I have gone here for a few years and they are fabulous! They listen to everything I say and make sure that I love what theyve done if not theyll correct it. The atmosphere is nice and mellow. For downtown Seattle the prices are really amazing! I enjoy my time when I go. And my nails look so darn good! THANK YOU!!🥰❤

Great service, friendly staff. They all have motherly vibe I really loved! I wanted a gel mani with a gradation design in glitter and they did a wonderful job. Their price is reasonable as well. I would most likely visit again.

New ownership. I used to come all the time with the previous team and had no complaints. However the prices are way higher with new management. $55 for a regular solid colored/no design gel fill! That’s absurd pricing even for Seattle. And I wasn’t informed of this before my gel fill was started because there is no pricing sign posted in the salon. Won’t be returning.

Great prices, service, and selection of colors! Definitely will be back! Also their chairs for pedicures are exactly the kind of chairs you want when getting a pedicure.

So more recently I started to love this place. The first couple of times I went they didnt really get the shape right or the colors. Once I started coming regularly and reiterating the shape they got it down. I love my current nails with color changing polish.

I really wanted to like this place because the staff was so friendly. But the quality isnt there, I paid 50 dollars and my nails are already chipping. The dip powder didnt look good originally so the technician painted over the dip powder but it started chipping the next day. Also, my nails are different lengths. Im just disappointed as I havent gotten my nails done in over a year.

Wow. B stayed late to do a BEAUTIFUL gel design on my nails after applying acrylics. Really wonderful service and talented artists! Affordable and 10/10 would recommend

Just moved to Seattle, and was looking for a place to get my nails done. The last time I moved to a new state I had to go to four different nail salons before I found the right one, so I was very skeptical when I moved here. I am so glad I found Spa Hop!! I am very particular with the way my nails are done, and Bee does an excellent job taking her time with the details. Im glad I found my new place to get my nails done!!

B did awesome on my nails. I went In asking for a particular style and she nailed it. My ombre nails are gorgeous!!! Definitely will be returning.

This is what the lady who did my nails said, “before I put nail polish, you pay $40”. She was asking me to pay first before she placed my nail polish, when everyone else was paying as they were leaving. I felt so discriminated against & embarrassed that she felt she needed to make sure I can afford to get my nails done before providing service. I can actually afford to live comfortably in downtown Seattle, let alone pay for $40, but it saddens me to know how poor someone can treat you based who you are/how you look.My message to this salon: please treat all customers the same. And please don’t make customers uncomfortable by talking about them in your language while they’re there. Also, I agree with Hope Green comment below. I’m person of color & was asked for cash or venmo payment.

Omg I love this place! I’ve been to a few nail shops in Seattle and this is hands down my favorite. I don’t feel anxious coming here because I know they’ll do a good job. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails already. Also the prices are very fair! If you’re in a rush I’d suggest booking an appointment. Can’t wait to come back in two weeks!

Best Pedi i have ever had. She takes time to give a great massage and excellent exfoliate. My wife and daughters nails and brows are always kept looking good, and they are fast. LOVE THEM!

They let me leave telling me that my nails were fully dry but they are now smudge because they were in fact not dry and now I have to go to another salon so they can fix them.

Best place I have gotteny nails done in a while. The ladies were so helpful and patient with us. Would recommend for full set and pedicure.

I went to this place a few weeks ago and first checked the price of a mani-pedi on their website. When I got there I checked the price on their board and it was slightly higher but not by much. It got my nails done and went to pay and they were asking for $30 more than was listed on their price board. When i inquired why, the woman there told me it was because those are their pre-covid prices. At this point it has been over a year since covid started, which means they have had plenty of time to update their prices. I watched another customer who gotna similar services to me pay pay less. On top of that, the polish on my toes started to chip off within a week. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Omg this is my go to nail salon!!! They are so calming and great at their art. After working 55 hours a week during the pandemic this is the best place to be. They’re clean, neat, and they make every customer feel welcome and warm inside. ❤️

We were in town for a few days and decided to treat ourselves to some mani/pedis. These ladies did an excellent job! Super clean, very professional and the results were phenomenal! And I am SUPER picky about my acrylic nails, etc.

The absolute best most talented artists and nail care professionals who work here. I go NOWHERE else!

Go see B! She is amazing. I have visited other salons in the area, and B’s expertise surpassed my expectations. I showed her a photo and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I got a dip manicure and they’re not bulky, they’re well shaped and smooth. So happy I met B at Spa Hop today!

