We had a work party here, 10 people, and they were wonderfully kind and efficient! Super clean, all masks, GREAT MASSAGE and their CHAIRS ARE AMAZING haha. I love my gel mani/Pedi, they even recommended colors and were all around so amazing. Thank you SO MUCH!

I can’t recommend this place enough. The prices might be a tiny bit higher than other local areas, but it’s worth every penny. I love being able to book online and it means never having an appointment(gel nails) last more than 40 minutes. The techs are fast but precise and so professional. My gel nails usually never last more than 2 weeks. With this salon, they last 3 weeks before the first chip. I even had one nail completely in tact when I came back to get them done 5 weeks later.

Had a wonderful experience here. The customer service is great and my nails look wonderful. The technician answered all my questions and double checked I liked the color, shape, etc. HIGHLY recommend!

I love this place- after trying a variety places for nails I am fully satisfied and will never go anywhere else! If your dip chips within 3 weeks, they’ll fix it for free. Which I rarely need to use.I also do LASHES here- lift and dye- and they look amazing. It’s $90 to do both, every 6 weeks and it’s is so worth it. The technician (Dee) is meticulous! She does a great job and is also at their first location, Roosevelt Nails.

I had a great experience here. However, the product does not live up to the experience. I got nail extensions with a colored tip. My nail artist only did one coat of the color, so for the most part it is see through. Additionally, I very quickly had the color chip off and the dip got grooves in it. I loved this place so this makes me sad to have to do this but it was not worth the money.

I have gone here 3 times now for Dip nails and loved the results! They are very kind and remember you. They always offer you some water and make sure you are comfortable. Also, there is a garage with free 2 hour parking for customers which is hard to find in Seattle!

Had my first service at Nail Bar today with Huy, and he did not disappoint! He took the time to make sure everything was perfect. When removing my 5wk old acrylic set he soaked and filed them off layer by layer (not the lift, slide, and rip off method some places use to save time that kills your nail bed), he shaped my cuticles and nails before doing a nice, low re-tip; followed by excellent shape work, and layers of clear, red, and glitter/clear dip WITHOUT making them look thick. Conversation was good, and the price was fair. I do believe Ive found my new spot!

I had heard good things about this place and was hoping I’d found a regular salon. Unfortunately, my manicure (dipping powder) began chipping within 3 days, and one nail broke along the chip. I’ve done dipping powder often and never had it even chip—I’m really uncertain about how this is even possible.Regardless, remembering that the salon guarantees their manicures, I went back to have it fixed. This didn’t go well. They told me it must be my fault, it was out of their control, and if I wanted more than the two nails fixed they would charge me for it. When I told them I didn’t trust the color (maybe the problem was the powder?) they said clearly I just wanted a polish change—as if it’s worth it to chip a supposedly unbreakable manicure and tear my nail for that.I was offended and not willing to give them any more money given that my initial investment was so poor. I’ve had to go elsewhere to get the manicure fixed.Please do yourself a favor and get your nails done somewhere where they will treat you kindly and stand behind their work.

This is Roosevelt Nails Bar‘s second location and just as wonderful. They did a great job on my dipping powder and have fantastic service overall. This location also has free 2-hour parking in the garage underneath! I will definitely be coming back :)

Made me wait outside in the cold because they were at “capacity”. I asked if I could wait in the lobby but the girl insisted I go outside. They then proceeded to assist a couple getting a pedicure who not only arrived after me but who’s appointment was after mine. After10 minutes of waiting in the cold they told me I could come even though no one left the building. I won’t spend my money at a salon that’s not only disregarding covid precautions but is also disregard clients. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

One of my friends took me 4 months ago and since then I go every month to do my nails. Huy and the girls are friendly and do an amazing work.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! This is the best mani pedi I’ve ever had. Immaculate attention to detail and such a lovely massage. And they have some really great massage chairs.

I’ve been to this nail salon many times and I never write reviews but I felt like they deserve another good one. They always greet you once you walk in and they are extremely friendly. It does get busy sometimes but they try their best to be quick while also doing a amazing job on your nails. Their prices aren’t too high and they have many different colors and designs to choose from. Highly recommend them and I will keep coming here as a regular costumer! :)

Love this place! I had gone to Roosevelt nail bar and was thrilled to hear they opened a Greenlake location. They went above and beyond any level of service I have ever gotten! They served us each a glass of wine. I had forgotten my sandals, and gone straight for work so I was unfortunately in my booties. The technician waited until my toes were completely dry then applied a cuticle oil and put plastic wrap over them, and then she put on my socks and booties for my because my nails were drying. It was a delightful experience and I will be bringing all of my friends back!

