I went in for a full set and eyebrow wax they didn’t do a good job on my nails. They are rough and not smooth on top. Under the nail is not cleaned and very tip of nail was not polished for 34$ it should have been a better job. . And after waiting for over 30 min to get my eyebrows done it was told that they forgot me. I left and won’t be coming back.

Today was my second visit to Envy Nails. The first time was 16 days ago to get a full set of acrylics in a beautiful Royal Blue cats eye with a matching pedicure. Tonight was to get a fill and go with an equally beautiful red cats eye. Let me tell you....these girls are simply wonderful! Very sweet, friendly, yet still professional. They do fantastic work and stand behind it! Several times during both of my visits I heard the nail techs tell people that if they didnt like the nails, they would fix them or if they had any trouble to come back. They have a fantastic customer service ethic and are genuinely interested in taking care of their clientele. I know one thing for certain....they have a permanent customer in me!Give them a try! Im willing to bet youll be a returning customer too!

Worst experience in a nail salon ever. I went here almost two weeks ago. I received a shellac manicure. I paid $34. Three of my natural nails are ripping off. My natural nails! One has already come completely off. The lady filed the sides of my natural nails and that night my fingers were swollen. My husband even noticed. Now I have band-aids around two of my nails because they are coming off. Wish I could upload the photo. Not only that the nail polish wasnt spread evenly across my nails, I tried telling her that but she made me uncomfortable, so I didnt want to complain further, at that point I just wanted to leave. Left me wondering if some of those nail techs were even licensed to do nails. My friend that came with me screamed because the lady was burning her finger when she was using that nail drill to file on her nail. Worst experience ever in a nail salon. I do not recommend it at all!

Judy did an amazing job on my Summer Pedicure!!She took her time and really care for my feet and calves! She was kind and treated me like family.Brian did an amazing job as well with friends pedicure!

Envy nails is usually pretty busy but it’s because they do a good job. I’ve gone twice to get my nails done here and they have done great both times. There are a good selection of colors for both nail polish and powders. I was very happy with my experience, especially compared to some of the experiences I’ve had at other nail salons around them. They also gave all their customers free lotion one time because it was Lunar New Years!

I am almost always happy with my nails here and will continue to come back. I never feel like I pay too much and enjoy the stamp card. They always do a fantastic job and keep me coming back!

Rating a 2 because I do love the look of my nails but she cut way too close near my cuticle on four different fingers. Thought it would get better overnight but it’s pretty deep and I didn’t get a discount or anything. Love the look of the French manicure dip though. People have told me they have had similar experiences !

Even though they were super busy they fit me and my daughter in. We both got pedicures and she got an adorable manicure!! They got a big tip from us!

The chair area was still messy when they had me sit down with no water in the tub. The lady doing the pedicure seemed to be doing things only halfway, like rushing the trimming, no shaping, and didn’t use a base coat. Before leaving, I pointed out where one toe had paint clumping on the side, and the girl said there was nothing they could do about it and blamed it on my skin. I’ve had multiple pedicures in my life, and my skin has never been an issue for having smooth polish.

The tech seemed very unfocused and disinterested in taking care of me. My nails were not smoothed evenly with a drill, they are blocky and looks like the work of an amateur and she applied lotion afterward but couldnt be bothered to rub it in 🤬....I definitely will NOT be returning!!

I came in for a pedicures and the tech never cleaned under the nails even after I asked because isnt that what they are suppose to do at every pedicure? So now I get to go home and do it myself. Poor quality of work. Dont recommend to anyone.

I’m a hugeeee nail biter and she made my nails look great. I was a walk-in and had no wait time. They also glow in the dark and I love it. She took her time with my nails, I will definitely return.

Cindy is absolutely wonderful! She takes her time and makes sure you love everything before you leave so that you won’t be disappointed! I was unsure of the dip powder as it was my first time and she did such a beautiful job I’m going to request her from now on!

Very Unsanitary used the previous clients towels on my hands the Dremels were not sterilized the emery board was full of debris I ask for their license and she just motion with her head that it’s back there the tech was nice but the place was filthy

A comfortable yet professional atmosphere that relaxes you during your visit. Kind, customer oriented staff that go above and beyond there job descriptions to sculpt works of art on nails. Walk ins are welcome, but may have to wait a short bit ( I waited only 20 minutes myself). I highly recommend a visit and dont forget to tip them as youll be well impressed.

Talk about heaven! I love love love this salon. After many failed attempts at another salon my loving husband found Envy Nails. Ivy is hands down the best nail tech Ive had in years. She took her time and was so nice and pleasant. You can tell this is a place that will make any woman feel safe, comfortable and pampered. Your nails will definitely be the Envy of the town. I cant wait to see what she does next when I go for my refill! My butterfly nails are giving me life right now.

