Cute place and clean people were nice and friendly as well!! My acrylic nails turned out great shaped however I got there an hour before closing or an hour and 15 minutes before closing and made sure I asked if they had enough time to do a full set and showed them the design I wanted but she had finished everything else and was getting ready to paint them and then she convinces me to go with something completely different that would take a lot less time and she told me its because she wants to go home!! Thats why theyre only getting three stars for me and really should only be two to be honest cuz I aint paying for my nails almost $100 and would like to have them the way I would like them next time... Besides that they turned out ok!

Went in to remove acrylics - soaked for 30mins in a bowl of acetone (did not use finger wraps) then used a file and POPPED OFF the remaining acrylic with her own fingers! It was a painful experience that left my fingernails looking like absolute trash. The place was also a designated mess. Paid $16 for a lazy job.

Ive been coming here for about eight years now. Lan is consistent both with the quality of her work and her kindness. Whenever I leave I get so many compliments on my nails and I always tell them this is the place to go. 10/10!

This place is a true gem and the best place to get reasonably-priced manicures and pedicures without skimping out on quality and precision. They are very attentive to the small details. I brought in a photo of how I wanted my nails done and they went above and beyond trying to find the exact color as the picture. The staff are super friendly! I highly recommend going here!

Urgently needed to get my nails done and stopped by for a walk in. The salon did not feel clean and they claim to sanitize but I did not see any evidence of that. They made my nail bleed and were extremely aggressive. When I complained they offered to knock $5 off, meanwhile a woman behind me getting her nails done was literally yelling and demanding that somebody else do her nails. Do not come here

I called ahead of time asking if they could do acrylics and they replied that yes, they could. As soon as we stepped in, everyone was looking at my friend and I, giving us all a judgmental look, talking in Vietnamese to one another. Now I dont understand Vietnamese but I can clearly differentiate the tones that they spoke in. I would definitely not go here again if I am just going to get looked at the way I did.

The staff here is very friendly, fast and clean. I came in on my lunch break and was able to get a manicure and pedicure done at the same time and within the hour period. I was very impressed with the quality of my nails. Thank you!

One hand looks better then the other. The polish is a bit sloppy. Shape of my nails looked way better before four coats of polish. Needed to get a fill in due to traveling & googled this place. I didnt expect anything but standard. One thing I didnt like was the nail tech didnt measure my nails next to one another to make sure they come out even. However, I didnt notice until I left. 3 stars in my book when you need something done last minute. Friendless of staff was okay. Not a go to place when you wear full sets or need a fill in though. Thats only if you know how quality nails should turn out.

I got the basic level mani/ped for $35.My nails look okay but the serive was nothing to write home about. The nail technician had a headphone in one ear the entire time and didnt make any small talk but she understood what color I requested and what shape of nail I wanted.The aspect that made me decide no to reurn was that as I was sitting I saw how dirty the nail was and covered in a layer of dust on everything from the lamp to the wall to the nail polish!

Ive been coming here for more than 15 years for my acrylic nails and pedicures. Anne has been taking care of my nails and does the best job! I get pedicures from any of the ladies and am always so happy! I have never found anyone better. I have tried multiple places since I have moved further and further away from here but will travel to see them! They are friendly and do amazing work!

I tend to grow out my nails and leave them uncolored, so my friend booked an appointment for me and I have been converted. Lan was great, funny and did justice to my nails! I would def go with her she eased me in and made me so comfortable! I had my nails shaped and coated with gel and chrome!

Lan is the best. Her acrylic work is like watching an artist paint. Also they have the best pedicures.

Quite possibly the worse simple manicure I’ve ever gotten. Rushed layers that couldn’t dry properly, overly thick coats and dull cuticle clippers which was more of a painful yank then a sharp snip. Dirty work areas and I had to go back because two nails smudged even after four hours, and on day 3 all the polish started to pull away. Horrible. I would never go back or recommend.

I recently moved in across the street and tried this place based on its great reviews. I have to say, I concur! I forgot to asked my nail techs name but she did a fantastic job on my shellac manicure. I am an esthetician so we had great conversation on the similarities of our careers. I kept changing my mind on nail colors which i completely understand can be frustrating but she never made me feel that way. In fact, once she put one coat on of a sparkly blue, I was able to ask if we could put another complimentary color on top of that one to add more dimension and she was totally down. Normally I would never ask something like that mid service because I wouldnt want to be that girl but she made me feel welcomed and comfortable enough to do that. My nails turned out great. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

I was given possibly the worst manicure and pedicure of my life by two very rude technicians. The space is overcrowded and there’s no ventilation. The employees are not nice or skilled, and seem very money hungry.Really bad experience.