I’ve been going to Roosevelt Nail Bar for months now, and I’ve truly enjoyed their service and haven’t had any major issues. I went to this location today (same owners) since the Roosevelt location was closed.Pros: My nails and toes are beautiful and look nice.Cons: I was noticeably mistreated and it’s bothering me so much that I’m holding back tears as I write this review.-I was never offered anything to drink.-I had TO ASK for toe separators for my pedicure which confused me.-I did not receive the complimentary massage at the end of my manicure.My 8 year old daughter even noticed that I didn’t get a massage like every one else and she mentioned it as soon as we got in our car.I was the only African-American person in there and I can’t help but assume that I was discriminated against. I’m upset that I even graciously tipped these people.I will never go back to this location or the Roosevelt location. I’m done with them and their racist actions that have literally moved me to tears. You lost a loyal customer.

Best nail salon Ive ever been to! They always make time to fit me in with my busy schedule. My nails always come out amazing, the shape is always perfect and precise. They have a huge color selection and keep up with nail trends! Even underneath my acrylic nails are cleaned up which is a huge with me so my nails do not lift! Definitely would recommend to anyone!..

Ive been here twice now under the new ownership. They do the best dip powder nails Ive had, and guarantee their work for two weeks. Pedis are excellent, and incredibly relaxing. If your feet are in need of some real TLC, the Deluxe Pedicure is well worth the splurge. Excellent work takes time, so be sure to allow a little more time than you would expect at a budget salon

Friendly hardworking staff, attentive service, welcoming décor.

I recently moved to the area and have been here twice. I made appointments both times and was seated as soon as I walked in. I also saw 5 people walk in with pedicure appointments, and they all got pedicures at the same time (which I have very rarely seen at any nail salon). As far as customer service goes, they get 5 stars. They are incredibly polite and friendly, and create a wonderful environment. The quality here is TOP NOTCH. I never feel like they are rushing on my nails. They carefully evaluate your nails to ensure that they are flawless before sending you home, and are happy to correct any minor defects. As someone who has been shopping around for the right nail salon, and is very picky about the quality of my manicures, I wont go anywhere else (and prices are great too!).

Amazing experience! The lady did my flower perfectly. When she accidentally smudged it with the top coat she fixed it! So many salons would not fix it but she did! The area did not smell like chemicals and I could breathe! Loved this salon

This place got new owners about a month ago. They are amazing! They truly care about customer service and are extremely friendly. My dipping powder manicure has been on my nails for almost a month now and I am still getting compliments on how great my nails look.

We loved Roosevelt. But the salon is small, busy, and parking can get tricky. My nail bar remedies all of that while maintaining the high quality I’ve come to love from Roosevelt.There is free parking underneath, which can be accessed across from Duke’s. I was nervous to park there since a lot of stalls have a reserved sign for some other business but Huey says go ahead and park in the first stalls you see to the right as you enter 👌🏼There’s a lot of salons that do great dip powder in Seattle but Roosevelt and My nail bar have the BEST color selection by far. They have a huge basket full of swatches that I always have such an impossible time choosing. They have a great selection of SNS, which in my humble opinion is the best brand since the powder is extra fine(you’ll notice how silky it is every time your finger is dipped in it) and the color payoff is beautiful.The salon was large and clean with ample pedicure chairs. I only needed a dip manicure today but I’m excited to come back for a drink and pedi with my friends.This was my first time at nail bar but definitely not my last.

We as a bridal party came here to get our nails done before the wedding. My manicure was done in less than 10 minutes and looked great! The brides French gel manicure looked amazing!

Ive tried a few nail salons around the area and I always come back even though now I live farther away. Everyone is very nice, their gel polish always last longer than other places Ive gone to.Definitely recomend, affordable and a good experience every time.

Great place with sweet staff! Some nail salons are a bit uncomfortable for men, but this place makes me feel welcome. All professional men should get their nails done from time to time. It helps you to appear as professional as you truly are. Plus its pretty relaxing.

I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have been going to this salon since shortly after they opened. My boyfriend comes with me know and they take very good care of him. My boyfriends mother is now a regular customer as well as several of my friends and co-workers. Once someone starts getting their mani/pedi treatments here... they keep coming back.

