My daughter and I went in for pedicures and she got a manicure. It seemed busy but we got to sit down right away. The women there were so nice and the woman I had went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Definitely will be going back!!

I love The Nail Spa and have been going there for years. They do excellent manicures, pedicures and even waxing and everything is clean and sanitary. They also recently got brand new massage chairs which are really nice and make getting a pedicure feel extra luxurious! I have never had a bad experience there in all the years I have been a customer there

I have had the worst experience finding a nail salon since moving from Illinois to Oklahoma! I’ve tried 3 separate places and I feel like I finally stubbled across the best of ALL times!! I didn’t catch anyone’s names but the guy at the front worked miracles fixing the disaster looking nails I came in with that I JUST got done at another place the day before. He was so fast and got the job done perfect!! Cant wait to come back when I have more time and test out the pedicures😍Update: definitely a hit or miss there. I’ve tried out 4 different people and the first guy was probably the best after that it does go downhill. Waits are super long I’ve waited 2 hours and they will sit you in a chair to let you think it’s your turn but you end up sitting there another 30. Also don’t go after 5 as they like to rush to get out so hard to get the style you want.

This was my first time and my last time visiting nail spa the owner is the one who did my nails very rude I don’t know if she was having a bad day or if she just didn’t want to do my nails. Then all she had to do was just say that. Very poor Polishing she will not ever worry about me coming there again. It was a rush job didn’t even get up to wash my hands just very poor professionalism. NEVER AGAIN

I never write reviews, but my niece and I had a bad experience!! Waited for over an hour. Not enough staff for a Saturday!! Massage chairs didnt work. Employees never sanitized bowels or nail equipment! Nail tech cut my skin while trimming my nails and rushed my pedicure. Didnt even get a massage. Place is disgusting! Will not return!

Seven and tamasha (hope I spelled those right!) Were amazing! My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves. Nails look amazing, skin feel even better than the nails look. Such a great experience. We will be regulars!

I love Nail Spa! Out of all the nail salons in Shawnee, Nail Spa has the best quality along with price. My nails have never broken when I get them done here. I highly recommend Nail Spa if you are in Shawnee!

I LOVE this salon!!! I now live in Midwest City and will drive the 45 minutes to Shawnee just to get my nails done here. It’s always worth it and my nails last longer here than at any other salon I’ve tried. Highly highly recommend!!

Not sure we will be back. This is the 3rd time we have made an appointment and it has taken almost an hour each time for her to even get in a chair. The place is short staffed and unprofessional. We arrive 30 minutes early but walk-ins come and go. Highly disappointed and do NOT recommend this place!

My pregnant wife and I arrived here for her APPOINTMENT on time and had to sit with the acetone on her nails for an entire hour without anyone seeing her. Our appointment was at 3 and we didn’t leave till 5. During the pedicure the lady was in such a hurry she made my wife’s pinky and ring finger bleed. We made the appointment so that away she didn’t have to be near the smells for long. Very unprofessional and irritating.

Spent nearly $200 here in the past couple weeks, brought in a couple family members for manicures, but I will not be returning. The person who did my dip nails wasnt even looking at my nails half the time, she was busy looking around and talking to the other workers. She did a terrible job and put on the dip very thick which made my nails look weird. I came back to have them fix my nails, I was made to wait for over an hour and still received terrible service.

Not one to do reviews but I was Livid when I left this place 40 mins ago, I was there for 2 hours just to get a fill and color change. I understand that with the virus going around places are short handed but they weren’t very busy, they were waiting on people to get done with pedicures to do there nails instead of helping me I waited and hour before I sat down and a man started on my nails and the lady next to him I believe is the owner just started another lady and he said okay she will do your fill, I was Like are you kidding me so I got to wait another 40 mins and my nails look terrible, the color is good but they are all misshaped and sideways looking. It’s horrible!