I’m honestly so disappointed in this place. I thought it would be better once new management came but that’s not the case. My biggest issue is the level of cleanliness. They re-use tools between guests without washing them. (Just use water to quickly rinse off, no soap.) there’s a sanitizer in the shop but I’ve never seen them use it, nor am I even sure it works. That’s how people get infections. I let it go a few times because I love the lady who does my nails, but it’s really not safe. I’ve also seen them turn down, or even flat out ignore customers because they want to go home. (Which I get, but then don’t say you’re open until 7 if you stop taking people at 6:15.) I hope they get the cleanliness issue solved. I’ll return once they do.

Good pedicure, great price

I was in Seattle for a conference and desperately needed my nails done. The ladies at Spa Hop did not disappoint. They were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating AND my nails look great! If I ever make my way back here, I’ll definitely be going back.

I never intend to write negative reviews as to hurt a business but people need to be aware of this. I visited this salon and contracted Herpes Whitlow under my nail from their manicures. This is an unhygenic salon and I really discourage people from going there. Ever since I visited the salon I have had recurrent herpes Whitlow that is greatly affecting the quality of my life. I will forever regret going to this nail salon.

BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH!They lure you in with a Happy Hour offer and then explain to you that their offer is no longer valid. They charge you more than the average market price for mediocre quality.

Ive been going here for 5 years. They are the best. Great prices and even greater quality work. I always bring my daughter with me, have since she was 2. They are so friendly and warm and always get so excited when they see my little girl. I highly recommend this place!

I got a manicure at this place and was very disappointed with the manicure as well as the service. My nails are all crooked, and when I asked can you fix this, she pointed at the clock and said we close at 7pm. If you can’t give proper service then just say that there’s no time instead of making me pay for bad service.

I had the most wonderful experience! The women truly went above and beyond! I was the only one at the spa at an off hour in the middle of the day and they really pulled out all the stops, without me even asking! I highly highly recommend!!!

Great service. Pedicure was very well done. The place needs to work on communication. The kept saying Id have to wait for a minute and I eventually waited for more than 20 minutes.

They really care about making sure your nails look amazing! The massage was great and they are so nice :) one star off because it was a little dirty and I never saw anyone wash their hands...but I’ll still be back again :)

As soon as i walked in, it smelled better than most places i’ve been to. the general air of the place was fantastic the woman who did my nails, b, was so kind and did my nails exactly how i wanted them. the acrylics she did look so good, and she painted them perfectly. thank you !!

Staying at the Belltown Inn for a long weekend. Got a pedicure because I saw their happy hour special (10am-2pm during weekday; $20 pedicure). Lily did a fabulous job, great leg massage! Would highly recommend again for the value.

Came in for a fill, at first glance it seemed well done, but after looking closely there were many simple mistakes. I came in while it was not busy, but the service right off the bat seemed rushed. As for the nails, I expected my nails to be filled since I was coming in for a fill. On multiple nails the nail bed is clearly visible. Another mistake is that my two pinky nails are CLEARLY different lengths. To add onto it, one of my nails has a big streak where the second coat of polish didn’t cover and the nail technician either didn’t notice or bother to fix. Before coming I heard that they offered a very good price, so I figured I was getting what it was worth to come to this place. It was $45. For a fill. If I’m going to spend $45 on a fill, I expect them to be good, but I should’ve chosen a different nail salon.

Very comfortable & personable service, the staff here makes you feel right at home. Tammy & Lily pamper customers! As soon as you sit for a pedicure, Tammy hands me the cable TV remote! The sudsy water you soak in is already the perfect temperature too! Did I mention Spa Hop makes you feel heavenly?!

I was waiting for the bus in the rain and saw this place across the street so I ran over! Im so glad I did! I love my nails! I just got gel over my natural nails which Im pretty picky about. Its taken me a long time to grow them long. The woman doing my nails listened to what I wanted and seriously did a beautiful job! The place I had been going charges twice as much and I usually end up with gel or shellac under my nails and to thick near my cuticle so it creates a ridge. Anyways. I recommend! And will be back for sure :D

Really bad experience today. I got dipping manicure and a pedicure. Both were done terribly. Im going on a tropical vacation and Im so embarrassed of my nails. I still have glue all around my cuticles and my fingers look so dry. Ive gotten so many dipping nails done its really not hard to eff it up. Also bad customer service. One of the ladys cut my skin and as I was bleeding she told me to stop moving.