After paying almost $200 with a 30% gratuity I would imagine they would be more interested in taking care of a client who would potentially be back again. But alas, they do not.My friend and I went in this past Friday (8/9/19) to get two manicures and pedicures. It was my birthday and she wanted to treat me. We were excited to see they served wine and were located in Greenlake so close to home. The man and woman who served us were super sweet people, everything seemed great until not but two days later my shellac manicure, which should last beyond 2 weeks, was already peeling off on 3 different nails. My friend also had her shellac manicure peeling, so we decided to call about a touch up.She said they have a 3 day policy for touch ups, even though I had a picture with a stamped date with proof it had happened within their 3 day window she only hoped we understood. Well, I dont. I dont understand at all. Regardless of your window shellac is made to last beyond 2 weeks, and has at every other salon Ive been to. I dont have the time to bop into a nail salon whenever I please, and I thought taking a photo would be proof enough to show them Im not trying to get anything more than what I paid for, which was a lot by the way.I wish they would have cared more about making their client happy, especially since it probably involved less than 15 minutes of their time and the cost of some white nail polish. Instead I will never return, or recommend anyone go there. At this rate more I am more than happy to drive all the way out to Issaquah to Blue Water Nails & Spa to get my nails done. There, the shellac lasts beyond two weeks and they have the decency to make it right when something goes wrong.

Not only does this salon do great nails, the staff is super nice there. Ive had nothing but good experiences the 3 times Ive been. Its my new go to salon and I live near Federal Way, but its worth the drive. My daughter and I just make it our time together since she lives nearby. Trang, Bo, Huy and everyone is so nice and helpful. One thing I appreciate is that they shape my nails just the way I want them and they always look great when I leave. I dont get dry cuticles afterwards, because they dont cut them. The salon is clean and they use disposable liners in the foot baths, which is more hygienic than just cleaning them out after each client. They are very picky with who they hire as well. They look for the best and ensure their artists no how to do what they say they do. I feel like theyre a little more progressive and everyone talks to us when were in there. When you make your appointments, if you want shellac or powder, you must request it, as not everyone does powder. On Sundays, the artists from their salon near 65th and Roosevelt, come over and help. Im reluctant to recommend them, only because I dont want them to become so popular that I cant get an appointment. :) Theyre the best!

I unfortunately went to this business because I thought it was affiliated with the Nail Garden chain of salons in Los Angeles. Warning: It is not and is nowhere near the quality. I was the only person in the salon and it should have tipped me off. I got a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. I have no idea what made it deluxe because it was a disaster. Neither of the technicians knew what they were doing. The manicurist actually filed the top of my nails after my gels were dry which caused them to snag on things and pull away from the nail during the week. Four days after my mani/pedi none of the work has held up. I called to explain the situation and Ivy answered and she said their policy is that I must return within three days of the work to have them fix it otherwise they will have to charge me for the work. She mentioned in the same conversation that gels should last for weeks. Ive been getting my nails done for a decade and Ive never had this experience. I couldnt go back three days after because I didnt have a babysitter and oh yeah, I shouldnt have to have this work redone because youve hired techs that dont know what theyre doing. I said I was trying to give her the opportunity to make it right but she didnt take it. The technician doing my pedicure had to be instructed by the manicurist on how to file nails. The polish I paid 3.00 extra for doesnt even cover the nails. Its thin and looks runny. By the way, they charge you 3.00 extra for a shiny OPI polish which is regular cost at any other salon in the area. Im not sure where their certifications are from but I would avoid this place at all costs. I paid 75.00 and gave a 20% tip for a service that was not completed. This place is super shady. Dont go.

Came here for an acrylic removal and gel mani/pedi. My nails were super intricate and had lots of 3D flowers, jewels, etc. They were so kind and patient removing them, and didnt damage my real nails! I was very impressed. They also take their time and have high attention to detail. My mani and pedi look great, and I will definitely be back soon due to their wonderful customer service!

I went for a relaxing pedicure and thats what I got. The women were very nice, and due to the fact that they spoke little English, there was no need for awkward forced conversation. It was exactly what I was hoping for.

The one positive thing is this is one of the cleanest, least smelly places I have ever been too and its in a great location over looking a park!But the customer service was the worst!I called in the A.M to schedule an appointment, i came in and my slot was saved but they didnt have what I needed written down correctly. So they argued with me and with eachother about how it was my fault and I somehow did a disservice to them because it would take too long and basically scolded me and pointed fingers.The nail broke immediately because they wanted to rush and didnt want to wait until they were dry. Then they had a yelling match about how much I was supposed to be charged after she charged me, so then I had to pay more.It was just very poor customer service, acting like everything about my existence was annoying and used the excuse of having no time to do it for EVERYTHING, the girl doing my friends nails was equally as awful. I made an appointment in the A.M, you should always be willing to try your best to satisfy the customer, not rush them through their experience and then shove them away.Never will be going back.

I walked in expecting to get a mani-pedi only to find two technicians working. One employee informed me they could only do one or the other but not both. I was disappointed by this as they advertise all over their salon a mani-pedi combo during the weekdays. Maybe they should specify what times that combo is available? I only got a manicure instead and just felt rushed the whole time. Clean salon, but wont be going back.

Lovely nail salon with fresh air, clear equipment and new chairs. Might be a smidge more expensive but the staff is conversational and the product is better.