So about this place on and off for years we have gone here when we couldnt go to the city the best thing they do great nails and feet. But...... there is a buttt I have noticed their place has gone down hill in cleanliness there is polish on the floors and the nail dry station has stuff under it their menus need to be cleaned and updated as well in this profession as I am people get freaked out if they are clean not to get fungus and such. But the salon definitely has to be deep cleaned. But over all customer service is nice And talent is good

The worst nails I have ever had. So streaky and looks like a 12 year old painted my nails. Cut my other friends nails so short she started to bleed. Not at all what the swatch looked like.

J was amazing. He did an excellent job customizing exactly what I wanted done and he warned me before he started working that if we did a fill, as I was requesting, there was a chance one of my nails wouldnt make it, because water had gotten trapped between the nail acrylic that the previous nail salon lady neglected to tell me about. I will definitely be going back here in two weeks for a fill on my solar nails :)

I just moved to the area, and finding a place to get your nails done thats new and does a good job can be difficult. Nail Spa definitely has won my service 100%! The gal that took off my awful dipped nails from a different salon, not only made sure that nothing was overlooked, but she gave me a massage while I waited for my nails to dry! After they were done she motioned up my arms and massaged them too! A simple fix and some new gel color, turned into a fantastic experience. Every technition in the spa is very personable and fun to be around. I highly recommend Nail Spa!:)

Worst experience every! Nail tech tried to pry off the dip polish without soaking very long never had this technique tried! I told her no to soak and use drill! Then they didn’t have enough product in the color I had picked to do my finger nails but didn’t offer to repolish my toes to match!

I went to nail spa in shawnee today. I walked in and stood there, no one said anything to me right away so I started picking a color to paint my toes. Another lady walked in and they immediately spoke to her and took her back then they started talking to me. I sat with my feet in the water for 45 minutes and the water got so cold and my feet pruned up. THREE more customers came in AFTER me and they all got waited on but I was left sitting there. Finally I got up, dried my feet off, and started to leave. She said “no, give me 10 more minutes.” I said no I’ve waited long enough and I left. I will not be using them again!

Terrible. I read great reviews so I thought I would try them out. Bad idea. I got there and there was nobody else waiting in line. The woman asked what I needed and it was a full set. She said my wait would be 10 minutes. I choose my colors and sat down to begin my wait. Two more women came in and asked for pedis. They were taken straight to the chairs and the techs got to work. Then an old woman came wanted to get her nails done. They immediately sat her and got to work. Then another woman came in for a wax and they grabbed her right up... And the last straw was when a woman came in for a gel set and they sat her immediately to work on her. I waited 40 minutes and got up and left. Will never return. Shotty customer service.

The woman did my nails in record speed and hurt my nails in the process just because it was busy. I wanted a matte finish and I walked out very unhappy with polish coming off my nails not even dry but was told I would be ok. Waste of money and bad customer service!!!!

I normally go to my nail salon in Edmond, but my sister and I decided to go here instead and in 9 days my sisters acrylic nails started coming off. I also got the gel mani pedi, and yesterday my middle finger gel polish came completely off and my toe chipped the polish. This is ridiculous, we paid $80 between the two of us for that.My nail place in Edmond (V nails) I can get acrylic and gel and they stay on a LOT longer. Plus theyre also cheaper.

The first time I went I went with two friends and I got skipped over by other girls so I ended up not getting my nails done because my two friends were already done. I didn’t really care to go back but I did with my friend yesterday, I like my nails, I got a tip with a dip and it was $45 they’re cute and they take their time, only thing is we had an appointment for 3 pm and didn’t get attention until almost 3:45, they were busy, buttttt I do believe they agree to appointments they can’t actually be ready for!

WORST most uncomfortable atmosphere ever!! The nail technicians are not ALLOWED to speak to one another, how sad is that? This is AMERICA.Spoke to the gentleman at the front desk about this issue and he stated that customers do not like that the technicians dont speak clear English so they just arent allowed to speak, this is cruel and heart breaking!! I can understand not WANTING to speak to the people you work with but being told you arent ALLOWED to is just plain workplace abuse. I was told NOT to come back to this establishment due to my anger and language (which I completely understand), however; I would NEVER go back to this place if it were the last salon on the earth anyway. My advice...Lee Press On Nails. HAD to give 1 star due to the fact it wouldnt let me POST without a star.