It was ok. My toenails look great, but they didnt scrub very much dry skin off of my feet. Not a bad experience but Ill probably try somewhere else next time.

I do not know why the reviews here are so high! Very bad experience. Here is why (attempting not to rant):1) They cannot do designs unless they are simple. And if they are simple designs, they will not look the same on both nails.2) Instead of using foil to remove the shellac, she just peeled it off with the nail tweezer and moved on (painful experience especially when the previous shellac was so well done and had lasted for such a long time--making my nails hard).3) I have dried nail polish on the sides of my nails which will definitely speed up the peeling process and get me to go back for new nails (definitely not going back here to get them done).The application of the nail polish was very sloppy and uneven, especially when the nails grow out.4) She very greedily did one layer of clear coat after putting a very sloppy design on it which I can already see peeling off. Every other nail salon will put 2-3 coats of clear nail polish on a design so as to maintain it longer.5) My nails were very long and ready to be cut evenly, but my right hand nails are shorter than my left and they are more round. How hard is it to cut 10 nails at the same length and shape? This is part of How To Do Nails 101 it shouldnt be that difficult.6) Shellac is meant to make the nails harder and last longer without breaking or peeling. My nails are still brittle and very rough at the edges.7) The original lady I was supposed to do my nails with was on the phone the entire time and then pawned me off to a less experienced person because her regular customer arrived.Overall experience: 0.5 starsOverall nail look and longevity: 1 starDo not recommend at all. Very very unhappy. What a waste of time and money!!!

Top Nails is the only place I will go for mani/pedis and massage/wax. The nail techs are fantastic and do the best, most thorough job ever. They are also very meticulous about their work so when you leave your nails will look beautiful. Cant say enough but if youve never been, make your appointment today!

Anh was so amazing! I didn’t know what nail color to chose and she told me that she would surprise me and she had for sure! I am so i love with my nails! She did such a great job! I would definitely recommend this Top Nail spa and Anh as well!!

I loved my nails (gel), other than my nail wasnt covered all the way. She left significant space between my cuticle and the gel... So, when done, it looked as if thered been a weeks worth of growth already.

My nails were beautiful, but my experience was horrible.I’m new to Seattle so I decided to try out Top Nails after reading all of the wonderful reviews. As I walked in everyone seemed friendly for the most part. Tina ended up doing my nails and she was great in the beginning. She noticed my engagement ring and proceeded to ask me a bunch of questions about my fiancé and what brought me to Seattle. I actually enjoyed our conversation but little did I know this lady was only seeing dollar signs the whole time! When it was time to pay I could see Tina leaning over to see how much tip I was going to give her and when she realized it wasn’t as much as she expected she completely wrote me off. All of a sudden she started to speak a different language to her co workers in an angry manner and to make matters worse the ladies started to giggle. I get my nails done all the time but I will never go back to this salon. The employees are money hungry and very unprofessional.

It was such an honor being the first customer ever at Top Nail. They was so sweet and made sure to take care of me.My nail tech, Lan, is the best nail tech Ive ever had! I got Nexgen for my nails and she was so precise. One of my pet peeves with Nexgen is the nail tech will not smooth it out enough but Lan did it without me even asking. I also had the deluxe pedicure and it was so luxurious.They have a variety of drinks, including wine, to help you get the best pampering experience. To top it off, the interior is very clean and modern. I love the marble everywhere... so cute!Even though I live about 40 minutes away, I would hands down keep coming to Top Nails . When you have great services and a staff who cares about their customers, its too hard to pass up. They are absolutely the best!

After my nails were pretty damaged by a nail salon in Wallingford, I was relieved to discover Lan and her team - incredible quality at a reasonable price. Recommend making an appointment as they have numerous regulars and are usually booked. Owner Lan knows clients by name - classy service! Count me a regular.

Worst mani/pedi Ive ever had. The lady literally ripped off pieces of skin on both sides on my toe. It was bleeding and I had to come home, remove the nail polish and apply antibiotic ointment on it.The place is extremely dirty, staff is reusing the same towel for all clients.I also dont think they disinfect any of the tools - I just saw the staff reuse the tools on other clients as well.
