I hate to leave a bad review but I want to warn everyone before coming here YOU WILL REGRET IT. The manicurist shaved my nails down so much that they’ve been falling off for the last month. It is so painful and uncomfortable. Worst $25 + tip I’ve EVER spent. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE IN PAIN FOR WEEKS.
Very lovely and quick process! She shaped my natural nails so well and painted them quickly!! Will definitely visit again!
Love Welcome Nails! They always do a great job and are super friendly. Reasonably priced, too!
Best place in Seattle to get your brows done! The women here do a perfect job every time. Super flexible with appointments - I can call ahead and have an appointment in 30min. All of the women are professional, experienced, patient, and kind. It is a clean office in a convenient location. I highly recommend Welcome Nails!
Excellent customer service! Friendly, helpful and professional. The price is right! Rose, you are the best!🌹❤️
Great service and super friendly. One of the best eyebrow waxes Ive ever had.
Cute little neighborhood nail shop in the residential area of u-district. Most of the customers are the uw students. I wouldnt go here if you want something spectacular. They just dont seem to do that very well. But if you are a simple gal like me and just want the basics, this place will do fine. Staff was nice both times I went and gave a pretty good pedicure. This place only gets busy when the huskies are playing at home. They are closed on Sunday unless you have an appointment.
Such a great experience with the owner Rose. She made sure to take her time and give me pure quality. She wanted to ensure I felt classy and beautiful the entire experience. Love this place!!
They have amazing customer service! I got a fill with gel and that was horrible. My gel was chipping on all the tips of my nails and a big chunck of polish came off when opening a box of cereal. Gel should not chip at all so I’m pretty sure the products they use are cheap and the set was $40 for that service! The pedicure I got was amazing though they shape toenails very nicely.
I just finished having a basic manicure there and Kim totally nailed it. I was a walk in and she quickly attended to me, worked my nails, gave me an amazing arm and hand massage and sent me on my way :) I cant wait to go back :)
First I’d like to point out the customer service here is amazing. I went in for a full set and was not happy with how they turned out. They were crooked, uneven, and weren’t grinded down evenly. not only that, TWO OF MY NAILS WERE BLEEDING. The nails also started falling off by the third day? Maybe they used cheap product I don’t know. personally I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. I would’ve given 0 stars but the customer service was good.
Excellent service and the best Brazilian wax Ive had in Seattle. The place is clean and the staff is super friendly.
College Student friendly prices. Very nice and friendly staff. They dont have punch cards or a loyalty program.
They are super nice and I get compliments literally all the time on my nails! I go there all the time now!
Always take walk ins no matter how busy. Very nice
Overpriced gel manicure, very few selections of color, unfriendly service, and absolutely NO extras, such as a mini hand massage, which every nail salon Ive been to includes in a manicure. This was really disappointing, and I will never return.
Worst nail salon... Went there today with my daughter... We both had to remove our nail polish after we left... it didn’t stay on. It was ruined !They knew my polish was messed up and just told me to be careful! $65.00 plus $20 tip ? For what? To do it again ourselves! Note to everyone else... don’t leave for an hour or so you make sure your polis is completely dry! Pretty sad 😞
Terrible. Went in for a fill, halfway through I mentioned I needed the lady to fix something and she acted like it was the end of the world. I think the other lady could sense my dissatisfaction and she stepped in and attempted to fix what the other lady wouldnt. left paying a higher price with a claim of extra work having to be done and crooked inconsistent nails. I feel like for the quality of work they should have paid ME to wear those hideous nails around as long as I did. Had to ASK for lotion at the end and the lady pulled out some jar from a bottom jar and it smelled awful... had to find someplace to wash my hands immediately after I left.
Best mani/pedi price in seattle. My top priorities for pedicure are the massage, and getting all my dead skin off. They do both everytime!
Best Nail Salon in the U Distric
They squeezed us in last minute! Thorough, quick, and friendly. $25 for gel nail.
Worst experience Ive had at a nail salon...I paid for shellac removal and a manicure. The prices were fine ($17 total) but the woman scraped so hard to remove the gel polish that I considered leaving because it was so painful. Then during the manicure, she gave me a cut while filing with no apology or even much of a reaction when I said ouch—just some disinfectant that stung terribly but she did proceed more cautiously. My friend sitting next to me with a different woman working on her nails got cut as well!Several of my nails were uneven when I left and the polish job wasnt perfect but I just wanted to get out of there. Quality and pain aside, customer service is also on the rude side. I hate leaving bad reviews but I definitely dont recommend this place!
Good gel mani...lasts at least 25 weeks
Theyre not the cheapest place Ive been to but for the price Id pay for quality. THEY ARE THE ONLY GOOD NAIL SALON THAT HAS COLORED TIPS FOR ACRYLIC.
Best nail place around! And cheap!
