Super rushed even when they were not full. My pinky is currently bleeding and they did not initially do what I wanted on my toes…it took multiple explanations on something that’s not hard and were clearly annoyed at me. My nails are just okay with bumps and the paint not reaching the end of the nail. They also showed favoritism with certain customers, taking time and doing a better job with them. Lastly, I told them clearly I had a hurt toe they grabbed and cleaned it up without thinking about that causing more pain for me.

I’ve been coming to this salon fir 3+ years.It’s been the same ladies and they are always nice and accommodating.Lena, the owner, is amazing and attentive!Since COVID they’ve done amazing following the rules. They are always gentle with my hands and feet. The place is clean and tidy. The parking lot is a little tight but that’s not their fault.I bring a new friend w me every time I go because it’s so great there!

Longest Mani and Pedi Ive ever had...2 hours

Quick, efficient manicure and pedicure for gel. Took only 1 hour and 10 minutes. Friendly customer service. Parking lot in front. I definitely will go back. 😊

Ive always had great experiences here. I go for waxing and the occasional mani-pedi, and they are efficient and do great work. For nails, it sometimes gets really busy, so it might be a good idea to call ahead.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to!The people are nice and my nails always look great. The nails they do also last a long time. I always leave happy

Got my first acrylics done here and the women were amazing! Very nice, they did a great job and made the nails even, smooth, and look amazing.After acrylics, I switched to just nail dip, and still couldnt be happier. Its my one girly treat to myself. Im debating the next style to play on and Ill be back!!

I ideally don’t do reviews but because these lady’s do an amazing job I really do think it worth the prices. They are really good at their job and very nice to all customers. I do think if you live in the north of Seattle you should consider this nail salon.

They did pretty good but she charged me 75$ for one full set glow in the dark ombre nails. Talk about robbing people!

I love this salon! Its pretty, clean, and has a great setup. The staff is friendly and attentive and really talented! I’ve been super happy with my acrylics, they always give me the perfect shape just how I like. It’s also super reasonably priced! Peony is definitely going to be my go to!

Probably the worst pedicure I’ve had. Basically all she did was cut my toenails, paint, and rub some oil on my legs. No massage on my legs or my feet at all!! She put leg scrub on the front of my legs and quickly rinse it off with freezing water. She made my pinky toe bleed. She never said one word to me either. If I hadn’t been doing gel paint the whole thing would have taken a max of ten minutes. Will never be back. $40 wasted.

Had my nails dont by Amanda. Before coming here I feel like I have settled for decent nail salons. But honestly so happy with the quality of service I received here. The symmetry between one hand to another, the shape and color are exactly what I requested and beyond that the service was great. I got there at the time my appointment was scheduled and sat down immediately and got started, and all the girls seemed to help each other. Dont get my nails done often so Im pretty particular when I do, this is definitely my new go to place.

I walked in Friday afternoon because I was in the mood for a very rare manicure. The lady who helped me was very warm and kind even though I clearly had no idea what I was doing as soon as I stepped in the door. She asked if I wanted shellac and said it lasts longer, two weeks. Being a noob I asked if its hard to remove and she said oh no! So I hope its not.She did a beautiful job! I got a deep dark apple red with subtle glitter and I love it. She put a base coat of a lighter red first and then the dark glitter coat over it, 2 coats.I had horrid hangnails around my cuticles and she snipped them very efficiently. One of my nails was cracked and she delicately placed some sort of bandage on it to cover that part. It was very neat!They also gave me a coupon because it was my first time in there.

So happy that I came here! I’ve tried a lot of the salons around me, but I haven’t been 100% satisfied until today. Ni was not sure how to do the design I requested, but she was willing to try, and I think she did an awesome job. Her attention to detail amazed me; she really made sure the shape of the acrylics were good, was super gentle, and she even tested matte vs shiny topcoat on this set to show me what would look the best! Even though I came towards the end of the day, at no point did I feel rushed, like I usually do at surrounding places.The pricing of this place is very reasonable. The inside is tastefully decorated and clean looking. I will definitely continue to come here for my nails!

This was a wonderful place to have my nails done. The people there were very accommodating and really wanted to make sure that they could give me what I wanted. Beautiful obre with glitter on my toes, and they did such a fantastic job. Really, really happy with the outcome and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great place to get your nails done! They usually take walk-ins or will tell you to come back in 20-30 minutes unlike some other salons that say wait 5 mins and it ends up being 20. Great group of women working here!

I guess you should make an appointment so that your nail tech doesn’t feel rushed. She was going so fast trying to take off my dip nails with the drummel tool that she got my skin on 3 different fingers. At that point I told her I was done an didn’t want her to finish my nails. Left an went to a different salon to finish my nails done.

Theres at least 10 nail salons within 2 miles of my apartment. Peony is the 4th one Ive visited, and the only one Ill be returning to! Good service, excellent skill, perfect looking nails.

