I absolutely love this place! I’ve gotten a number of manis and pedis here and have never left disappointed. The gel pedicures last upwards of 7 weeks in my experience- way longer than anywhere else I’ve gone. I’ve also had my brows done and leave happy every time. On top of it, the staff are so kind and service is top notch.

I never leave reviews but this was just not a good experience at all. They were already running 30 minutes late which I understand that happens, no worries. But then when she does my nails she does none of the manicure part & just paints them even though I saw other girls in the salon getting the whole manicure (& I paid for the whole manicure), then on top of that the paint job was not great and I’ll probably have to get them redone soon. Just left really upset because I feel like I was being rushed and treated poorly for no reason at all, this was my first time their & last time.

First time visit wasnt a pleasant experience and a bit disappointed. Im not the one who usually leaves negative reviews on a business because I respect how hard people work to earn their dollars as how I work to earn mine. My friend and I came for pedicures and manicures, we both sat at the same time and shortly my friend already had a girl working on her, I had to wait probably around 10-15 minutes but thats not a big deal because we just walked in, no appointment so I understand if they dont have anyone available to work on me. I get that. Then a girl came, started working on me, not much talking, no hospitality (which I think when it comes to customer service hospitality is important). Even if we are a big successful business owners, hospitality toward customer is very important. The words that came out of her was just foot in and foot out (of the water) when shes done with each foot. Applying nail polish then just let go off the hand then gestured for the other side of the hand. After the nail polish was applied, I was sent to dry the nail polish and accidentally bumped my index finger on the table and smudge the nail polish a bit, she just came and asked what happened, I told her and showed her then she just put polished right on that smudged spot which I thought it will wrinkle and it did. If she was going to redo the index finger, I was willing to pay for it, money was not an issue. I got the treatment later than my friend and I got it done before my friend was done. It was super quick, I wasnt even given warm water to dip my fingers in like my friend did. Its all fine, the purpose of this review is so that the staff will be educated more about hospitality and how to be polite. When my friend joined me at the drying spot, she also commented on how poor the service I got. We ended up looking at each others face when we heard how nice and polite she was to a group of American ladies and even offered them drinks. We just went wowPlease treat everybody the same.

I was so excited when Vybrant opened up. Its an adorable little spot that is well-decorated and has an incredible selection of colours (SNS, Gel, regular, etc). Ive been going for almost a year now and have always been impressed by how professional they are. The quality of the service is fantastic, they keep the space clean and I particularly enjoy how they only have a few seats available, which helps to keep the service intimate and relaxing.

I would not recommend this nail salon. The atmosphere was nice but the polish on my fingers was so thick I had to immediately remove it when I got home. There were puddles of wet polish under a thin dried layer. Even nails that didn’t have way too much polish were uneven and bumpy. My feet are still rough as well. Not worth it. I won’t be going back

Brought my girlfriend to get her nails done and lashes. She was very happy with the work done, and I was happy with the price. :)

I hadnt gotten a manicure/pedicure in 18 months (pre-COVID) before coming to Vybrant on my friends recommendation. I called in advance to make sure there was availability, and when I walked in I found the place beautiful, clean, and calm. The selection of regular (non gel/acrylic/dip) polishes was solid (I would have liked a few more warm pink/red/orange tones), I found great colors and was quickly ushered to a chair. The massage/pedicure chair was AMAZING. First, the chair was spotless, and the pedicure bowl had a sanitary liner, which I appreciated. Second, the massage feature on the chair was incredible - by far the best massage chair Ive ever experienced; over the course of my deluxe pedicure it actually worked out some of my epic knots. My deluxe pedicure was wonderful - multiple rounds of scrubs, soaks, lotions, and oils that left my feet and legs relaxed and smoothed. The staff really took their time, and gave me a beautiful pedicure with immaculately applied paint. My classic manicure was also lovely, and the manicurist listened when I requested a rounder nail shape (in my past experience, manicurists have had a tendency to do a squoval shape by default, even if I request a rounder look). After my nails were finished, the staff allowed me to relax in the chair for quite a while while my nails dried. Im not particularly chatty when receiving services, but the staff were friendly. All in all, excellent experience and I will definitely come back!

I love this local nail salon. Vy and her team focus on creating the ultimate spa experience with an emphasis on quality and style. I never feel rushed here and I always leave feeling like I should’ve been a hand model. Amazing attention to detail when doing nail art. Modern and fresh designs. The space is straight out of an influencers Instagram page. High ceilings, Sputnik chandeliers, air plant vignettes, and glossy pedicure chairs. Make an appointment as they get very busy on the weekends. Truly love and recommend this place!

I loved this place. Their craftsmanship is excellent and I will definitely be returning.It is, however, important to note that you should be conscious of your time management. I booked an appointment at noon and my manicure didnt start until 12:30, so please be sure that your schedule is free before you book your appointment and you dont schedule anything within two hours of your appointment here, at least.

My new GoTo nail salon. I didnt even know you could do ombre with dipped nails, but Timmy can do anything and theyre gorgeous! Plus hes just an amazing human, both of them are. Go here, youll love them and your nails!

I’ve been getting my lashes done here for a little while now. Though I do know it is on the pricey side they do such an amazing job! I’m always pleased with the work they do. Everything is clean and sanitized regularly. Highly highly recommend you supporting this small business during these rough times.

You can tell she really put effort into making my nails look exactly like the picture I gave them. She made sure the length and shape of my nails were pristine, and i would definitely go back there

I decided to try out this nail salon since it had such good reviews... I was so disappointed. I requested a dip/powder manicure. The nail tech shaped my nails poorly, and only did 2 thin layers of dip. My nails are already damaged. I requested an almond shape, and she only made the tips pointy, so my nails are shaped awkwardly now.She also kept her space unclean, and that made me extremely uncomfortable. The nail file and brush both has dirt on them.Maybe she is a newer employee. Hopefully, she is trained and improves her work and space.

I loved the color selection and the atmosphere of the salon but my nails were done in such a hurry that I had gel polish over a good amount of my skin when I left and it took a few days to get off. Wasn’t my best experience with nails.

Love the nail technicians at Vybrant Nails and Lashes are so friendly, professional and accommodating. I visited the studio during Phase 1.5 and I can’t say enough positive things about how clean and careful they were.They have a wide selection of colours, including SNS and Gel, and are able to do different designs, too. Highly recommend them!

This place always do me right !! the only place i can sit back and relax and let them do their things. the only place in seattle that do ombré nails correctly (my favorite thing to do on my nails are ombré) . also they did an amazing eyebrows. must try

Perfect phase 1.5 experience! We were so happy just to get our nails done again but they really knocked it out of the park in making us feel safe, clean and but still pampered. Will be my new go to spot for pedicures!

Love my dip powder nails I got done here. The technician was very thorough and made sure my nails were perfect before I headed out the door. The prices are reasonable and the place was spotless. Will definitely be back!

Vy, Jenny and Timmy were all incredible. They did impeccable work, took time to get to know every customer, referred to them all by their first name. Such a a great atmosphere — modern and cute + very clean. I am so glad I have finally found my neighborhood nail spot. Highly recommend!
