because they ACTIVELY worked with me and made sure I had the best deal. Alarming Price Differences!I was quoted a price of muffler fix for $1558.31. I got the same muffler issue fixed for $89.68. It was very painful to notice the difference!!

Ive had both the pleasure and pain of being involved with Brets Towing half a dozen times in the past year or so. Theyve promptly come to jump my wifes car, open it when she locked her keys inside, and towed my car several times. The drivers that I have had come to our aid have been very prompt, friendly, and effective at their craft.Their autobody shop has been able to work me into their schedule even when I came in out of the blue - multiple times. Brets towing saved the day. I was 550 miles away from home. My 1 ton Dodge lost the passenger front wheel bearing. It was around 330 in the afternoon on a Fri. I called them they came got me did my repairs and was on the road and headed back home in 2 hours and 20 min! Super and Fantastic people! Thank you folks for helping me.

Had a great experience using Brets Towing. My husband and I were stranded in WI and called our insurance company (State Farm) since we had roadside assistance. They found Brets and told us it would take 15 minutes for us to get picked up, which was right on the money. Dave--the driver--drove us all the way back to Chicago. They usually dont do a lot of out of state tows so they didnt have an iPass and their dispatcher wasnt available at the end of our trip to confirm our payment so I had to give them my credit card number, but everything else was great. Our ride was as best as it could be and Dave was very respectful and professional.

My vehicle was on side of road for a few hours before it got towed by bretts. They towed it to their storage facility in town. It was there for a total of 2 days with a tow bill when i showed up to pay the bill. I added another tow to the bill to have them bring it to my house so i wouldnt have to get help bringing it home.my bill was $280.00 and they told me i would have it by 5 pm about which was 2 hours away. It is now 14 hours past 5 pm the next day and no truck, no call, nothing. I called up and asked about the problem and the man on the phone was quite rude. I said i need to get my kid to school soon where is my truck? I was told he can not tow my truck without the key, which was left in the vehicle with a push button lock locking the door. They entered my vehicle while in their storage and said we cant find it we cant help you. So i asked about how im supposed to get my kid to school. He replied you better start walking. Mind you its 7 degrees out side with winds between 20 and 30 mph. I was hung up on as a paid customer. Im going to see what i can do and provide a follow up review when over..Follow up... The owner kelly contacted me about the matter. Came to the conclusion that her workers didnt Proporly do a few things they should have. She is dealing with them on her own and my truck is being delivered. I did get a little incentive for my hassles but i still have no key, had to rent a car to get kid to school and me to work, while being late for both..

I had a flat tire and my road side assistance was going to take me to a place that was unable to fix my tire the same night. I live in Milwaukee and needed to get home. Brets towing and repair shop was able to patch my tire the same night and stayed after hours to help me out. They are family owned and real people. I would trust them with any car problem. I broke a heater hose while on business in Sheboygan. I Googled repair shops in the area and Bretts was the closest. I made it to the shop and asked if they could look at my car. They looked at my car even though they were behind in what they already were working on. They found out the problem, fixed it and I was on my way in less than 2 hours. My estimated wait time was like an hour an the guy was there in literally less than 15 mins!!! He was very efficient and knew right away what the problem with the car was. On the way he was nice to talk to an made a normally awkward situation actually qiuet pleasant! I actually enjoyed talking with him on the way, an after dropping of my car at my shop, he even gave me a lift back to my apartment! He went above and beyond, an It was like 1030 at night!!! I have to say the service rocked!! An im having my mom check out thier auto repairs shoo to see if we should switch our shop!!!