I asked for long coffin shape acrylics, halfway through the appointment I was already anxious because my nails were a good 2 centimeters short of what I had asked for. I payed full price too. Awful customer service and my nails aren’t even coffin shaped. They got the color wrong too.I’m heading to another nail salon as we speak only fifteen minutes after my appointment to get them taken off and have new acrylics put on.

Great customer service. My fiancé lives in Seattle and she would never go elsewhere. I called from Australia to make a booking for her and it was simple. From a business perspective this place has got customer service nailed (no pun intended) Absolutely recommended.

I moved to Seattle 4 years ago and have struggled finding a good nail salon. Ive been to SO many and every time my shellac has chipped quickly, they did a bad job, or they made me bleed. This place is cheaper and they do an EXCELLENT job. Plus, when my nail chipped after 2 days, I came in and they fixed it right away with no problem. I’ve had that shellac on for more than 2 weeks now and I’ll be coming back in for sure. Finally found my place 😊

Worst experience ever! Two different ladies did my fill. Both of them burned me with the electric file and one of them cut me and made me bleed! Will not be returning. If I need to try a salon in Lake City again Ill go across the street to Cute Nails!

My roommate brought me here for the first time about a year ago and we have turned into regulars. We come every 3 weeks for shellac manicures. Consistently, the service is friendly & fast. More often than not, a shellac manicure will last each of us closer to the 2.5, maybe even 3 weeks particularly due to the technicians attention to detail during the manicure. For $30 + tip and the large selection of colors, you really cannot beat this place. Ive also gotten a pedicure here once or twice, and while its something I only indulge in every once, it was also awesome. Lina & her team are amazing!!!

I was really excited to take my mom here before my sisters wedding. I had heard they were good with acrylics, so I decided on an Ombre acrylic set. We made an appointment but showed up to them being full and still not turning away walk ins. We were rushed. I had a light color on my toes that clearly needed another coat. Also... no lotion. Then to my nails... they could have been so beautiful but a girl walked in and my lady rushed me to get to her quicker. My acrylics are chunky and thick. I was really disappointed as this was for my sisters wedding. Just a few days in, the acrylic was already chipping around the cuticals. They charged me more for the ombre, so I paid $55 for the nails alone. ALSO... no lotion. Im just very disappointed and thought I had finally found a reliable spot.

I got a shellac manicure almost two weeks ago at Peony and my nails still have not chipped! I love Peony, everyone is always so kind and they do a great job.

Ever since my apartment was torn down in Ballard two years ago Ive been out on a frustrating scavenger hunt to find a new nail salon that could possibly replace the salon below my apartment. Many of the places I visited had one or two talented nail technicians, but were so overwhelmed with traffic that my nails were often at the mercy of whomever was free. Jenny nail salon is a very close second, but I have to hand it to Peony— they know how to grate foot cheese and smooth it over so your feet dont cause chalk-board friction on your blanket when you have insomnia— I got my first SNS manicure today and I have to note that the technician was meticulous, knowledgable, and competent. When I go to a salon for aesthetic services I am looking for a salon that will get the job done. Im not concerned with whether or not the staff was bending over backwards to validate my insecurities while they are hunched over my feet. Peony is on top of their game and I am so glad I found a new home salon in my new hood.

Horrible. DO NOT go here NOT CLEAN. on top of the unsanitary conditions the lady doing my nails barely looked at me once during the entire experience, huffed and rolled her eyes when I pointed out she left a HUGE glob on my finger, and was visibly irritated the entire time. Very Very disappointed with my experience.

Came in for a manicure pre-holiday. I saw the nails of the woman next to me who also had shorter nails and was getting shellac. It looked good so I let them talk me into it. One of my better decisions! Almost a month later when I went to get it redone it was still smooth and free of imperfections. My impression: they take their work seriously and do a good job. Recommend!!!P.S. I see the wild looking nails on their webpage and cant speak for their nail art: I dont do art, stay in the red and burgundy families.

They did a nice job on my manicure pedicure and then when I woke up the next day, I had a tiny chip in my nail. They did a bad job of fixing it, said it was cracked, I guess inferring that it was my fault and I should live with it. It would have been really nice if they would have offered to fix it properly and charge me a fee which I would have paid. Instead, I have a brand new manicure for the next 2-3 weeks with a bad fix on one nail.

Worst place ever. I went in there wanting a full set and pedicure and the girl that did my nails was doing my nails and had her phone on her lap and was watching her phone the same time while doing my nails. I didnt pay no mind to it until she started filing my nails and my skin too. I got so many little cuts on the side of my fingers its so painful. All she said was oops sry. Not cool. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

They are ALWAYS late so don’t bother be here at 9 30, the service is just OK it’s fast not through . For some reasons their shellac doesn’t last as long as in other places. I go here only if I don’t have other options.

The ladies seem friendly, they are quite chatty but they do a good job at full sets with shellac, I have yet to get a pedicure, which I am today! The shop is clean!
