Minnie does my nails very sweet lady she does a good job

If I can, I will give zero! The lady with glasses did very bad job. She cant cut evenly and paint only half of my nail! I have to remove it. Very dissapointed! Avoid here.

I went in the other day with my friend to get acrylics. The lady who did my nails, i’m not sure of her name did a TERRIBLE job shaping and sizing them correctly. i paid $92 to get me and my friends nails done by a professional and they weren’t done correctly. every other time i’ve went and gotten my nails done there they’ve been absolutely gorgeous, what happened?

They are very unfriendly went ahead and tipped girl but they charged me 26 dollars for just a Polish and they didnt look any better than I could do myself. Will not be going back and do not recommend

The nail lady was rude after I told her I didn’t want gel polish and she did a very bad job. The nails were very thin and I broke one the next day by barely hitting my finger. Would not recommend.

Hours say open until 6pm today. They are closed at 5pm. Lady mopping said, Sorry, already closed. Honor your hours. But after reading reviews, I was probably very lucky!

My daughter was getting her gel/acrylic nails removed while I was getting my gel/acrylic filled. I didnt get their names but a man and a women helped us they were rude and I felt rushed. They kept having a problem with every gel polished we picked, they couldnt find it or they would talk me out of the color saying that they were too light. The lady had my daughters water too hot and made her wait while she cleaned and ate her lunch. The man had so much attitude. They closed at 8pm that day and we got in at 6:55pm, so they were probably ready to go home but they shouldnt be able to treat people the way they treated us. They deserve no stars and I will never go there again.

The lady was so rude and didn’t know how to do the paint and wouldn’t get someone else when asked than got paint all on my fingers and didn’t take it off and did all my nails uneven. Will never go back this place has went down hill since Alex left.

Hung is the best ever. Always remembers my name and takes extra care when doing my nail . always does exactly what I ask for

When Alex and Lee had this place was better but now make appointment and they dont care just leave you sitting for 30 mins while taking all other customers when I made an appointment so all these people walk through here with no appointment and I sit here with an appointment..... been waiting 40 mins and still waiting

Took my 3yo in for her first mani-pedi. They acted like she was a total nuisance and my wanting to sit by her while we both got our nails done was a huge deal. They were definitely cheap, but I still expected a decent job. I couldve done as well or better myself. Thankfully, my daughter still had a great time!

Possibly the worst pedicure ever. removed my gel polish with nippers creating gouged out ridges. She told me my polish was not gel. She asked me the brand like I did it myself. Save you feet and money. My big toe is still hurting.

Asked for almond shaped nails. Got some almond, some square, and some casket shaped. Tried to charge more than the sign said because the manager left and it was almost time to close. Asked for a rose design and got random flowers and lines with a rhinestone, which the lady put on while still wet and smeared the paint. Also, got hurt by the nail drill filer and was told just not to move. Rediculous. Will be calling to get some credit for the store

I brought my girlfriend here and the people were very friendly and nice they did a great job on her nails and making sure I was okay while sitting with her I will for sure start coming here from now on I want to thank Henry on a great job

Employee was friendly and my nails look great.. but! He filed my cuticles down and made my fingers bleed and now 4 days later half of my fingers are swollen and achy and seem infected.

I went in without an appointment for a pedicure today and was was told about a 10 minute wait. It ended up being about 20-30 minutes but as a walking that is ok. The tech, a lady named T was very nice. She was soft spoken so hard to hearead though. I went in with an in grown toenail and took her time and used extra care on cutting my nails and making sure there were no left over pieces of nail left in the nail bed.The only complaint is had was as I was waiting there was a guy who works there sitting in one of the pedicure chairs napping. I understand that not every tech does every service and I also understand that they deserve a break time but that seemed very unprofessional to me when you have customers waiting.Overall, it was a good experience and I will go back.

Expensive for a horrible job! My nail is crooked and they didn’t file correctly. Very impatient too and he charged himself an extra tip on my card after I paid! Wrong will never go here again!
