This is me and my friend’s second horrible experience at this salon, and it will be our last. i wish i could give zero stars. this most recent experience we had left us incredibly dissatisfied and uncomfortable with the customer service. we had both picked colors completely different from what we got. i picked a dark brown, sparkly color, and ended up with a mustard shade. i had asked the tech several times if the shade would get darker and she assured me yes. my friend chose a pale nude color, and she ended up getting orange. each of her nails also had a different nail shape, with one completely sticking up and disconnected from the nail bed. after my friend finished she brought these complaints up to the nail tech and instead of treating her with respect, the entire salon team argued and blamed her for the result. i also expressed concern over the color and my nail tech told me it looked lighter because i have dark skin as a black woman, which was racially charged and completely unfounded in logic. all in all they were incredibly rude to both of us and failed to do their job. seriously never coming here again and i’m telling the rest of my friends to do the same.

I have been a regular for years. It is the best nail salon in Seattle IMO. I felt compelled to write this review because I was in the salon when the person posting here as Orbitzen was getting her nails done. What she claims happened is false. She and her friend even threatened to leave a bad review if they had to pay for the manicure. The staff was very professional, offered ever accommodation possible but they just wanted to not be charged. Their nails were done well. They were just hoping to bully the owner into not charging them.This place is great. Most clients have been coming for years. Fun place, nice people.

Got dipping powder nails and I loved how everything turned out! I had acrylic nails on beforehand and they took them off for me quickly. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who worked with me but she is so kind and had a great chat about our lives :)Definitely call before going in because they are pretty busy!

I had a fantastic experience at Savvy Nails! I havent gotten a manicure in ages, but decided to treat myself and Im very glad I came here. The salon itself is clean and comfortable, and they are taking all precautions to prevent the spread of Covid. My manicure is perfect, and the nail technician was gentle, detail-oriented, and very kind. I highly recommend Savvy Nails, and I will certainly be back!

Great Nail Saloon...no frills interior but friendly staff that always do a nice job, great massage chairs. Basic pedicure includes a hot stone massage and a basic manicure includes hot wax. Bonus you always get a great massage with either service. Polish lasts 4-5 weeks on my toes and 3 with shellac on my fingers. Parking isnt typically bad either. Its $27 for a pedicure and I believe $32 for a Shellac manicure ( I dont get manicures monthly). My only complaint is the walls are neon and sometimes its a little rough on the eyes when its so gray out, its like looking into the sun.

The only nail spot I go. Great job and hot rocks included. Pricing excellent and the are accommodating. Love it.

After going here for 2-3 years I just can’t do it anymore. Every time I go my cuticle is cut (this time my finger and last time my toe) They are not very clean and my nails look horrible this time around. The service is so hit and miss I can’t waste my money anymore. Also DO NOT GET WAXED HERE.. I’ve seen multiple women doing waxing here but ONLY the manager/owner is a licensed esthetician. Off to find a new nail place!

Nail tech did not even bother looking up to greet me as I walked in. I mustve disturbed her while she sat cross legged on a lounge chair while on her phone. Why ask, can I help you if your not going to assist me. No one here to help with full set but yet you and another tech are just sitting on your phones??? Worst way to greet first time customers! Gladly walked out and went across the street to Nice Nails where they are actually nice and more than happy to help.

I’ve been to a few places for many years in Seattle and this is my favorite - they do a perfect job every time - very detailed and patient - they never rush their work - consistent quality and up to date with all trends.*They just need to improve their cleanliness just a bit.

Its been a few years since I last visited, and things were fine then. Came by today, 45 minutes before their posted closing time, looking to get a pedicure before a long backpacking trip. I was told that they cannot help me because they are slow today, so they want to close early. There were other customers, and a fourth attendee on their cellphone outside. I get not wanting to help someone as youre closing, but there was plenty of time. I guess Ill keep on staying away...

Best manicure Ive had! Their shellac/gel manicures last twice as long as other salons!

They were very good! I loved how they did parafin and massaged my hands after I got my gel, so I left with my hand feeling great, rather than dry like a lot of other places. Will definitely come again!

I had a SNS application and was charged $40. No cuticle grooming, no paraffin dip, no lotion or hand massage. You can get a better SNS manicure for the same or better price nearby. Quality was acceptable, but nothing special.

Worst customer service ever they made me feel like they didnt want to service me I just wanted my toes polished only 8 min of their time I arrived 1 hr before closing I asked lady to put seat closer she said its behind you didnt bother to help me I couldnt get out of chair they left me to fend for myself I slipped off chair did anyone move to see if I was okay no! Dont go there!

Great deals (love the student discount), nice people, and you get a lot for what you pay for! Only thing is the actual salon isnt nice or anything but its definitely clean which is what matters.

They include a lot for the price but the last few times I went they cut me when trimming my cuticles. I stopped going because I couldn’t stand the cuts.

They did a great job on my nails. Good price for the area.

This place sucks I came in for a remove hair appt I had to come back an them fix my full leg wax and I still have hair in patches!!!!!!!! I would not even give a star

I have been going to Savvy Nails for 8 years and there is truly no one better than Kim and the rest of the staff at Savvy. Their color selection is unmatched for regular and gel polish, as well as dip powder. All services are wonderful, I especially love the hot stone pedicure and the amazing work Kim does with acrylics (full sets and fills). I highly recommend this gem of a nail salon, I always leave with my nails looking perfect and you will too thanks to the extremely talented and professional staff.
