BEST shop!Its very clean, professional and punctual.Exceptionally managed.Parking is tight but convenient.Each technician is very experienced and does excellent work.If I say TOO much itll get even more busy!Gotta book an appointment first. Well worth it.

I love this place! The owner and staff are so nice! Owner cares a lot about the happiness of her team and the culture—the nail technicians are really nice and every time I’ve done my nails here they have looked absolutely gorgeous! They take a lot of time to get all the details right and I’m really happy to find my goto nail salon!!!

I’d been a regular gel manicure customer for a few years until COVID. Their service is fast, affordable, and friendly. Highly recommend! Make sure you book an appointment in advance though; they don’t usually take walk-ins and are generally very busy.

After seeing their great reviews I called and they were able to fit me in on only a 1/2hr notice!They were very busy but not uncomfortably so. The salon was clean, and the staff speak english and vietnamese all seem professional and caring.Went I sat down and told the two women who were going to do my mani main pedi thank you for fitting me in, and how excited I was to come here because of the great reviews, customers on either side of me both gushed about how amazing this place is and how they have come here for years. After this excellent service I can agree with them and know where Ill be for my next nail appointment!Cost: $40 mani/pedi w/ normal polishPro Tip: Make a reservation, they are very busy (because they are so great) and always work hard to get you on their schedule.

Lovely salon! Anne, the owner, is so incredibly sweet and does an amazing job on my nails. The staff are also great! Each one of them is very kind and does a great job. When I go there I feel like Im part of the family. It is definitely busy so make an appointment - walk-ins are welcome but it is hard to get in without an appointment.Try it out! You will not be disappointed. :)

I can’t say enough great things about #1 pro nails! My grandmother has been seeing Anne for years and I started going for mani pedis on and off for the last 8 years or so. The quality, warm welcomes, and clean space are all top notch. The few times I’ve gotten a mani pedi elsewhere while traveling, I’m reminded that Anne and her salon is simply the best. The polish lasts so long without chipping! Highly recommend their normal mani pedi combo!

The shellac removal process here is way harsh. Ive been in pain and tried to remove my hands from the bowl of pure acetone covered by warm towel and was scorned for doing so and asked to put them back, they said it hardens back up if you take it out but my skin was burning. I dont like to be asked to walk on dirty floor with freshly cleaned feet to get my nails done but I felt like I was being rude to ask for my shoes/flip-flops. Like I was being high maintenance. Lots of colors on the wall but the shade rings are really hard to sort through and I always feel rushed to make a decision. I think the price is about $15-20 more than salons in the area and I dont see the value for me.

The best place to get your nail services. I’ve searched for so long to find ANY nail salon that met my standards and I finally found it at #1 Pro Nails. The manicurists are well-trained, experienced and professional — you won’t get rushed, receive mediocre service at this salon! They are truly amazing and you’ll enjoy exceptional customer service which is unfortunately hard to come by in my experience.

Excellent work. Friendly and quick service. Almost 2 weeks from getting gel nails done and no chipping despite much travel. You know they did it right when there is no ridge from product pooling by your cuticle when it grows out. Make sure to call ahead for an appointment.

I think they do a decent job.. but I will not return even if its right by work. I had gone 3 times to get shellac gel manicure and the gal reused her gloves as she shook them off and put back in her vest. 2 times my nail got infection/swollen afterwards. Not the cleanest nail salon Ive seen so Im skeptical is they are cleaning utensils etc.

I was a walk in, and not only were they super packed, but they still managed to squeeze me in and did a great job! I will definitely be coming back!

Tiny is really good at waxing. I walked in for a lip, chin and underarms wax, had to wait around 20 minutes but I am happy that I thought about coming here. The total price was $20 :). Good service and amazing prices.

I was disappointed. I was charged 50 dollars for my manicure when it was suppose to cost 45. My pedicure was disappointing. They didnt even expholiate or put lotion on my legs. My feet were rough afterwards. Very disappointed. I spent alot of money

The care I was given was as good as my own is back home. (And I’m one loyal customer to my home salon, ten plus years a customer!)I chose this salon bc of the high ratings and it was within walking distance from the hotel I am staying at.I had a mani pedi and I was more then pleased by their care and service.And come to think of it, no one tried to sell me anything extra! That’s a first!Lovely ladies who did a great job and helped me after the drying process to get my shoes and coat on as well. I never felt disregarded from start to finish!

Thats the record! Pedicure in under 20 minutes! Basically, they removed the old nail polish, washed my feet and colored my nails. Instruments are not sanitized in between clients so Im hoping I dont end up with nail fungus or worse. Probably the worst place Ive ever been to.

Im shocked to see such good reviews! I went in for a manicure and pedicure and the customer service was awful. After seeing the nail polish on my nail I asked to switch it to another color and was then scolded for about two minutes about letting them know the moment its applied. I apologized and she continued to scold. This ruined the experience. I will not be returning. Its a shame because the location is perfect.

I came in based on the reviews. The salon was very busy but they squeezed me in for a pedicure. She did an awesome job with my toes, from the pedicure itself to the gorgeous design. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly.

Ive gone here a couple times and the staff and service are the best Ive found in the city. My nails always look perfect and lasts longer than Im use too. Cant recommend this place enough. ( 12 dollar manicures and 30 mani pedi)

I get a manicure here about once a week, and a mani-pedi once a month. After having tried all of the nail salons in lower queen anne (there are 5 within a 5-block radius, I think!) this is hands down the best. The polish lasts the longest, its a great value (12$ for a manicure, 30 for mani/pedi), and the women that work there are either friendly-and-chatty if thats what youre looking for or pleasantly quiet if you have your earbuds in and clearly dont want to talk.
