Really good. My first facial, I did have some scarring from the blackhead removal but my skin felt much softer afterwards. Would go again for a facial and more.

My husband and I and another couple had some pampering done here while in Seattle. When you first enter you are greeted by the front desk receptionist who was pleasant. They have you fill out paperwork and then tell you to make yourself at home. You dont have a locker room or any area to change or shower but there is a small waiting area across from the treatment rooms. We all thoroughly enjoyed our services, the wrap was great, the massage and scalp treatment was even better. My husband got a facial (pretty much his first) from the owner of the spa and he said that he loved it and would want to do it again. Very nice spa but come here expecting great treatments but not a full spa experience. The trade off is amazing prices without sacrificing the actual treatments.

I had such a wonderful experience. The service is of great quality, and everyone there is warm, professional, goes above and beyond. I have done my nails, massage, waxing and lash lift, and definitely will go back. Strongly recommend!!!

What a quaint spa! Warm greeting upon entering, professional staff, very clean and organized lobby/waiting room. Tanner (massage therapist) is hands down the best I have experienced in the 10 years I have been receiving massages. He incorporates stretching and muscle relaxation with deep tissue-works on my knots and relaxes me at the same time. Usually it’s one or the other. I have had both, table and chair massage and he excels at each.The spa itself is very clean- the retail section is nice and organized. Pricing is great-I highly recommended Spa Noir.

Ive been visiting Spa Noir for a handful of years now. I really liked Amira, who provided esthetician services, but unfortunately moved away a few years ago. Ive since had other service providers who were various levels of OK; however, I find myself being drawn to Spa Noir because the prices are reasonable, I really love Eminence products, and I particularly like the owner, Jessica. I scheduled an appt (for today) for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately, our day care had an outbreak of a vicious stomach flu the preceding Friday and everyone in my family ended up falling victim over the weekend; I had to cancel my appt the same morning within the 24-hr cancelation window (likely still contagious myself and needed to take care of family members). I left a message explaining the situation, that I would like to reschedule, and I left my phone number. I hadnt received a call back from them by around the time of my appt, so I called again. Deborah (sp?) answered the phone. She confirmed they had received my message. I asked if I would be charged for the appt, and she said, Yeah, its a 24hr cancelation policy. Did you want to reschedule? - I declined. I understand the cancelation policy exists for a reason, but I felt that Deborahs response to the situation was completely lacking in grace. There was obviously no intent to call me back, and there was nothing apologetic in her response. Had I come in for my appt, I might have gotten many staff members sick, which would have lost them much more business than just my own. So now Im out a $100 because I did what I felt was the right thing for all parties. *Sigh* very disappointing.

I have done everything here from acne facial, anti-aging, LED,t Gratification, body wraps, deep tissue massage, manicure & pedicure, and purchased their Eminence products (Which I swear by).I can’t tell you enough about how wonderful this little place is, I don’t even have a specific “person” I work with because I just can’t choose one!Theodore at the front desk is the absolute BEST - when I come in he is so helpful, his greetings are always so friendly and he has a smile that could light up the block. If you’ve been thinking about scheduling something here, DO IT! I will be once again soon :) Cheers!

Been getting facials and waxing from Heidi and she is AMAZING!!! Sweet, easy/pleasant to talk to, does excellent work. I almost didnt want to review so she doesnt get too busy :) but Heidi really is awesome and I cant sing her praises enough. Im a big gal with social anxiety and body issues, and I leave Spa Noir feeling like a million bucks!! Worth every penny!!

This place is awesome! I went for a facial and massage and both the therapists were amazing..they use amazing products and you can make that out by the fragrances which are super natural compared to the cheap products whose fragrance is overpowering. Try getting one of their packages. Those are really good value. Will recommend their hot stone massage!

Spa Noir is by far the BEST spas I have ever been to. From the customer service, to the mood/layout, and of course the expertise; it is all superb. I have gone there to get my brows/lips done, as well as a lash lift and I have nothing but great things to say about the service. Spa Noir is a great local Belltown spa. They have awesome massages and facials, with organic vegan products. Jessica and her team are friendly and always provide top notch service. My wife is also a regular and loves it the same. We highly recommend to all our friends.

I love everything about this spa. It is cool enough that I buy my best girlfriends gift cards here, and so luxurious I have brought my mom in for spa treatments. Tanner the massage therapist has a magic touch, and Jessica (the spa owner) is very insightful on product as well as a facial-giving goddess.Be sure to call to make an appointment. They send text message appointment reminders. I recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a great spa and appreciates a cool vibe.

Jessica is an expert at brows and my go to every few weeks. I also love their welcoming and cozy atmosphere. Great place to stock up on Eminence Organic/Vegan Skin Products. They are great at recommending products for your skin and budget. Will definitely continue to visit every few weeks. The staff turned me on to a tremendous eye cream to keep those baggy lower lids looking good again. I think it makes me look ten years younger. Well, maybe five. Give this place a try - you will love it!

Looove this place! My friend and i were both from out of town. It was her birthday and i wanted to treat her. Spa Noir was able to fit us in, we both had insanely good massages. I had a manicure (which looks amazing!) And my friend had a facial which helped her feel more confident for her birthday. If Im ever back in Seattle, i will set aside extra time to come back.

Out of town and here to relax. So I booked a massage! By luck (or fate?) they gave me Tanner. WOW. I’m from Los Angeles and have had many the massage, but NO ONE has ever achieved what Tanner has. He had techniques that I had never experience before, and my usually busy mind was actually present through the majority of the massage. Needless to say it was the best massage of my life. I will forever recommend Spa Noir and Tanner to anyone who visits Seattle. Thank you!