I like this place and I really like that they draw your water for a pedi, in a plastic liner. You know that the are no floaties or junk in the water. The staff is super nice and offer a pop or water before and during services. The 2 times Ive been in there, they were running a discount on certain packages. They also give you their version of a loyalty card which they stamp. My 50 year old legs and feet are a little tender so the massage was a little harder than I liked. Oh, I dont I I feeling the staff is talking about co workers like I do at another spa.

Went here because I was told they were great. Never again. I’ve worn acrylics for about 3 years and this is the worst set I’ve had done. These are so thick and too long. She cut my finger pretty good too. I was amazed at how unorganized and dirty the place was. Worst part is I paid almost $50. I will go back to Regal Nails in Walmart.

My first pedi ever and I really hated it. That said, Im pretty sure they did a good job, and they even gave me a discount for having a bad time.

I went to get the acrylic removed and just some simple gel polish. The lady used a nail file to try and remove all the acrylic which hurt. And she didn’t even get it all off before she painted my nails. And she cut my finger pretty bad with the file and just painted over the blood. My nails have NEVER looked this bad. They look like I did them at home with one eye closed. I can’t believe I even paid. I think I was just in shock about the experience and was ready to go. It took her 2 hours to make my nails look like garbage!

I went in there to get my. Nails redone. I already had a full set that had only been on for about a week. But I wanted them completely redone anyway because my job cause my nails to get torn up quickly.The minute I said I wanted to have them taken off and completely redone the employee began to argue with me. She kept asking me why I wanted to take them. That is just what I wanted. I finally settled and decided I would just keep the old nails because she said I could do whatever I wanted with the old nails. Well I picked a light pink polish and was told to sit down. After waiting 20 minutes I was told I couldn’t have a light color with the old nails. So I can’t have new nails but I can’t have the color I want either?I promptly left as the whole situation made me uncomfortable. Sorry for asking for what I’m paying for??

BEST nail salon in Shawnee BY FAR. Nowhere even compares. Between the quality and the super incredible staff, I will never step foot in another salon! Lena was amazing. I showed her what I wanted, French fade (aka pink and white ombré), and she did it exactly! She wasn’t in a rush, never had and pain(slip of the drill) made sure they had structure! At the end when I was paying every person that I spoke with made sure it was what I wanted AND I was satisfied! I just am so incredibly happy. These are by far THE BEST set of acrylics I have ever had! They’re gorgeous! Will return and definitely recommend!

I love going to relax in their massage chairs while getting a pedicure. My nail tech is awesome and all the staff are friendly and professional. Ivy, you are the best! No complaints, but could you offer straws for canned drinks? The relaxing music is some of the best; it sets the mood for a totally relaxing experience.

Ive never had someone be so thorough with my leg hairs lol Went in for a wax and both women made sure to get every hair they could. What the wax missed, they got with tweezers. All in all, a good experience, just a funny one. 🤣

Refusing service to someone who is disabled is shameful. You cannot make your own rules (muzzle on a service animal) as it violates ADA. Lisa and her SD Ryker are each highly trained. If you would have taken a few minutes to listen and meet them, you’d understand the difference between a trained Service Animal and the fakes some people claim are.

I decided to try this place since it had such great reviews, and I was more than pleasantly surprised!!!!! So clean, so friendly, every employee said hello to me, made conversation, she spent a long time on my pedicure and really pampered me, I did a gel man, it is perfect! The shape, the edges are smooth (nothing to get snagged on), and not a single knick or tender spot! Will definitely be back

The people were nice but the nail tech I had cut my toe during my pedicure and it would not stop bleeding. I know it was an accident but at the same time I just wanted to get a pedi, not have my toe cut open. She continued to massage my feet, put lotion on and other stuff which burned. She also continued to paint my toes while it was bleeding which I didnt appreciate that much... On the bright side my other foot turned out nice and the lady was very apologetic. Sadly I probably will not go back just because I feel I wasnt compensated enough by still paying $40 for a service that caused me to bleed...

The employees are friendly and nice especially the Ivy & Quynh. They are the best nail tech in Shawnee. Everything they do is perfect. I spent months asking around and searching for them. I have tried all the salon in Shawnee, no one can do nails like Ivy can. I got a pedicure from Summer, she is a sweetheart. All of their supplies are organic and individual packages. This is my go to salon from now on. I will continue to tell everyone I know about this salon. Theyre fantastic!

Envy Nails has always been my go to place since they opened. Im giving Ivy and her sisters 5 stars. However, Lena and Tammy should get a negative 5 stars. I came in to get my eyelashes done- Tammy helped me. It was hideous. I called and complained- Ivy help fixed my eyelashes. I believe if a person doesnt know how to do eyelashes extension, shouldnt be allowed to. My friend and I came in to get pedicures, we were helped by Lena and Tammy. I can say this for a fact- that was the fastest pedicure I received. I have to come in another day for Ivys sister to redo my pedicure. Envy nails is still my to go place, but I will never let Tammy or Lena touch me again. I rather get my nails done correctly then coming back for a second trip. Tammy and Lena should learn how to treat customers and not rush.
