Have always went here since I bought my first car. Genuinely honest and trustworthy with all the repairs Ive had. Would recommend to anyone.

I would definitely recommend coming here for work on your vehicle. They have reasonable prices for the the quality labor they put in.

Called for a quote and was told that they’d get the quote together and call me back. I ended up calling them the following week to check on the status of my quote to hear the snappy response of “my mechanics refused that job”. The refusal of the repair is understandable, but the lack of integrity to simply let me know of their choice was what I found to be truly unprofessional. If you’re looking for a reliable repair or transparent communication regarding your time and money, look elsewhere. I know I will be.

Very friendly and fast service. It took a week to get an appointment but thats perfectly acceptable.

So far so good. I had my tires balanced here first. Just had an oil change and tire rotation. Both times the mechanic comes out and talks about what he did and finds. No middle man. Like having your Dad work on your car with a bill. Having them flush the transmission next week. Cost is very reasonable.

This place does not even deserve one star. Absolutely horrible and crooked service. I had a power steering leak, which I knew where the problem was and wanted an estimate. They advised me to stop in quick for an estimate. The mechanic looked at it for 5 minutes and told me what I already knew. For this work they charged me $45, to tell me what I already knew. I paid $45 to obtain a estimate, stay away from this place!!

From office work to the mechanics, they tell you like it is. Also very reasonably priced.

Brought vehicle in to be looked at and get an estimate. Never was disclosed a service fee. When I didnt want to spend the money on the repair, they refused to give keys back until I paid a $47 service fee. No one ever mentioned a fee when I called and set up the appointment or when I arrived at the auto shop. I also sat there and waited for the estimate. They spent less than 20 minutes with me and the vehicle.

I really wanted to give these guys a good review because their local, small business types. But in the end they’re crooked. I asked them to check out the break lines on my truck. They said sure. When they weren’t willing to fix it, I said “sure, I understand. Please give me my keys” to which they replied it was going to be $45 dollars!! To look at the bottom of my truck and not do anything.

I want to say the Uhaul comment is rather Invalid to the Auto Repair shop. They are two separate businesses. But I have only had good experiences from Mikes. They arent perfect. No company is. But they try their best to be a great company where you will want to return to. I would definitely recommend them to others. They are kind and considerate. And they know their stuff.

First off: I have only received oil changes from Mikes Auto.Each of these experiences has been great! Good service, backed by great customer service--which I know makes me somewhat biased considering the customer service is the only facet that I directly experience, however, it really is great!To exemplify my experience here, yesterday I went in for an oil change--punching another hole in my free oil change punch card--and ended up leaving with an oil change and my right blinker fixed with no notification, nor extra fee.The mechanics chose to make that little fix for me, without needing to at all, and that saved me time and resources. A little thing, such as that, can go a long way!Thanks!

The work that they did was very good. I plan on going there for all of my automotive needs.

Mike the owner has very good customer sevice he help do a light repair on my truck a year or so ago and didnt charge my cuse it only took him 10 min to fix. I remembered that kind gesture and now i make sure i go back for all my U haul needs and truck repairs.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Mikes. This shop is MUCH more reasonable than the mechanic I used to go to (Witteneben Auto), and I trust their recommendations. For example: I took my car in when it wasnt starting well. They could have easily swindled me out of some money on unnecessary repairs, but they didnt. Instead, they told me to switch the type of fuel I was using. I only had to pay a minimal diagnostic fee, and the switch cleared the problem up. This is a great shop!

$20 dollar oil change. Got other things fixed as well. Seemed to be getting ripped off. Really long wait, just for the bill. Good old fashion Sheboygan shop.Recommendation: Not going back again.

Horrible customer service I don’t know why I keep going back!!!! I called for a light replacement they advised me it would be $130. I get a call back and the lady said the price to replace the bulb is $195 I was starting to say that the man before quoted me something different and she then very snotty and disrespectful said well if you don’t like it go somewhere else l!!!😡😡😡 who does that I am NEVER taking my car there AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Where to Start I rented a Uhaul the 27 footer idk the big guy the thing barely ran no oil pressure, i was worried it was going to break down and before I left he was telling me how the replacement value is 40k i was thinking this 1992 Uhaul aint worth 5k but i held my breath. I didnt notice all issues like the oil pressure and running issues until i left and the truck got warm i had to work so my aunt drove it back for us and returned it and i dont know what was said all i know is I was not charged for any scratches thank god or damage even tho the thing looked like it was from the set of the Stephen king movie Trucks. So if ur going to rent a Uhaul rent from somewhere else. As far as his mechanic skills go I wouldnt take my enemies car there ive heard horror stories from guys that have worked with him and lets just say they all work different places now. Took my truck there for a clunking he charged me three hours for something that takes ten minutes to do urself he didnt call to see if i even wanted to have it fixed i just took it there for the diagnosis cause i couldnt find the problem for the life of me. well hope this helps someone decide against taking there car there i cant speak for all the Uhauls just the big old one.

The representative of Mikes Expert Auto hung up on me after I was explaining there was absolutely no way I created damage on the Uhaul Truck.I explained I get my oil changes and car work done at their next door body shop and repair facility, only to get hung up on. I called back 3 times in 15 minutes and they did not answer.Very rude and unprofessional.The only answer that I am following through with is to create a sign saying Do not rent uhauls from here and protest outside their facility, if they do not credit me this damage charge i did not commit.Before I rented this truck, Mike took me on the walk around and explained this truck was previously stolen, there were literally too many dings, dents, scratches to count. let alone the dents in the bumpers and side marks. This seemed to be an easy way to make more money off of what was estimated to be a $40 rental charge. Now they are charging my debit card $105.This place lost 100% of my future car repairs and maintenance, plus all of the negative reviews I will give to family, friends, and acquaintances. One negative customer experience is 10 times worse than 10 positive experiences.This woman should not be working in customer service, and lost thousands and thousands of dollars in future car maintenace I would need over a lifetime.Go rent with Penske.

Bought a car from them in August 2017 had to bring it in to fix a leak they offered to do it for free then proceeds to break the air conditioning in my car tells me to come back two weeks later knowing that I lived in Stevens Point and I brought it back in and the air still doesn’t work to this day

The office lady never called me i had to go there b4 5pm to make sure i git my car back!

I have never had anything but positive experiences and friendly, HONEST, customer service from Mikes Auto. I always refer friends/family to Mikes because if they are unable to help you they will even send you to another business that can.

Customer service is awful here. They charged way too much. Not worth going to.

They got a new secretary and she is awful. Rude and inconsiderate. I wont be back here anymore.
