Joe and the guys are amazing. Their knowledge is second to none.

Joe is very understanding and patient when explaining what is going on with your vehicle even if you are a female. I didnt feel belittled or undermined when talking with him. He got my vehicle back to me in a reasonable amount of time for the work that needed to be done.

Joe & his crew have always been professional, honest and fairly priced. They have worked on my vehicles for almost 15 years and never a problem.

I went in for my 2016 Dodge Journey to have my spark plugs changed and why my check engine light was on. He changed my spark plugs which was great but then Joe went on about me needing 2 cylinders changed for $3400. Nothing was leaking. So I went to Dodge to get a second opinion. Come to find out Joe tried to take me for my money. I had a crack in my engine block and I would have needed to have that fixed and that, that woulda cost me $2000 at Dodge. So if I would have the cylinders changed or fixed I would have needed more work done because I had a crack in my engine block and that would in the end would have costed me over $5000 to $6000 to have fixed in the end. Which my cylinders were fine.

Great people, great place for all of your auto needs

After trying various mechanics I was recommended to take my newly purchased (and shortly malfunctioning) car to 11th Street Auto - and Ill definitely be coming back.Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, and they not only showed me exactly what was wrong, but recommended taking it to the dealer to have fixed by law for free. The fact they didnt just give an estimate for the work shows their integrity - and their pricing is more than fair for the estimate and proposed fixes if I had gone through them.

My first time taking my truck there I will continue to get all my services done here. Big thank you guys

I have brought my car in a few times for work, and they are very good about being upfront about whats needed, the cost, the expectation. They are very reasonably priced, they know what theyre doing and they do it fast. The workers are friendly and helpful.

I dropped my car off at 4:55 one evening with some battery issues, they said they would look at it first thing in the morning. I got a call back at 5:45 that same night saying that they had fixed the issue. I am incredibly thankful that they stayed late just to address the issue with my vehicle.

The service here is unbeatable. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and will answer your questions. They are honest and will explain what needs to be done. There prices are very reasonable. To me it is the best place in Sheboygan County.