I got a 75 minute massage plus eye treatment. My masseuse was very accommodating, was a good listener, and had great strong hands. It was very easy to relax based on what she did and the feel of the room.This was only my second massage and first on in years - as a newbie it was important that my masseuse made me feel comfortable, which she did. The next time I get a massage, I will go back here for sure.

I had a pedicure (my third) at Spa Noir and was pleased with the very personalized one on one attention. Jessica takes care of you in an individual room that provides a calming and relaxing atmosphere which I especially appreciate. Now Im stress free and have beautiful toes as well. I will be back!! Love this spa! The staff are super professional and so nice. The owner Jessica is the only person I trust to do my brows and she always makes them look amazing. Last service I got was basically wax everything and Jessica was quick, clean and it was relatively pain free (for waxing).

Went here twice, once after climbing Rainier with tons of shoulder pain. Another after a car accident. Melissa was my massage therapist both times, and she is absolutely amazing. She really tries to figure out where the pain is, does not do the conventional massage, and tries to leave you with tips. Will definitely be returning thanks to her and the super nice front desk staff. Highly recommend!

The salon has a nice atmosphere. I only went for a gel manicure, so I can not review on any of the other services offered. The manicure took longer than anticipated and was average. It lasted about a week before the first chip, but held on for two weeks before I had to have it redone. It was quiet, secluded, and reasonably priced. The staff was courteous. The color selection left something to be desired. Overall, just kind of average.

Five stars all around. Was traveling and as usual looking for somewhere to help revamp my skin from the stresses of flying. What intrigued me with Spa Noir was their convenience in booking and use of high quality products. Absolutely had one of my most memorable facials with Jessica using Eminence and will probably be transitioning my routine to them from now on. Overall, the whole thing was spectacular including customer service and attention to all of my skin concerns. I came in with a very large alcohol zit forming right between my eyebrows and left with a visible glow and with my spots all on their way to being healed. Absolutely will return next time Im in Seattle.

Came in hobbled from an ultramarathon over the weekend and wanted to be able to walk fairly normally for a conference that week. Amazing work. Really helped tremendously. Highly recommend and wish I had them back at home. Very convenient to Belltown Inn, so I didnt have to limp too far.

The ambiance, the music, the lighting, the secure and comfortable feeling, the water offering after, even the aroma, and of course the unbelievably and incredibly satisfying massage itself - the whole experience from start to finish cannot be replicated anywhere else.I seriously have it on my bucket list to go back to Seattle. Spa Noir was amazing! You walk in and the dark calming vibes immediately surround you. The gal working at the front was prompt and sweet. My services were efficient and my esthetician was friendly and skilled. 10/10 would reccomend for any spa service!

The overall atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. But the service was provided very poorly. I got a french manicure which was done very badly with no base coat (!), the white tips were shaped manually without any guides and ended up having uneven edges. The cuticles were not cut appropriately. After the manicure I had my fingers covered with traces of white coat here and there and had to clean them myself later. The master used nail files that looked neither new nor sanitized. On top of that it felt weird to get a manicure from somebody with so untidy looking nails.

I tried Spa Noir yesterday and had a lovely experience. There was a slight miscommunication about what treatment I was to receive but they went out of their way to make sure I left happy and satisfied with their service - which I definitely was! Highly recommend!

Pros - Prices were reasonable, they were able to get me booked with only a few hours notice, staff was very friendly and certainly seemed to prioritize customer comfort.Cons - Okay, there are a number of ways to mess up a Brazilian wax, but that list should not include just straight up missing large patches of hair. You can see if you got it or not. A few stray hairs are bound to be left when you book a full pubic deforestation, but a good 25-30% of the hair was still there when she began cleaning up. Unlike with most places, I was not offered a mirror to examine her work, so I was not able to notice how bad of a job she did until I got home.Overall, very disappointed. I will not be coming back.

My friends threw a bachelorette party for me at Spa Noir and it was awesome. They allowed us private use of the spa and arranged for mini treatment sessions - mani, pedi, massages and facials. Massage was wonderful and everyone had a great time. I also discovered Eminence Organics products here which have totally saved my skin. They also are great with accommodating same-day services and Jessica, the owner, is a peach. Highly recommended.

Spa Noir is like going to your best friends house. The spa itself makes you want to hunker down with a cup of tea and stay all day. Jessica, the owner, has done an amazing job at curating a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The products are fantastic and they always make it a point to individualize your treatment, your skin looks and feels its best for days afterwards. For the past four years a highlight of my month is to head into Spa Noir for a monthly Manicure and pedicure. I am not sure I could use enough superlatives to accurately describe my experience. From the moment I walk in Amy makes me feel welcome and always offers me hot tea or water. Jessica not only does an excellent job attending to my nails, but she also helps me pick the right color, and after my hands and feet are well pampered and looking great. I also regularly experience massage, and facials and an occasional waxing when it is needed. Every experience feels customized to my needs; the entire staff is focused on why I am there and work to make sure I walk out feeling better then when I walked in. Unlike some larger more sparse spas, Spa Noir is a small boutique spa located in Belltown, cute and a little funky, I always leave feeling spoiled in the best possible way. And if you can make “Last Tuesday” you get discounts on a mani/pedi and chocolate and champagne, just another way that Spa Noir elevates the spa experience. It is well worth the visit.