This place has decent customer service and is in a great location, however the manicurists aren’t properly trained to use electric files. After only getting two SNS manicures done, my nails have become so thin that they’re sensitive, red and a little painful on the nail plate. I read that they should never use the files to file down your nail plate in order to make a rough surface for the powder to stick to. This is not correct and it is dangerous and lazy. I can literally feel the indentation in my nails when I run my finger over them and I can see the circular grind marks from the file.I’ve since decided to begin a natural nail treatment to restore the strength and moisture using warm olive oil to soak, applying lotion, trimming my nails extra short and covering with clear polish. It may take up to three months for the strength and thickness to grow back but I’m glad I noticed this before it was too late.

The woman who did my nails didnt seem like she was interested in holding conversion, although it didnt seem like she understood much of what I was saying. I had to continuously ask her to fix my nails because she wasnt doing a very good job (some of my nails were crooked, there was glue and pieces of the fake nail under my nails, and the polish was bumpy and there was still leftover nail polish from my previous manicure), and I left feeling ripped off and disappointed in my nails. Im never going there again.

I do not recommend this place. Tammy did a very SLOPPY work. Refused to listen when I requested to get my shape fixed. After she was done another girl came in to finish off my nails with the nail polish and she also did not do a clean job. Very upset because she didnt compensate when I was clearly upset that I had to repeatedly told them I didnt like their work. Place should be shut down or employees replaced. Do not come. Not worth spending your coins.

I dont often leave reviews but had to take a moment to commend the attention to meticulous detail I received today on my nails. I didnt expect much since I was a walk-in customer and was in a rush but I got coffin acrylics and they look amazing.

Came here for my wedding nails today and just got zero attention. Nothing looks finished. Uneven paint, uneven filing, it might look ok from afar but up close it’s awful.

Everyone there was very friendly. I was greeted by all employees as soon as I walked in the door. I told them what I wanted and the technician took great care in doing my nails. I am very satisfied and will definitely be going back again!

Got me in after 10 minutes without an appointment. Very thorough and detail oriented. Staff are friendly and really seem to take pride in their work. I am very happy with my decision to come here.

Ive been coming to spa hop for about 10 years now and I love this salon. These folks remember my family and friends I bring in, ask how they are, and make me feel like a part of the spa family with coupons on holidays or around my birthday. What really annoys me are these terrible reviews about services that arent clearly researched or given the appropriate amount of time. If you want someone to give your nails the star treatment, make an appointment like everyone else and be considerate of how much time it takes. I feel like all of the negative reviews on here are people that dont make appointments. Also, dont low ball your nail technicians! TIP YOUR NAIL TECHNICIANS IF THEY DO A GOOD JOB! Cant stress that enough.

I got a regular pedicure and dipped nails for $23 and $35 dollars each. I recommend coming here.

On July 1st, I had a French manicure that looked great for a whole month. On August 1st, I returned and had another one and as always looks great. Am I going to return to Spa Hop? You bet I am.

My mom and I went for a mani/pedi and it was great! Very friendly and they did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

This placed looked nice and they open late. My Shellac was chipped the third day and the edge of my polish are actually not closed well. The cuticles were not cleaned completely neither. I am not recommending this place to anyone unless you need last minute nails done.

I just got a regular manicure but the people were very nice and the price was very reasonable. I felt comfortable even though Ive never gotten a manicure before.

Solid work for the price, very accommodating staff, open 7 days a week, great variety of colours and products. Seems to be LGBTQ+ friendly, which is always a plus in my book.

They did a great job with my mani pedi, but I didnt think the nail polish was the best quality.

Love my naturally thick eye brows. I went in here for an brow wax just to clean up the strays. I left unhappy with crooked, short, and super thin eye brows with a huge gap in the middle. Worst brow wax Ive gotten in years.

Very friendly service. They rotate seasonal gel colors so my toes are never boring but keep the traditional gel colors also so my work doesnt protest.

Loved it been there twice and fell in love with how they did my nails...

I called ahead of time and they agreed to see me for a pedicure and a fill she tried to tell me she was going to charge me 25$ for a fill and that I had two minutes to decide . While I was sitting down for the pedicure she tells me Im too late and I cant have the fill. Them the lotion she used on my legs smelled like burnt fish.

They buffed my toe bloody in under 10 seconds then put a butterfly bandage on it. Terrible place.

They were very fast, however, they were sloppy in doing my gel nails and there was no precision.

I visited from out of town and the initial service was okay. However, Ive had gel manicures for several years, and they typically last between 2-3 weeks. Both my gel pedicure and manicure lasted less than one week. Very disappointed.
